My body, my rights! Take action for women and girls now

Tell Congress to End Violence Against Women and Girls
Dear friends,
Just this year, women marched together again in the second annual Women’s March. We stood together to show the world—and the Trump administration—that women’s rights are human rights.

Since last year’s inauguration, we have been shown time and again that President Trump and his administration have little regard for women and girls. The daily news out of Washington can make it seem as if we are going backward instead of forward for women’s rights.

Take action now if you think every woman and girl should be free to live a life of freedom from violence.

But the fight is not over. We’re asking members of Congress to make sure ending violence against women and girls globally is a top priority. We won’t go backward on women’s rights! Ending violence against women must be a priority.

At least one out of every three women worldwide has been beaten, coerced into sex, or otherwise abused in her lifetime. For too long, women have had to live in constant fear of their own safety.

Luc, take action if you think it’s time for this culture of abuse against women to end.

In some countries, up to seventy percent of women have experienced some form of violence. We need our elected officials to recognize violence against women as a global public health issue. Women’s rights are human rights, and we can’t stand for the abuse of women and girls anymore.

Support the International Violence Against Women Act now.
