The opening marriage and adoption to same-sex couples ? tee during the release of a
homophobic speech, transphobic, sexist and racist e t of organizing a reactionary movement
via the collective "AKI for all." ---- The latter, described as "resistant", advocates
actually a moral traditionalist and patriarchal, fueling an extreme right speech, fascist
and fundamentalist ("Civitas", "French Spring", "Watchmen"...). The "AKI for all" and his
cronies continue to pour in peace anti-egalitarian discourse in our streets, demanding
free expression far from that which was torn by revolutionary struggles. ---- This group
uses all possible strategies to spread hate speech, prioritizing populations according to
their classes, sexes, genders, sexual orientations, ethnic origin, health... This
reactionary fringe and / or fascist flourishes often in a general context of austerity
policies (insecurity, unemployment, inequality increased taxation...), which weakens first
the so-called "minorities" and promotes a repressive climate to maintain the moral order.
The trivialization of far-right ideas and fundamentalist religious discourse, but also the
current austerity policies, endangering many feminist acquired ripped through many
struggles 1.

Taubira Act of May 18, 2013

With the enactment May 18, 2013 the law allowing marriage and adoption to same-sex
couples, France became the 9th European countries and the 14th country in the world to
allow gay marriage. The opposing ? e ? s to this law are however not returned ? e ? s at
home, considering that their fight was over. They continued to engage with a range of
arguments mounted in any room that are not even in the law 2.

Essentially, this law therefore entitles to same-sex couples to enter into marriage and
adoption in the same way as heterosexual couples. The law does not contain any reference
to surrogacy that there is simply not addressed. Whether commercial or not, GPA, was once
called "surrogate" remains illegal in France and nothing indicates that it will be
facilitated by the law. On the LDCs, the lobby of the " demonstration for all 'have
actually set back the government. Currently, female couples or heterosexual couples
including a trans man who did not achieve civil state of change who want children are
virtually doomed to go abroad to get this help. They simply assert the possibility of
having a legal right to artificial insemination. About parentage issues sex couples will
be able to adopt, establishing legal parentage instead of biological affiliation, as in
the case of adoption by a heterosexual couple. Recall that the PMA is permitted to
heterosexual couples, justifying a medical reproductive problems and therefore also places
them in the context of a legal filiation.

The latest mobilization of AKI in against everyone

There is no need to repeat here the historical events of this collective whose origin
dates back to September 5, 2012 when fifty association leaders meet in Paris with
philosophers, psychiatrists and government officials to develop strategies to tackle the
sex marriage bill and parentage for same sex 3. Note, however, that a "AKI for all" is a
collective that still represented in January 2014 some thirty organizations, including
Alliance VITA Families of France, Catholic Family Associations, Associations Protestant
family and SOS Papa. In addition to the national association, 46 departmental offices of
"AKI for all" are also reported in the prefecture, while the group provides on its website
contacts in all the French departments 4. Despite an appearance of diversity, a number of
associations of the 37 that make up the group in March 2013 are empty shells designed to
hide the predominance of organizations close to asses blessed 5. Many surveys show the
anchoring of movement to the right, or the ramifications of movement within a
"jnternationales Catholics" 6. During this mobilization has also appeared an even more
radical fringe that has contributed greatly to renew various groups classified by the
extreme right. Last October, an article of Inrock, reported how the factions Generation
Identitaire ressoudent their activists for future mobilizations of " AKI for all " 7.

After their opposition to Taubira law, gay parenting in all its forms, rejecting adoption
for same-sex couples, the PMA, the GPA, the reactionaries of all stripes attack at the
same time to teaching at school of "gender theory" whose existence is yet refuted by the
scientific community, which refers to "gender studies" 8. After co struggle etween the
ABCD of equality Removing the Days of the School, the introduction of summer schools in
September 2013 and 2014, the Grenelle of the family in October 2013, the creation of the
association "Common Sense", the local and European elections of 2014, the news was again
heated around the "AKI for all" 9.

In mid-September, was held in Palavas-les-Flots (H?rault), university of "re-entry"
sensible prepare future mobilizations of the movement. Camille Emmanuelle, "erotic
columnist" in the Nouvel Observateur and "infiltrated" recounts this weekend in pink and
blue 10. She transcribed stupidity and obscurantism intervening ? e ? s, constant returns
to essentialist thinking and constant fear of the "other."

At the end of that month, a new offensive "anti-gender" has almost aborted (except in the
95, one place where it seems implanted). This was to file lists for parents elections.
Following the withdrawal of the School Days and the fight against the ABCD of equality,
Farida Belghoul launched FAPEC (Autonomous Federation committed and courageous parents),
trying a new entry to the school.

On the website of the JRE, the objectives of the FAPEC are clear: "Being a resistance
organization in order to prohibit gender ideology at school including practicing
withdrawal days of the local and punctual school if necessary. " For 20 euros monthly
contribution, the FAPEC also offers training for parents or grandparents to address "the
academic difficulties facing children due to poor learning methods employed by the
Education, as the global method for example " 11. The action program of the 2014/2015 year
of this new association is part of what they call the ABCD of complementarity thus
defending the "gender complementarity undermined by modern society." They did not stop
there, of course, for example reaffirming that "Beauty lies in the realization of our
sexual being and not the denial of its natural foundations" or diverting feminist
arguments as do all masculinist and fascists "This is especially the image of the man who
was deteriorated in this battle of the sexes... [...] as a householder, he has to be the
protector of the wife and children. Destroy its natural status is a condition sine qua non
to directly address women and children " 12.

The manifestations of "AKI for all" of Paris and Bordeaux from October 5, 2014 have
resulted in highly contested and counts for less widely overvalued, ranging from 70,000
according to police 500,000 according to the organizers for the Paris event. Compaction
mobilization seems to start. However, people who still mobilize still does not limit to
only fascists and the only religious fundamentalists. This base "mobilized" on these
issues, includes a broader political spectrum fascist religious leaders, mayors of the
extreme right and right to the Christian left.

Faced with the holders of the moral order, intensifying anti-patriarchal struggles!
