For over a month they started a conflict in Ceramics Neuqu?n located in the industrial park of the city and 140 families are supporting the strike at the plant. Should two fortnights wage workers and want to leave them in the street closing the company. At the last meeting the owner gave them the only solution to the conflict close the factory and pay wages owed to the last production performed before the cease of activities. The plant is stopped, workers without economic support and none of the answers given by the owner to guarantee the job security of workers. Irregularities began when they paid their vacation and were owed two fortnights of wages. They wanted to give employees a holiday off the usual date and when they are informed of the reason for this irregularity discovered that it was actually a suspension and that was when the owner expressed his intention to close. Jos? Luis Villafranca, current owner of Ceramics Neuqu?n, millionaires who received subsidies from the provincial state, no wonder the situation, leaving large debts and dilating the conflict in time. Workers Ceramics Neuqu?n want to go back to work and need the support of the community, whether in the form of food, contributions to the fund strike or public dissemination of the conflict to continue resisting and looking for a real and effective solution to the 140 families who were without work. We urge you to show solidarity with workers at Ceramic Neuqu?n!
