Overfishing is putting the Hammerhead Shark population at risk. Please sign this petition to ask the Costa Rican government to stop internationally trading in Hammerhead Sharks. Costa Rican petition author Luis Guillermo Solis is upset to see his country's strong record for environmental protection undermined by the actions of the new government. Previous conservation agreements protected several types of Hammerhead Shark from international trade.Please ask the Costa Rican government to continue the excellent conservation work of previous Costa Rican governments, and protect its Hammerhead Sharks.
