Greek : Today trial in Mitilini of the Father of the 4 children and man of Pashtu stying since 8 months in PIKPA‏

this morning takes place in the court of Mitilin again the trial of 
refugees acused by the greek coastguard of being facilitators /have
driven the boats from tuirkey to greece..

once every month this court takes place and people get in very short
courts of around 10 minutes, years of inprisonement because they have no
chance to defend themselves. no money for lawyer .no witnesses on their
side since no one assists them before the trial.
also minors are acused and for lonf yeras inprisoned. many are afghans
or syrians.

thanks to solidarity and suport of organisation the father will be going
to the court with a lawyer and we very much wish and hoppe that he will
get free.

since many refugees (usually 2 from most boats ariving) are acused,
usually without reason, to have been the facilitator, this courts are
taking place regurarly (every month) and with very little publik attention.
