Torturing and Killing Dogs Is Not A "Sport." Ban Greyhound Racing in New South Wales Now!

Dear friends,
Two years ago, the government of New South Wales (NSW), Australia repealed the territory's ban on greyhound racing.
Since then, hundreds of dogs have been killed. An estimated 770 dogs that were meant to be rescued were eventually found to be "unsuitable for rehoming." Just recently, activists rescued a dozen sick and emaciated greyhounds and uncovered a mass grave that held nine more dogs.
It is clear that this cruel industry will never clean up its act. Instead, it will continue to treat these beautiful creatures as expendable, tossing them aside or even killing them when they no longer become profitable.
Animals are living things, not pawns in a game. If these races continue, then even more animals will die. We can't let that happen.
Thank you,
P.S. To bring such cruelty and death to innocent animals is not a "sport." Tell NSW to do the right thing and ban greyhound racing immediately.
