Brazil, Gaucha Anarchist Federation - FAG: Day 18/06: state of exception and selfishness of a certain left

The act "Cup without people to the streets again" held on 18/06 and organized by Block 
Fight Porto Alegre was emblematic in many ways. The first concerns the strong repressive 
apparatus - more than one thousand (1,000) military police clash between cavalry and aid 
of a helicopter - and the tactic used by troops to prevent the holding of the march. 
Considering the number of protesters - no more than 200 people - it is a worthy 
disproportionate number of military dictatorship. A repressive quota abused tear gas and 
rubber bullets effect, causing deep wounds on demonstrators and journalists. Ironically, a
