Our federation is always aware of the international libertarian activity, and therefore we 
are pleased that a new organization on the Latin American landscape. We are aware of state 
repression and imprisonment of s social activists in Colombia, as well as their 
participation in acts of solidarity with those detained comrades. We know they are not 
isolated acts, but also occur in countries like Mexico, Chile and Peru, and that 
international solidarity is becoming more indispensable.

Francophone Anarchist Federation is part of the International of Anarchist Federations 
(IFA), and advocate a "libertarian federalism" and not a synthetism as is commonly 
believed. It is partly our fault for not having explained what our doctrine, and we are 
working on the production of theoretical work that can explain the workings of our 
International in several languages. Internationally, the IFA has recently launched a 
fundraising campaign to help the revolution in Rojava. To do this, we rely on Devrimci 
Anarsist Faaliyet, anarchist organization in Turkey with which we have very good 
relations. Also, in mid-September, we will participate in a reunion Mediterranean 
Anarchist in Greece, organized by the group of libertarian communists Athens. Fellow 
Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Kurdistan, and several European countries are expected. In the 
future, the Anarchist Federation of Mexico, which just joined the IFA will organize a 
Latin American anarchist reunion and hope that your organization can attend.

We hope that Congress define his libertarian praxis achieved, and that your organization
