Europe Ferries not Frontex ! 10 points to really end the deaths of migrants at sea‏

We, as many of you I am sure, feel the need to disrupt the suffocating political context that has emerged in response to the last deaths in the Mediterranean and we hope that this short text will contribute to that.

I do think it is unrealistic to ask the european governments to do this.

They are not going to reverse their border policy however many die, and
however much we argue or beg. Indeed the latest info is pretty clearly
that any boosting of state "search and rescue" missions will be used to
increase border policing and accelerate the deportation machine:

On the other hand, if anyone has serious ideas about how we can get hold
of a ferry and do it ourselves, I'd be up for being part of that and I
think others will too.

Or more generally, could we use the momentum of our disgust and rage at
the killing to create a serious movement of direct action against the
mediterranean border and all borders?

Fuck Frontex.
