Families under siege in Aleppo: You can help

ALEPPO UPDATE: 12/21/2016 -They’ve been told they’re getting out, but over the last 48 hours, all attempts to evacuate men, women and children have halted due to increased violence. Aleppo has been described by the UN as “a synonym for hell” and right now, tens of thousands of people are still trapped in this nightmare. Help Amnesty advocate for their safety. The situation in Syria is turbulent and more fragile than ever, with people posting their fears publically on Facebook and Twitter. Tens of thousands of people are still trapped, with the hopes of a safe evacuation just out of reach. Men, women and children who attempt to flee are being bombed and murdered in the street. Amnesty needs your help to expose the truth and demand that international governments take action to save lives. Your donation will support our efforts. People are running, people are injured in the streets, no-one can dare go to help them, some people are under the rubble."
