Group Toulouse for the Coordination of Anarchist Groups denounce the anti-solicitation 
order established by the city of Toulouse, which is primarily the prostitution activity in 
neighborhoods Minimes and Matabiau. Under the guise of fighting against prostitution and 
"protect" the residents (of what?), The city of Toulouse can give full powers to the 
police to monitor, control and arrest anyone involved in prostitution activity ( clients 
and prostitutes). After the draft law penalizing customers adopted by MEPs, more 
pr?carisant conditions for the exercise of the activity of prostitutes, this is a new 
attack against street prostitutes, who are mostly in a situation Economic and Social 
extremely worrying. This penalty has only effect of pushing the underground prostitutes, 
relegating them away from police control and therefore often in remote areas where they 
are more subject to violence from clients. In addition, they will have a more difficult 
access to care and support offered by the various associations who work with prostitutes.

If prostitution is mostly a means of livelihood for some and an activity carried out
