German Press Release Sea Watch in central mediterranean sea

Dear all,

Since a few weeks the Sea Watch (germany based project) started its mission in the central mediterranean sea, its a small boat to monitor the situation and to support the rescue of boatpeople. See more about the project here:

And after some first crucial interventions suring last days near the libyan coast the sea watch team published videos, pictures and the attached press release, including the critisism of Frontex/Triton and german military vessels, which are more or less disappeared from rescue operations last weeks.
As Watch the Med Alarmphone we cooperated with Sea Watch from the very beginning of the project, in moment we are in daily contact and mutual exchange, with our ears and with their eyes on the sea...
