Ital - EU agreement to stop Mare Nostrum and to build up "frontex2"‏

It seems that the Italian government and the EU Commission made an
agreement to stop Mare Nostrum (La Stampa, today). "Mare Nostrum 2" or
"Frontex 2" would be formed by italian, spanish and french forces,
sustained by german and finnish forces. They would operate only in
maltese and italian waters - that would mean, beginning in September /
October we have to face more dead boat people, in full responsibility of EU.
