It is with great pride that we had the opportunity to participate and contribute our grain 
of sand to the victory of the opposition metallurgy. This is a victory dating back to a 
symbolic date and will never be forgotten: 50 years ago, precisely in October 1963, the 
military agreement with the employer and the state government promoted a massacre that 
left 30 dead and thousands injured. The workers were harshly repressed after rebelling 
against the magazines promoted off-hours, work overload, poor conditions of hygiene and 
safety, wages not compatible with the high cost of living, etc..

union workers scabs. Besides winning union elections, we will continue in our task of 
rebuilding the trade union movement from the base, strengthening the organization of 
workers at the workplace. As anarchists, we strengthen the Inter because it purports to be 
an instrument of the workers and this is in line with the strategy of creating a strong
