In this online story there are two very dangerous developments:
Firstly, draft EU Council conclusions on smuggling migrants Fail to
exempt humanitarian aid from criminalisation
Secondly in Greece to require all NGOs and volunteers helping
refugees to register, be vetted and placed uder local state control:
