Saturday, March 20 at Paris held an event " Unite against police crimes, Stop Impunity 
"to remind today as yesterday, the police killed in the greatest impunity. ---- Nothing in 
2012, eighteen deaths in police interventions were identified in France, not forgetting
the many many injured during questioning or in remand. One hundred and fifty people showed 
es for the memory of the victims and for justice. ---- Bringing together families, 
community support, the Movement for Immigration and suburbs (MIB), the anti-negrophobia
activists and left-wing activists and libertarian group, this mobilization was an 
opportunity for families and relatives of the victims to speak, to express their anger at 
the crimes that most often remain unpunished, and chanting against the police and radical 
bourgeois justice slogans.

It also served as a reminder that violence is pervasive for part of the population today. 
Although stigma affects mostly young because of their origins or their place of residence, 
as represented systematically and offenders guilty of many crimes as that of Ali Ziri 
(69), killed in Argenteuil or Mahamadou Marega to doves show that the violence of the 
state increases in recent years. The State Guard under police control part of the 
population it deems unfit to fit into the capitalist model, a process sometimes called 
"segregation endocoloniale" [ 1 ], by racist and deterministic criteria.

The local order and security capitalism

The news is unfortunately tragic abroad. On the other side of the Atlantic, March 13, the 
young Kimani Gray, 16, was shot 11 times by two police officers in Brooklyn following a
refusal of control. Meanwhile in Montreal, police harshly repressed a demonstration ...
against police violence, making the use of non-lethal weapons causing Hurt es and over 250 
arrests. We could make a list of victims of police crimes in the world every day, but it 
would take too long, or even talk about the people who die in taules and other detention 
centers in similar conditions at home and abroad every year.

History always repeats itself and yet

In France, a few days after the event, history repeated itself in the Pas-de-Calais, where 
a unit of the Bac killed a young man. The victim who resisted arrest, the "police" shot
him repeatedly in the chest and abdomen, killing him instantly. Again the media-judicial 
discourse was that the stereotype of aggressive offender by taking cops in "self defense" ...

It is important to come together to stop it, so the police stop itself omnipotent by 
weapons (lethal or not), its use of torture techniques and judicial lightning guise of 
legality and state legitimacy. The daily harassment capita es popular areas will only be 
by the organization in the dwelling places, by unfailing solidarity and a response when it 
is needed.

No justice, no peace!
