The end of the military dictatorship in Brazil did not end the repressive practices of the 
Military Police of the popular classes. The role and function of this institution remains 
the same since then: to enforce and ensure the interests of the ruling classes and the 
capital, carrying forward the juggernaut of charges of rulers and their policies to the 
detriment of the people. ---- Since the "democratization" of the country, we have 
witnessed increasingly violent actions from territorialisation of PM in the suburbs, slums 
and suburbs of cities, keeping the deadly and repressive practices of the "years of lead" 
against the poor (mainly black youths ) and the "subversive". For this, the repressive 
forces and capital have the complicity of companies and corporations that monopolize the 
media.

Those who have always been the game of power, profit from lying and biased news, and 
collaborate enough to stigmatize the slums as places of violence and disorder, 
constructing the discourse that these communities would be a 'police matter "that only 
violence State can contain.

Border states and municipalities, weapons and drugs pass by the beard of the "authorities" 
who are often complicit in trafficking. In the favelas, police seize drugs and guns to 
resell them to the traffickers themselves and then kill them, sell them again. No 
government (even a "left"), since the dictatorship, has been concerned with this process, 
in contrast, has led increasingly to the extreme. And many left parties argue the absurd 
idea of the possibility of a military police citizen! A police he did not repress the poor
