US, (BRRN) SOLIDARITY STATEMENT FOR THE FIRST CONGRESS OF THE CARIBBEAN AND CENTRAL AMERICA ANARCHIST FEDERATION (F.A.C.C.)

Re: First Congress of the Caribbean and Central America Anarchist Federation (F.A.C.C.)
Dear comrades, ---- The Black Rose Anarchist Federation sends a warm greeting of support,
fraternal love, and solidarity to all those present at the first congress of the Caribbean
and Central American Anarchist Federation. We thank F.A.C.C. organizers for the
opportunity to send a delegation and participate in this important and historical moment.
We also want to extend greetings from Anarkismo, our international network of
anarchist-communists, who will be eagerly and supportively following developments at this
congress. ---- As anarchists from the “belly of the beast” we want to say there is
rumbling inside that belly. Inside that belly there are working class people organizing
and unionizing. There are immigrants who have been displaced from their home countries
due to war and poverty demanding the right to stay in the U.S. with or without government
documentation. And there are African-American and Latin@ youth mobilizing against
state-sanctioned murder by the hands of the police. We rumble against capitalism and we
rumble against imperialist intervention. And we are here to say: comrades, you are not
alone because anarchism, as an ideology and forms of sociability, is gaining influence in
the U.S. and across the world.

At this congress we hope to learn about your social struggles and about the political
questions and issues you are currently discussing and debating, which are necessary to
politically grow as a movement. We further hope to exchange and discuss experiences in
building anarchist propaganda, as we strive to become more visible and gain the trust of
fellow fighters of our class.

In closing, we would like to end with a quote from Errico Malatesta: “[T]he subject is not
whether we accomplish anarchism today, tomorrow, or within ten centuries, but that we walk
towards anarchism today, tomorrow, and always.” (Towards Anarchism, 1930).

We are here for the today, tomorrow, and always. ¡Arriba la F.A.C.C.! ¡Arriba l@s que luchan!

In solidarity,

Black Rose Anarchist Federation
