It took 44 days of collective hunger strike in harsh physical conditions associated with 
different actions, events, media forums and external support to succeed against the PSA 
system. ---- Only struggle pays. ---- Despite the physical pain throughout their fight and 
during various stages of negotiation and mediation, seven union activists refused to be 
bought by the management of PSA and have maintained collective claims while denouncing the 
inhuman and terrible management working conditions of employees of PSA. ---- Facing these 
indomitable, PSA was forced to let go of the claims, implicitly recognizing its inhumane 
and disastrous management staff and union discrimination were being activists and SUD Auto 
section:

Evaluation by the Labour Inspectorate of equal treatment between unions within PSA 
Poissy Implementation by occupational medicine, under the guise of inspection work, a 
study on suffering at work and psychosocial risks by staff No sanctions against strikers 
and support internal PSA employees who have not ceased to be threatened so oppressive 
throughout the duration of this struggle, recognition of the level of competence of 
striking workers by granting permanent positions and suitable work, which ends their 
shelved; payment almost all day strike and recognition of the need for a maximum of three 
months off paid sick full rate for their condition after experiencing this labor struggle 
that led their bodies to the limit.

All together, strikers and committee supports 78 where AL is fully involved that we could 
make this public union battle PSA wanted to choke and let it rot. The struggle of seven 
PSA has broken the omerta on human resources management which aims to break the individual.

A lesson that demonstrates that it is collectively and uncompromising renunciation or 
employees may face a counter and employers without qualms.
