Although we do not usually celebrate birthdays or to satisfy the need to gather around memories rather than mobilize to change this , we thought it important to give a brief reminder of the fact that in 1814 , born Mikhail Bakunin , Russian revolutionary , anarchist thinker and actor essential precursor of revolutionary syndicalism , as Maurizio Antonioli wrote in the book he dedicated to him, " Bakunin between anarchism and syndicalism ." Anarchists , anarcho-syndicalists today continuing fierce struggle Bakunin , in his time, never ceased to hold against all the powers and against all dominions . ---- ( After download http://cga.org/sites/default/files/texte_premier_mai_2014.pdf) CGA Perpignan 1 May 2014 Start of a rebellion against all the powers ? The task is tough , as the reasons for his revolt numerous. Thus, when Sarkozy and his cronies , between 2007 and 2012 attacked with unprecedented virulence to Many workers conquests , struggles were not not many and few radical . Strikes 24H 24H strikes , negotiations labor-management in continuous drop of sections integers won rights of high control, high mass of people watched helplessly from a kind of arrogant revenge rich. Some , too many for our liking , thought as is always the case, a change in team the head of state . Uphill electoral solution we resservie was during the presidential and legislation of 2012. Little taciturn in the circumstances , the union leaders let themselves go to their preference of the moment: "All rather than Sarkozy . " But now, when the electoral circus gets underway , what it offers is not , and will never be a system change ! The wealthy will always gormandize when , at the same time , the large Most attempts at best to survive ... During the election of Francois Hollande was at the height what it should be : an illusory solution to the social crisis eats us for decades . the Socialist room had no intention, nor had the power to change anything ! Since then, the unemployment rate has continued to increase. Not a day without one learns a new plan layoffs, a new plant closure or further job cuts ... Today , there are plus a single -e -e Worker who fear to return to duty point to job center and there is not a working class family that is not at a time given, affected by unemployment. Responsible for this position, always the same bosses and shareholders dismissing a vengeance for increase their rate of profits , governments subsequent to their service and system , capitalism , where the sacrosanct property rights of rich password before the right to a decent life for the majority of the population . Nevertheless, it is found union bureaucrats to sign with the employers , on the night of March 21 to 22, 2014 , the new UNEDIC convention to make 800 million euros in savings each year on the back of private employment workers. Drastic social cuts announced by the Government PS (Socialist Party), the new Prime Minister Manuel Valls mark a turning history in France . They signify the rejection by the PS social concessions to the working class France after the Second World War. Very recently, following a ministerial meeting with President PS , Fran?ois Hollande , the government announced a reduction of ? 50 billion of public spending by 2017 , as part integral pact responsibility of pro-business Holland which also provides a cross 30 billion euros in the cost of labor . Valls announced that spending cuts included ? 18 billion savings for the state and 11 billion euros savings from streamlining local authorities . 21 billion remaining will be made available to social security and health . The government has decreed a wage freeze for 5 million French officials , despite the widespread and highly publicized opposition to this decision among public sector workers before the inauguration of Valls . Social benefits , including income support for youth and long-term unemployed , most basic pensions and supplementary pensions managed by public bodies and the family allowances will also be frozen. Health , Valls bluntly told that finance these cuts by reducing the number of medical procedures France , making greater use of generic and reducing the long -term hospital stays . all This emphasizes the historical attack is planned healthcare against the majority of the population consuming. Employers' associations that meet constantly with officials "left" and union bureaucracy to discuss the implementation implementation of these cuts demand reductions have more radical , including the removal of the minimum wage . On April 10 , Le Monde noted , " However, the measurement concerned already , regarding the generation of ' smicards ' she could give birth . " In his speech in the House Valls called upon the extremist political issues , focusing on "Insecurity" and "delinquency" and condemning so provocative acts " anti-Christian . " The main beneficiaries of the promotion of chauvinism and xenophobia will , as Not surprisingly , organizations are demanding little or prove fascism. For us, only the intervention of workers and workers as well as the coordination of struggles necessary today, can push back the capitalist , statist and deprive them of their power nuisance . Today, the need to regain control of the tools of production and exchange becomes an absolute necessity. It requires us to rethink the organization work and the organization of production take into account the real needs of people and not to feed the thirst for unbridled growth statist and capitalist circles . Break with capitalism , since this is what it This requires a break with the idea that inequalities economic and social are natural. this requires to break with the production and the overexploitation environment . We must finish with false electoral solutions and wait and promoted by all political leaders regardless of their membership ! We should no longer accept to be the subject of proceedings and judicial crackdown on Social movement. In our just demands of the class opposed baton as the only answer. pressures reporting to the public, redundancies in the private, withholding wages, defamation , custody , but prison sentences and heavy fines are then slaughtered on tou -te- s young people and tou -te- s - workers Artists who have drawn es against the employers and the government. What to say to the fellow Goodyear, PSA , Arcelor who endure the daily pettiness vexations and employers ? What about trade unionists Post undergoing anti-union repression from their direction? What to say to antifascist repressed opposed in the street, getting in physical danger , the thugs of the extreme right ? At a time when the social crisis that we know deepens and accelerates, we are confident that we will have to organize to defend our living conditions. We must fight against all systems that generate austerity and facilitate the rise of the extreme right. We will call you all to mobilize to create a relationship of effective social strength. a balance of power alone can reverse the old and unjust systems : Capitalism and Statism ! Such an act is an affront to the social right to housing those families seeking only the execution of an essential human right. tolerate no unjust judicial decisions that prioritize speculation over the right of thousands of families to have a home. We do not accept court decisions that disregard human rights, social rights, the right to the city. The right to property is conditioned by the social function of the same according to the Brazilian Constitution, so it is not an absolute right, as the judges want these processes repossession. In this sense, we condemn the unjust votes cast by the following judges: Siqueira Amorim, Pedro Bernardes, Luiz Artur Hilary, and Selma Marques Luiz Carlos Gomes da Mata. We can not guarantee social peace, purpose so expensive in the official discourse of the judiciary, with the determination of the evictions of thousands of families, with no indication of any alternative adequate housing for them, as decided by the judges cited. These decisions, instead of pacifying, only deepened the serious social conflict, endangering the lives and dignity of what remains of thousands of citizens. The Israeli Zionist-capitalist elite start to feel that the point of a showdown is nearing fast. It is impossible to talk anarchist movement in Belarus not to mention the repression that the movement faced and how we react. We would like to discuss your experience of repression and what helps you cope. The operation of the ABC constantly requires money as we would collect funds to help the prisoners, paying their lawyers, books and canteen. We also need money to print propaganda. France :Notre-Dame-des-Landes: More aggressive than ever! (fr, pt)
Nearly 50,000 protesters, 520 tractors, 65 cars from all over France ... And yet, the media spoke a few broken windows. The demonstration against the airport project Notre-Dame-des-Landes February 22 in Nantes is a milestone in the fight. ---- The event on February 22 in Nantes, against the airport project at Notre-Dame-des-Landes, was the result of a long process of organization and coordination. Its scope, the repression has been through its media coverage and strategic issues it raises, it is now interesting to a point on the mobilization. ---- It had the distinction of having been worn by all components of the struggle of it ACIPA[1] zadistes up, through collective Pal[2], and of course the 200 local committees distributed in France. This preparation in the unit allowed the deployment of a high energy to make this event an extraordinary event (batukadas, troops clowns, bands, giant salamander and newt ...). Organize an event of such magnitude ? involves a disciplined organization, the prefecture has tried to sabotage the eve prohibiting the planned route. For prohibit hear: block all the streets of the very center of Nantes by filter dams riot police. This event was intended to send a clear message to one month municipal elections and show that mass mobilization was still possible. Success of this event was so decisive when proa?roport and never ceased to ads claiming a rapid onset of work. Yes, this event was a success. At noon in front of the prefecture, the atmosphere was already festive, with picnic and music under the sun, towing of all kinds, especially the incessant flow ? thousands of people arriving from all corners of the city. The square and adjacent streets were so full of people: 40,000 ? 50,000 demonstrators of all ages have come. 520 tractors, they are entered into the city by five different doors in the morning. At this stage, the bet was already won, not a protest against the airport had not met many people. For comparison, the last major event of its kind in Nantes, March 24, 2012, brought together 10,000 people and 200 tractors. But the prefecture has also played the card show of force: 2,000 policemen, gendarmes and CRS, a helicopter, the IFNU and five water cannons. She definitely wanted this challenge by deploying disproportionate along a route already restricted device a demonstration was declared "popular, festive and determined." With the consent of a large majority of the protesters, the city of Nantes was cheerfully painted, tags have flourished on the banks along the procession route. The local Vinci Immobilier was, meanwhile, cleanly unmounted, a backhoe left near the demo (coincidence?) Was burned and a police closed curtain has been redecorated. Suppress to break One hour after the start of the event, the forces of disorder send the first tear on the crowd in front of the riot wall blocking the main artery from the center of Nantes. In a few hours they used at least 1,700 tear gas and fired dozens of times flashball indiscriminately into the crowd. On February 22, CHU Nantes, overwhelmed, identified 40 emergency admissions for injuries caused by the police. The number of injured es far beyond the hundred and three people were ?borgn?es. In a case like this, it is obviously not "mistakes." Moreover there had arrested 14-es, the police did not therefore instructed to call that day, but to injure and maim to terrorize protesters and demonstrators. Yet the crowd was not d?bin?e despite stun grenades and water cannons that accompanied the tear gas. Thousands of people have faced police for several hours, even encouraging the most radical activists who went to phish using a grapple makeshift grills police to put-down. Challenging the "monopoly of legitimate violence" available to the State to silence those who resist is essential, clashes with security forces on February 22 was also a clear message that we don ' were not afraid to defend ourselves and we are ready for that. Nevertheless, the symbolic and dramatic function of the "breaks" of certain symbols (SNCF, Fram ...) must be questioned when we see how it was, once again, easily recovered by government and media, thus avoiding speak on the success of the event. prospect What is certain is that the strength of a struggle as that of Notre-Dame-des-Landes lies in its diversity of tactics between legal remedies that slow the state and forced him to drop his democratic mask when trample, mass demonstrations, radical actions to interfere ? Vinci wherever he is and resistance in the Zad itself. Today, the struggle continues, more massive than ever after the huge success of 22 and the unit is maintained. We must tirelessly continue to fight the battle of ideas while actually organizing resistance in the field. If the socialist government decided once again to send his minions expel Zad, the 200 local committees will return all in action where they are and solidarity will be activated within a few hours as a wildfire. The government some leeway and folder Notre-Dame-des-Landes is for him more and more cumbersome, especially when the last survey on this subject indicates that only 22% of the population is "for" construction of the new airport. An upcoming cabinet reshuffle would blow Ayrault, the symbolic carrier of this project would be one possible way out for the government. Notre-Dame-des-Landes is more than ever a hope for all those who oppose worldwide devastating to all these projects, which have the function that fill the pockets of shareholders and not to satisfy the needs.
