A simple little statistical analysis of asset declarations of ministers provides policy
lessons on the institutions of the Fifth Republic. According to the April 17, 2013 edition 
of the World, and not surprisingly, all ministers have significant holdings: 81% of them 
and they have a higher heritage through heritage of French, 62% belong to 25% richest ... 
This simple observation is consistent with the policy of this government to take avoiding 
action significantly affecting the interests of the bourgeoisie from which a large 
majority of its members. Is not convinced that this has ever been different - or worse -
