Europe Austria community asylum, a case from western austria‏

Tiny but good news: there is now a village in west austria claiming
"community asylum" (refering to "church asylum") to protect their fellow
citizens from dublin-deportations to hungary: "the state can, but does
not have to deport" - "austria is violating human rights by deporting to
countries like hungary, so we have to prevent that", they said on the tv
news channel. they have organised an all-village telephone chain to
