We publish below a statement of SNJ-CGT calls, which would be a minimum, that employees be 
involved in the NVO project to revive the title as voted by the NCC against the opinion of 
the CEC. ---- Declaration of SNJ-CGT National Committee on New Life Workers ---- National 
Committee SNJ-CGT welcomes the content and the quality of debate in SCC of 13 May on the 
future of the newspaper business of the CGT and its historical journal. At its congress in 
Marseille the month of October 2013, the SNJ-CGT asked the organizations CGT commitment to 
maintain and develop the NVO. While political austerity wreak havoc, that xenophobic and 
reactionary ideas grew dangerously, it is crucial for the CGT to have a media company and 
a newspaper in a media world largely hostile.

During the last NCC thanks to the commitment of organizations CGT and
support employees of the NVO, the project presented by the national leadership
had to be revised. While it was expected to transform into a fortnightly NVO
"Quarterly reflexive" and remove 15 jobs, the majority of organizations
SCC refused this project which endorsed the death of the NVO.
SCC has validated the durability of the newspaper company, a periodicity of NVO
approximating a monthly financial commitment and solidarity of
organizations CGT. The 51st Congress of the CGT in 2016 will validate our
information strategy towards members and activists.
To the National Committee of SNJ-CGT, the decision of the NCC should allow
to open a new page in the history of the NVO . It therefore requires a
thorough debate on the editorial project to meet the expectations of all the
CGT.
Whilst the management of the company had chosen to sue the HSC
to obtain interlocutory cancellation of expertise psychosocial risks,
she was dismissed on May 12 on both the substance and form. The
decision of the court of Bobigny is reassuring news for the employees of
the NVO and for all activists and elected CGT. It must, as
NCC May 13, be considered the starting point of a new stage
for the company release.
To achieve this goal the SNJ-CGT reiterates its request to expand the
working group of NAC to representatives of employees of the NVO and
new organizations.
's Executive Board on May 27 validated a "roadmap" that
provides 8 NVO year and 2-shots, the VO taxes. SNJ-CGT
was surprised such a frequency that does not correspond to industry practice
of the press. Ensure a monthly basis requires 10 issues per year
minimum.
SNJ-CGT request that the debate on the newspaper business and the newspaper
Centennial CGT continues in the clarity and serenity. It must engage
all organizations CGT and employees of the NVO, to
a coherent and economically viable editorial project is finally developed.
