The Wild Jazz Band aspires to share Jelly Roll Morton's style with its audience (he was one of the New Orleans jazz pioneers), but most of all, it wishes to share the so-called "jungle" universe, perfectly represented by Duke Ellington. Most of the tunes were written for Big Bands and have been rearranged for this septet. So, get ready to (re)discover a multitude of sonorities with saxophones/clarinets and brasses loaded with a pile of mutes.
