captivity by the Turkish state, who for decades is the hardest oppressor of the Kurdish
people, and of course he perceives both activists as their enemies.

The Maoist-Polpotian genocidal terrorism of Abimael Guzman and the Communist Party of
Peru-Sendero Luminoso have no relation to anarchist thought and action. It is an insult to
us that the political opportunism seeks to confuse those who do not know the recent
history of Peru. Between 1980 and 1992 (Capture of Abimael Guzman), Peru went through a
civil war that certainly included state terrorism but that was provoked by the insane and
cowardly murder of the Shining Path (which did not even respect popular leaders and
