Event of solidarity then manifestation Vérité-Justice for Clément on June 3 in Paris. ----
Four years ago, on June 5, 2013, our comrade, Clément Méric, a trade unionist and
anti-fascist, was murdered at the age of 18 by extreme right-wing activists. ---- At a
time when the National Front is once again recording important scores in elections, at a
time when racist and xenophobic discourse is spreading and the trial of its aggressors is
approaching, it is our duty to demonstrate, Again, our anger. ---- We will demonstrate to
pay tribute to our comrade, and to affirm the actuality of his fights. But this fight
against the extreme right is not reduced to this manifestation, it takes shape daily in
the struggles that we lead. ---- By carrying out a project of social transformation, by
fighting for a critical and open education for all, for emancipatory work, we are pushing
back the extreme right.

By fighting against redundancies, company closures, and the rights of employees, we are
pushing back the extreme right.

By developing international solidarity with peoples struggling for self-determination and
against colonialism, we are pushing back the extreme right.

By combating sexism, racism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, homophobia, transphobia, all
forms of discrimination and the system of oppression, we are pushing back the extreme right.

By organizing ourselves to make our most powerful weapon live, solidarity, we are pushing
back the extreme right.
We therefore call on all those who share the values of progress and social justice to join
us during the day of mobilization and homage to Clément and his struggles.

Faced with class contempt, political violence and the racist remarks of "decision-  makers
" and their spokespersons, the struggle was organized in the Mirail district against the
closure of the Badiou and Bellefontaine colleges: the struggle was launched mainly By the
women of this district. If this project succeeds, the 16,000 residents and inhabitants of
Reynerie and Bellefontaine will live without college for several years ; They will have to
send their children to remote settlements, without the conditions of reception being
guaranteed. Behind this project lies a violent stigmatization of the working-class
neighborhoods, a contempt for the citizens who live there, a neo-colonial assimilative
will. Interview with Fanny,

Alternative libertarian: Who is at the initiative of this project and what are its
objectives ?

Fanny: This project has a national and local dimension. At national level, it is part of a
broad plan of social mix and within the framework of the mobilization of the school for
the values of the Republic. In France, 84 institutions will undergo experiments under the
label of social mix, but constituting an attack on priority education.

At the local level, the implementation of this plan has been delegated to the departmental
councils. In Toulouse, experimentation, considered as the most ambitious, consists of
closing down two colleges in the poorest district of the city, Badiou à la Reynerie and
that of Bellefontaine, gradually emptying them of their pupils: in 2017, 6 th and 5 th the
following year and, in 2019, complete closure of Badiou college. At the Bellefontaine
College, the closure would begin in 2018.

The departmental council justifies this closure under the pretext of the failure of
priority education and social mix, arguing that this  neighborhood is a " time bomb  " and
that there is a duty to "  civilization of the Republic  ". These colleges, the county
council have let them die without renovation works for years ...

The project envisages the possible construction of a new college within the next four to
five years, but this is not at all guaranteed: the land is not bought and the budget is
not guaranteed. In addition, if this institution is born, it would not be in priority
education since the aim is to make social mix, a criterion taken into account in the
allocation of the designation "  priority education  ". Meanwhile, pupils will be sent,
according to their addresses, to more privileged institutions in the inner city or in the
more remote suburbs, leading some pupils to make a 55-minute journey to their substitute
school.

This project constitutes an attack, concerted and well in the air of the national time
against priority education as a whole. All the schools that serve us will lose their
priority education status within two years. It is also part of a more global attack on
popular neighborhoods. In the Reynerie district, if you take the school and the college,
there's nothing left. They will soon blow up the CAF.

What form has the mobilization taken ?

The mobilization was based on a parents / teachers / inhabitants' assembly which had
already existed for many years and which is gaining momentum at every mobilization. It is
made up mainly of inhabitants and parents of pupils. We are three to four teachers to go
there each time. This assembly is very interesting because it proposes a framework of
struggle really self-managed by the users and the workers of the public service. It was
through this assembly that large demonstrations were organized in the neighborhood (during
the strikes of 31 January and 2 March) which had not taken place since the bombing of
Gaza. On 30 March 2017, a peaceful occupation of the college was also organized on the day
when anyone could attend classes.

We have already done five days of strikes but overall we want no less school but more
school: it is a little slogan of the assembly. We do not want to deprive students of a
school we are defending.

What was the involvement of teachers in the project ?

At that level, it was more complicated. In Badiou, when we had the announcement at the
beginning, many of them and they did not believe in it. For years the college has to be
destroyed and nothing happens. In addition, behind this project, there are many good
feelings like the social mix. Then the situation evolved as the project became more
specific and the representatives of the county council showed incredible arrogance and
contempt for us. They tried to tell us that our college was rotten, that we could not
teach, and that there was violence all the time.

Finally, with the opposition of a majority of parents and the contempt of decision-makers,
the majority of the college's faculty today is opposed to the closure of the college.

On the other hand, at the college in Bellefontaine, activists have more difficulty in
mobilizing because they do not have as good a relationship as we do with parents. In
addition, the parents' association is held by a person completely at the boot of the PS
who spends a lot of time splitting teachers and parents. It is a shame because in
Bellefontaine I am sure that there are parents who are opposed to the project but the
institutional framework represented is fraught with the stakes of power.

And what was the reaction of the unions ?

The CFDT, Unsa and FSU are for the project but only the majority union, the FSU, is
campaigning for its implementation. This is an obstacle that is encountered when touring
all the primary schools concerned or in the host institutions in the different colleges.
On the other hand, at the level of the unions opposed to the project, there is SUD
Education but also FO and the CGT. It is an interesting intersyndical framework which in
fact was that of the fight against the labor law.

What is the current state of mobilization and what are the prospects for the struggle ?

During the April holidays, there will be door-to-door sessions as we have been doing for a
few months, teachers, teachers and parents, to sign a petition and to inform the parents
of pupils of CM2 about the project which Was set up without any consultation with the main
concerned parents of pupils. A lawsuit has also been filed to request a cancellation of
the procedure, hoping at least to gain time to block the abolition of sixths next year.
Eventually, it is also thought to file a legal claim on the merits of the case by
attacking the county council and the rectorate for discrimination. Residents and residents
of the neighborhood and parents are currently working on this issue with a lawyer.

The Pinksterlanddagen (PL) offers a stage to passionate people with an anarchist story on
the 3rd until the 4th of june 2017. The preparation group invites everybody to come and
give a workshop, do a lecture or to perform as long as this fits the motives of the
gathering. All contributions together will create a lively program that will encourage
people to think and to act. ---- The Pinksterlanddagen is a political festival in which a
big part of the anarchist/activist movement of the Netherlands is represented. The PL also
tries to reach out over the borders and to invite international guests. Topics that are
often discussed are feminism, migration, labour struggle, anti militarism, environmental
movement, animal rights and the history of anarchism. See here for the program.

Beside the about 30 workshops/lectures/discussions there's a full time program for kids,
book market, and cultural program (music, fire shows, movies, etc). The program is
up-to-date and therefore different every year. This year we are looking into the so called
‘participation society'. This is what politicians call the life after the cuts. They cut
down on many social benefits and are trying to sell that as if we are on the brink of a
new society, one in which we can shape our own future. In reality it means that people
with money can afford for example care for the elderly, whereas people without money will
have to turn to their family, euh we mean participants. As anarchists we like
participation, but not in the way the government sees it. During this PL we'd like to talk
about this a bit more.

The way the PL practically works fits to her ideology; everbody shares a responsibility in
running the festival. Some arrange the general planning, others give a workshop, some
people cook, build everything up or keep the place clean. The PL is organized on an
alcohol free anarchist camping. We respect their ways and benefit from it since we find it
keeps the general atmosphere better.

We are working towards a different kind of world, a society without authority in which
everybody has a voice. We are looking for people who share this view and would like to
participate to that world. Come to the PL and talk to the 500 visitors of the festival.
Step on the stage of the Pinksterlanddagen. You can arrive at the camp from friday the 2nd
of june and the camp closes its doors on monday the 5th - on this last day help is welcome
with breaking up the campsite and cleaning the camping.

People who want to participate can email us: pinksterlanddagen@hotmail.com

At the end of April, the Ministry of family, work and social policy directed a draft
amendment to some laws related to family support systems, including the law on child care
for up to 3 years for public consultation. Below we publish comments on the draft of the
government. ---- 1. The proposed amendment arises from our website particular objection to
the changes in the provisions concerning the number of children per one guardian. 10
children per sitter - which proposes amendments to the Act - poses a threat to life and
health of children, as well as a reduced sense of security, and what goes with it,
prevents the child properly, harmonious development.  ---- Today 8 children per one
guardian raises many problems. We are talking about children from the age of 1 3 .. r.z
are children self-reliant, do not know how to eat, dress, undress, not to mention dealing
with physiological needs. 75% of children using diapers. Imagine what such. Output for a
walk? One sitter before clothe 10 children passed half an hour, the first five children
will already be sweaty and sick the next day and have not come to the nursery. The same is
true of the season slumber. You have to spread the deck chairs, spread sheets, children
undress and dress them up in their pajamas. And how do you wake up you have to remove the
pajamas to children (2 years of any child not drag yourself blouse over her head), put
things rolled sheets, hide, sun beds put together. Even if such a child. 2.5 years can
wear socks, pants and shoes, it makes no bedding, no chairs and reassembled not change a
diaper.

In kindergarten children they do not use diapers, go to the toilet alone, alone wash their
hands and faces, eat meals alone, no children combing does not improve the shirts, not
pulls up his trousers. In the nursery the child in all activities must be accompanied by
guardian.

Another issue is the need to devote attention to each child individually, as the proposed
increase in the number of children the sitter will be difficult. Every little child
requires special care. Some children are hyperactive, physically hyperactive, others
withdrawn, timid, they do not understand and execute commands. Children have different
kinds of allergies, diet food, they have a genetic disease, disability, sometimes children
with hypoplasia, cleft lip and palate. Very often, this disorder tend to be not yet
diagnosed. Often only keeper of parents report that something was bothering him in
behavior or in the child's development. Often these problems are complex and difficult to
detect. Only by paying attention to each child you can diagnose the problem. Do not feed
the baby quickly with cleft lip and palate need to devote time and focus at this point on it.

We believe, therefore, on the contrary, the number of children assigned a guardian should
be less, to improve care for them. This should be a maximum of 5 children in the babysitter.

2. Another issue is the number of children in the group. It should be noted that the group
often in nurseries are full, go back up to 40 children. It is sometimes very loud, so that
children are irritable, caregivers as well. Recruitment nursery lasts all year, every
month a new baby is adopted, which need to spend more time. With such small children
should be clearly defined maximum number of children in the group, and it should not
exceed 25 children. The number of 40 children in the group is not allowed. The club wants
the children to enter the number of 30 children at the kids club, to be more intimate
institutions. A public nurseries to be storehouses?

3. In connection with what has been written in point. 1 and 2, it is clear that the change
aims to increase the number of children per babysitter as well as in the group, and thus
increase the burden on staff, not to mention the state of his health. Today many sitters
suffering from spine. We are also exposed to infectious diseases and more likely to get
sick, for example. The flu. Our contest is mentioned as one of the most vulnerable to a
number of occupational diseases. The increase in the number of children of this state
certainly does not improve. Sometimes it is argued that the real turnout is lower and
children is 60%. The problem is that, with the decrease mainly due to the attendance of
children diseases, also decreases turnout sitters that infect the children. The increase
in the number of children of this state will not improve.

In addition, workers care and educational spheres are very low paid, far below the average
wage in the national economy and other professional groups. Meanwhile our working
conditions to deteriorate and the operating time increases, eg. As a result of legislative
changes in 2011, it has been extended by 25 minutes for the change, and the legislature
has not provided this account any financial compensation.

4. Another issue is the resignation of the functional separation of rooms. This raises our
concerns. For years, he observed that the provisions of, and above all practice concerning
the functioning of nurseries (especially private) on the distribution of rooms, their
purpose, ergonomics etc. is unfavorable for workers to change. Today, many childminders in
this respect has to put more power in childcare.

5. Finally, laws should end up with formal naming fiction. The nurseries are working
mainly women, which is why we propose to change the naming of the child's guardian on the
babysitter or nanny / caregiver for children, according to the actual situation. Indeed
hard work taking care of the youngest children perform primarily women.
