following, the assembly will be statutory : debate and decisions will be more formal. 
Statutory assembly are held twice a year and use to guide the CLAC and its
committees on specific issues. ---- The agenda will be sent shortly ---- > NEWCOMERS: if 
you are new to the Anti-Capitalist Convergence (CLAC), you are encouraged to arrive no 
later than 12:30pm, for an introduction before the start of the assembly.

-> BRUNCH & POTLUCK: you are encouraged to bring food to share for the brunch at 11am

-> INFO-TABLES: anti-capitalist and anti-authoritarian groups, projects and initiatives 
are strongly encouraged to bring their information materials to the assembly where we will 
be setting up several info-tables; if you can?t attend, you can leave your materials at

if you're going to be bringing info for our info-tables.

WELCOME TO:
- students who see the capitalist system in its entirety, including the imposition of 
austerity measures, as the root of the current crises;
- members of neighborhood assemblies who share an anti-capitalist analysis and autonomous 
practice in their struggles against gentrification;
- workers who fight against the erosion of labour rights as part of a broader class war;
- Indigenous peoples fighting for self-determination and identify with the anti-colonial 
and anti-capitalist movement ;
- immigrants who refuse to be commodities traded across borders and disposed of when no 
longer needed;
- all who see through the false promises of capitalism, who don't believe in a 'democracy' 
that takes place once every four years, all who resist austerity

- Whisper translation available (French to English) during the assembly.
- The assembly location is accessible to wheelchairs.
- If you need on-site childcare, contact us at least 48 hours in advance

The Assembly is called by the Anti-Capitalist Convergence (CLAC) and open to all 
anti-capitalists. The assembly will create a space free of the constraints imposed by the 
capitalist system, allowing new possibilities to emerge!
