the so-called "minorities" and promotes a repressive climate to maintain the moral order. 
The trivialization of far-right ideas and fundamentalist religious discourse, but also the 
current austerity policies, endangering many feminist acquired ripped through many 
struggles 1.

Taubira Act of May 18, 2013

With the enactment May 18, 2013 the law allowing marriage and adoption to same-sex 
couples, France became the 9th European countries and the 14th country in the world to 
allow gay marriage. The opposing ? e ? s to this law are however not returned ? e ? s at

family and SOS Papa. In addition to the national association, 46 departmental offices of 
"AKI for all" are also reported in the prefecture, while the group provides on its website 
contacts in all the French departments 4. Despite an appearance of diversity, a number of 
associations of the 37 that make up the group in March 2013 are empty shells designed to 
hide the predominance of organizations close to asses blessed 5. Many surveys show the 
anchoring of movement to the right, or the ramifications of movement within a 
"jnternationales Catholics" 6. During this mobilization has also appeared an even more 
radical fringe that has contributed greatly to renew various groups classified by the

for same-sex couples, the PMA, the GPA, the reactionaries of all stripes attack at the

defending the "gender complementarity undermined by modern society." They did not stop

arguments as do all masculinist and fascists "This is especially the image of the man who

to directly address women and children " 12.

The manifestations of "AKI for all" of Paris and Bordeaux from October 5, 2014 have 
resulted in highly contested and counts for less widely overvalued, ranging from 70,000
