France first want to thank the National Indigenous Congress and the Zapatista Army of 
National Liberation for this first anti-capitalist World Festival. Thanks, too, to the

anarchists Anarchist Federation are fighting against capitalism and against all states of 
all types to build a society of freedom and good living, based on solidarity, mutual aid 
and collective autonomy. Currently in France, we struggle against police violence after 
the death of our friend Remi Fraisse, murdered by the police Oct. 26, 2014 in the south of 
France. We are also fighting against the destruction of workers' rights organized by a 
socialist government and claimed against large unnecessary projects like airports or dams, 
destroy nature. In this social struggle, we must also face the terrible development of the 
extreme right and fascism in France and Europe, his ideas and violent practices against 
migrants and activists of social movement.

If the Anarchist Federation de France is present here at this first World Festival of 
resistances and rebellions against capitalism, it is because the indigenous struggles in 
Mexico are for us very important. They show the viability of autonomy and 
self-organization of struggles in the global fight against the world of dispossession, 
exploitation and violence of capital. They are also important for the ongoing development 
of our anarchist thought, which has to be a thought in movement, open to other forms of 
struggle, to other cultures and worldviews.
