Hierarchy in all forms of injustice and generates more power is concentrated in a few 
hands, the more injustice that results is powerful. Whether at the political level (the 
state) or the economy (capitalism), hierarchy, organizing the dispossession of our 
decision-making power, is both the source and guarantee of class domination that we 
suffer. ---- Far from the clich?s that run on it, self is a set of methods and techniques 
of horizontal organization of human activities that make sure that the values of freedom, 
equality and solidarity are not as words.

The self has nothing to do with a supposed natural and spontaneous order, it is rather to 
develop adequate institutions that everyone involved in decisions / concerned. The goal is 
to give control to the base, so that decisions are actually taken in the interest of all. 
It is only then that capitalism lose its raison d'?tre.

Far from having disappeared, boosted both by the failure of global capitalism and the 
"communists" authoritarian regimes of the 20th century, these self-management techniques 
are again practiced successfully around the globe. I must say they are the fruit of some 
200 years of history of the labor movement, and therefore there is a knowledge of self 
which has never ceased to transmit here and there. It is this part of knowledge workers 
that we hope to live in Clermont-Ferrand in this round of screening / discussion. Hoping 
you will find many and varied.
