Main employers' organization in France, MEDEF has been on 3 July 2013, a change of 
"direction", with true-false internal election of Pierre Gattaz, replacing Laurence 
Parisot. So election trap con? ---- In fact, except for some changes in communication, 
focusing on the themes of the corporate world, the current strategy of the MEDEF has 
nothing very innovative and looks like a mix of internal relations of forces, but always 
with the same sickly fancies, which the eternal "lower labor costs". ---- The same day of 
his election, Gattaz requested a decrease of 100 billion euros of "charges" - ie 
contributions - for businesses. Three pillars emerge from the current strategy of the MEDEF.

Communication and semantic

Discount up to date for several years, such as the MEDEF corporate or government 
understood that the words had meaning and are based on several European models. Thus one 
can not speak of contributions but loads of unions but social partners, labor costs need 
to reduce the distribution of wealth is replaced by profit sharing and talking agree that 
competitiveness is the deadlock on the creation of wealth and value.

Ideological war and lobbying

Illustrated by the last major issues on the table, future-against pension reform, trading 
around UNEDIC or lower employer contributions, the notion of representativeness, the MEDEF

MEDEF is very active with the government and various government offices, elected

years, has a long sacred lobbying to reaffirm the consolidation of a reformist trade

No to resignation!

But what may seem like a no-brainer is a strategy that comes to bear fruit: fatalism or 
resignation of one side, abandoning the class struggle in favor of communalism or the 
extreme right, the defense market and hierarchy , MEDEF is not responsible for this but 
actively participates. Deconstructing the dominant discourse propose alternatives - 
especially in companies or for the unemployed - will strengthen the concrete of strength.

This liberal austerity is nothing very exciting, and for good reason unknown to the 
general public (a little less than before but still), invisible in the company of which he 
is CEO Radiall, uncharismatic and far from original, the character is described by his 
opponents as a pawn of some federations, or taken as a liberal with a touch of social 
dialogue. One thing is certain, regardless of man, whether friendly or not, it is an
