Declaration of the Workers' Committee of the OZZ Employee Initiative at the Clinical
Hospital of the Transfiguration, on the eve of the protest, which will take place on 27
September 2018 in Poznan in front of the Provincial Office at 14:00: ---- As non-medical
employees and employees, we demand that our professional group be discontinued at systemic
pay increases and treated as "second-class" employees. ---- We are more and more
disappointed with each day and dissatisfied with our salaries. Our work is underestimated,
we feel overlooked against other professional groups such as nurses or doctors. We are
willing and willing to accept even the statement that the authorities perceive us as less
needed and unimportant employees. Our salaries reflect this most emphatically.
The government adopted a draft amendment to the act on the method of determining the
lowest basic salary of employees performing medical professions employed in healthcare
entities. The proposed conditions - for non-medical employees - which the amendment to the
Act was to ensure, unfortunately, are not satisfactory for us.

Another "illness" that hospitals in Poznan and Poland undergo is wage disproportion. The
differences in salary between an employee, administration employee, nurse and doctor are
huge and - in our opinion - they are constantly growing. When some people earn tens of
thousands of zlotys a month, others have to pay compensatory allowances because they do
not reach the minimum wage.

We are part of a larger group of budget employees, paid by the state and its institutions,
or by local governments. In many of these types of plants, mainly women work, not only in
healthcare, but also in education, culture or as local government employees. We believe
that these feminine segments of the labor market, the resources of which the state and
local governments use, are discriminated in terms of wages. We earn less even when we
require the same or even higher qualifications and education.

We do not agree to continue treating us this way and we demand system solutions.

In the last year he revived after several years DIY Carnival. This was a very successful
event, attended by several thousand people. Who likes this format of action full of music
and fun, united with a certain message, certainly welcomed that the carnival was also held
this year, specifically on Saturday, September 22nd. However, it should be noted
beforehand that this year's participation was far from that of the previous year. ----
This time, women's rights were the main theme of the carnival. And reason? "Many people
will tell you that the fight against women's rights is a success for us and that
discrimination and violence against women are a thing of the past. They often forget about
such details, for example, that the Czech Republic still leads the front lines in
different pay for the same work for women and men. That most of the management positions
are occupied by men. And that almost every woman encountered a variety of sexual
harassment or violence. Although the freetekno community from which DIY carnival
originated, it is referred to as the most open-minded female of the present subcultures,
hand to heart, even here the ratios are not ideal. For these reasons, we want to dedicate
this year to women and their efforts in the fair world. "

The start of the event was announced on the right noon, but at that time only a few people
were in front of the Cross Club, and the larger groups were just uniformed and
un-uniformed police officers. But around the other, there were several hundred people, and
others were growing. Some were preparing costumes, others were preparing sound systems for
Prague, playing dun-ding music and a pleasant atmosphere. With some ideological awareness,
the Anarchist Federation distro.

Around the third, everything was set to go into the streets. The route did not differ much
from last year's. After crossing the Štefánik Bridge, he headed for the Old Town Square,
then to the Republic Square, so that those who could carry the march to the end docked at
Stvanica.

Although it was a weaker carnival, it still has its place in underground events,
demonstrating the power of free and bottom-up culture that is not afraid to comment on
political issues with its natural anti-racism and anti-seismism.

At our national Federation Delegate Meeting in September, The Anarchist Federation agreed
unanimously to sign a statement "It's spelt Sisterhood not Cis-terhood" by the group
Sister not Cister. The statement is in solidarity with trans women, who face persecution
by the supposed feminists frequently called TERFs (Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminists).
The statement itself explains the situation and context, which has arisen as TERFs use
proposed reforms to the Gender Recognition Act (GRA) to impose their transphobic and
bigoted version of feminism on all women. ---- But why does it matter that we signed?
Because trans issues are not just a fashionable modern fad, or a ‘subculture', as some on
the left see things (and, illogically, some anarchists do too). Supporting the existence
of trans women as women is not a bourgeoise diversion or cross-class ‘identity politics'.
Neither is it just a simple matter of individual human rights - the right of people to
identify as and to be treated according to who or what they consider themselves to be, as
the GRA envisages. The struggle of trans people overlaps with the wider revolutionary
struggle to which Anarchists contribute. That is to say, Anarchists should, and do,
operate at the intersection between class struggle and the struggle for gender equality,
to create a feminism which is open to everyone who wants to live both as freely and safely
as individuals, and as people economically equal to everyone else.

It is a brilliant thing that so many trans women identify as anarchists. We want everyone
identifying as anarcha-feminists to understand that tolerating views which undermine the
struggles of trans women is akin to tolerating racists hate speech. A trans woman faces a
type of abuse and violence in the street in addition to that which a cis woman from an
otherwise identical socio-economic background does. Hate speech by TERFs against trans
women is an attempt to deny them a voice and not to acknowledge their presence. In other
words, to dehumanise them and deprive them of the sorts of social and political solidarity
that other feminist women have access to. So it is vital that TERFs are not provided a
platform.

Also important to anarchists is the fact that trans issues are also class issues. For
example, because of the lack of appropriate free counselling, drugs, surgery, and the high
price of good clothes etc. that make ‘passing' easier, working class trans people are
forced to spend money on presenting as the correct gender or on transitioning, which cis
people don't have to. Working class trans people are therefore likely to have less choice
than richer people about where they live, where they hang out, how they travel safely etc.
Likewise in prison, where working class people and people of colour are disproportionatley
incacerated, trans people are likely to be mis-gendered in being sent there in the first
place, and suffer even worse as a result. So working class trans people are disadvantaged
and endangered on top of having to live in the same world of class-privilege, racism and
patriarchy that we all do. It is no surprise then, that trans people are also
statistically more likely to commit suicide.

The aim of TERFs is to spread lies and fear about trans women and about their intentions,
so that cis-women feel afraid of them. Supporting a TERF's right to do this makes the
lives of trans people more physically and psychologically difficult and dangerous than it
already is.

Here is the statement, and you and your organisation can sign the statement and contact
Sisters not Cis-ters here. It's spelt Sisterhood, not Cis-terhood statement hosted by
Freedom News: https://freedomnews.org.uk/its-spelt-sisterhood-not-cis-terhood-statement/

And at sisternotcister(at)protonmail.com.

And you can also get your comrades, friends and family to put the case in the GRA public
consultation, and use the consultation to help us put our case.

Today in the court in Bydgoszcz there was a verdict regarding the case brought by Rafal, a
member of the Polish Syndicalists' Union, a former employee of the POLOmarket network.
---- The suit concerned the unpaid overtime pay, no breaks in work and imposing the
obligation to transport meat by private car. The employer did not include in the
calculation of remuneration the fact that the employee is disabled, hence he is entitled
to shorter working hours and remuneration for additional hours worked. ---- After 15
months, the court considered most of Rafal's claims and ordered POLOmarket to pay large
damages. Rafal is very pleased with the effect of the case. Congratulations! This victory
is extremely important for other employees and former POLOmarket employees. Thanks to it,
there is no doubt that the activities of POLOmarket were not correct and that employees
have the right to demand payment of overtime due to them.

Subsequent cases are under way. The verdict is not yet final.

On Wednesday afternoon around 15.45, movement journalist, blogger and activist Steffen
Horst Meyn died in the village of houses built on the top of Beechtown trees in the
Hambach Forest. He fell when trying to document an ongoing eviction action by the Special
Police Forces (SEK), from a suspension bridge about 20 meters high. The rescue workers
tried to resuscitate him. But according to our information, in spite of everything, he
died a little later, still in the forest, in a rescue helicopter. ---- We are moved and
stunned by this tragic event. We deeply sympathize with the family and friends of the
deceased and hope that they will have the privacy and peace they need in this situation.
Also to many of us he was a friend whose loss is difficult to understand. Especially the
people in Beechtown who, after weeks of stress due to eviction, now have to experience
this terrible accident, we wish them much strength and peace.

With all the information we could gather at the Hambach Forest press office so far, this
was clearly a tragic accident.

In our view, it would be a worthy agreement if all parties involved had a low profile for
the time being. Today, on the other hand, as a reaction, the Interior Ministry and the
police have required the voluntary removal of houses in the trees. In this situation, we
consider that it is a strategic use of absolutely inappropriate death.

In the communication on the occupation, and now also on the accident, the government of
North Rhine-Westphalia and the police resort to false reports. In fact, we wish we had not
yet spoken at the political level about the accident. Unfortunately, after the spread of
lies and the disrespectful attempt to manipulate Steffen's tragic death, we are now forced
to make some corrections.

1.  At the time of the accident, police and evacuation forces were in action in Beechtown.
Attached here is a video and photographic material ( https://bit.ly/2xyVOy5 ). It is
incomprehensible to us how the police can assert otherwise.

2.  In six years of almost uninterrupted occupation of tree houses, this is the first and
only comparable case. For six and a half years the treetops were inhabited, people came up
and down every day and moved among the trees without a comparable case to this point. Now
the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the police and RWE are trying to exploit this tragic
accident to justify the alleged need for this violent eviction, we consider it unworthy
and a mockery to those affected.

3.  The question that accompanies us all these days is: 'Why?'. For weeks, the Hambach
Forest was harassed to reach the underlying lignite. It is no coincidence, in our opinion,
that this first fatal accident in the history of the occupation occurred at this time,
during the eviction.

Everyone in the occupation stood for several weeks under constant stress due to the
eviction campaign, which was launched at a crazy pace. Constant noise of forest clearing
and cleaning, daytime and nighttime projectors and flashing blue lights, massive police
presence on the ground, ultrasound with barking dogs and recordings of chainsaw noises, as
well as information on the threatening and violent attitude of the Special Forces of the
Police which undoubtedly leave physical and mental traces on all involved. Insomnia,
stress and over stimulation are poisonous to the attention and tranquility essential for
safe climbing of trees.

According to our information, there is no direct connection with the serious police action
at the time of the accident. But we know firsthand that the deceased just climbed the
trees because the police prevented him permanently from doing his press work on the ground.

" After the press has often been restricted in its work during the last days in the forest
of Hambach, I am now 25 meters from Beechtown to document the evacuation work. There is no
barrier range here that prevents me . " ( https://bit.ly/2MPh6NB )

The federal government of North Rhine-Westphalia, the police and RWE should also breathe
deeply these days and reflect. The attempt to blame alleged security deficiencies on
constructions is clearly a strategy in this situation and we consider it absolutely
inappropriate.

What we need now is peace for the necessary duel. It is not enough to suspend expulsions
until further notice. The night after the crash, Beechtown was still lit with a system of
spotlights and the sound of dogs barking. The forest is still full of police forces, which
we have only experienced from aggressions in the last weeks and years. Lifting platforms,
eviction tanks, water cannons and chainsaws are still in the woods and await their use.
This is not a considered break.

What is needed now is an immediate withdrawal from the police units and an interruption in
expulsions and cutting[of trees]. The forest and people need rest to assimilate this
accident. In addition, the police should fundamentally reconsider its strategy of
implementing this crazy pace of eviction.

There have been too many incidents in recent weeks that have put the health and lives of
activists at risk. Freedom of the press was massively restricted throughout the operation.
Relevant safety material such as climbing ropes, climbing harness and fire extinguishers
have been systematically seized or destroyed in large quantities. And the people in the
trees expected a mental, emotional, and physical burden for this massive presence that is
unreasonable for a safe climb or for processing a death.

All this has to stop. Therefore, we demand an immediate total cancellation of the
operation and the release of all prisoners.

Mr. Weinspach and Mr. Reul: Let us cry in peace.

Last Friday, September 14, a hundred people gathered in front of the Ministry of Justice,
called by the Regional Center of the CNT, to show their disagreement with the sentence
condemning Jorge and Pablo, at 1 and 4 years and 9 months in prison, following police
attacks in Logroño during the day of the general strike of November 14, 2012. ---- The
concentration took place in a combative environment in which the most repeated slogans
were "Jorge, Pablo, acquittal" or "freedom to be condemned to fight". Throughout the
concentration, slogans were also proclaimed against the precariousness and labor reform
that motivated the convening of the general strike of 14N. Likewise, we do not forget
those and those who are incarcerated in prison for facing the policies of rights and
freedoms carried out by successive governments.

During the concentration, hundreds of leaflets were distributed informing the residents
and residents of Madrid about the #NoCaso that our companions Pablo and Jorge face.

At the end of the meeting, spokespeople from groups and unions approached to bring
solidarity and support to our comrades and their families, such as  Mothers against
Repression, Madrid Anti-Repressive Movement, Solidaridad Obrera  or  CGT Zona Sur . The
last intervention was made by Julio Reyero, Secretary General of the CNT in the Regional
Center, where he thanked the support shown to our comrades and warned that " before the
mounts and false accusations of the prosecution and the police we will respond more united
and stronger, never never abandoning to our compas and organizing the struggle against the
precariousness imposed by capitalism . "

Rally in defense of the right to abortion in France and in the world. Solidarity with
women in Argentina who are fighting for the legalization of the right to abortion. ----
Abortion: here as elsewhere, the fight must continue! While historical advances have taken
place in various countries, finally legalizing the right to abortion, the fight remains
permanent so that the voluntary termination of pregnancy remains not only possible, but
also applicable in good conditions. After Cyprus in March, Ireland has legalized abortion
since May. This referendum victory was possible following a massive popular mobilization,
involving women and men from all walks of life. In Argentina, after weeks of
demonstrations, years of growing mobilizations on feminist issues and first acceptance of
the bill by the assembly, abortion will remain illegal following lobbying by the Vatican.
the direct intervention of the pope in the debates - which compared him to Nazi practices
- and a strong reactionary commitment (evangelical and Catholic communities). Thus, for
victories, even historical, there are still too many countries in which abortion is not
allowed. This forces women to put themselves at risk with illegal abortions, carried out
in often extreme conditions, and which cause the death of a woman every 9 minutes in the
world. Not to mention the social, medical and gynecological sequelae ... and that cause
the death of a woman every 9 minutes in the world. Not to mention the social, medical and
gynecological sequelae ... and that cause the death of a woman every 9 minutes in the
world. Not to mention the social, medical and gynecological sequelae ...

Following the article " feminist frames for a cinema X " in Alternative libertaire of
March, a reader wished to react. The monthly Alternative Libertarian publishes articles
that reflect the orientations of AL, but it is also enriched sometimes with other points
of view and analyzes, if they do not seem antagonistic. It is right that some articles are
debating. AL Commission Commission. ---- After reading the March monthly article titled "
Feminist Framings for a Cinema X ", I wanted to address the many weaknesses he suffers
from. ---- First by putting on the same level feminism says prosex and radical feminism,
which allows to read without flat " the essentialist theory according to which sex and
gender are clearly defined ". I remain in doubt about sex and what underlies the will of
transition, on the other hand no doubt the social sex (gender so) is a reality and we are
all built in a clearly defined role. That we can develop it, leave it partially
individually will not prevent women from being less paid and victims of violence. Until
today, it is the basis of the radical and materialistic feminism of libertarian Alternative.

Then with a poor analysis of porn. What is the porn for ? To make the men bandage (and to
wet the women if the images were more intended for them). How do we excite humans ? With
the representation of their fantasies, even the most unconfessed. Are fantasies humanly
and politically correct ? I let each and everyone judge in the secret of his imagination.
But fantasies are probably like the rest influenced by the social context. Should
fantasies come out of the intimacy of the brains ? In capitalism yes, anything that
attracts and allows to sell advertising or objects is desirable.

What are the other problems posed by porn ? They are colossal. First, teens learn about
sexuality and believe it's the real sex life. Combating this education with violence on
the one hand, and the submission of the other, requires sex education and real consent,
and is very present at all ages of schooling ; by condemning violence, social and
judicial; by an education for the autonomy of girls and women and the normal variety of
bodies and vulvae. Then the actresses are mistreated. Because the situations filmed can
not be in good conditions for the body of the actresses. Porn is closer to the
prostitutional system than cinema. And here you need controls, regulations and penalties.
Maybe porn cinema will disappear in these conditions, it's okay, fantasies are intimate.

Can there be a feminist porn ? We come back to the question: what is the use of porn ?

Dear climate activists, forest protectors, environmental, anti-coal, anti-nuclear,
anti-racists groups and local Ende Gelände groups! ---- For Sunday 30.9.2018 Ende Gelände
is calling for a big, decentralised day of action under the slogan "Hambi stays! Coal
phase out now!" ---- We do not want a coal phase-out by 2038 nor 2030, rather we want to
get out of coal immediately. We need to get out of this globally devastating dirty energy
that has no future. ---- RWE, the utility responsible for lignite mining in the area, and
the provincial government of North Rhine Westphalia are harming the climate and the future
for short term profit - this is resulting in the destruction of the ancient forest
Hambacher Forst and the ruthless eviction of the tree houses. ---- For the decentralised
day of action on the 30.09. we are calling on people in many different cities in Germany
and Europe to march for an immediate coal phase out and for the protection of the
Hambacher Forst!

On the same day there will be a traditional forest walk - a weekly demonstration which is
slowly but surely turning into a massive demonstration against the eviction and the
upcoming cutting season. For the coming months, there is also a permanent climate camp
nearby in Manheim (not Mannheim) where you can pitch your tent if you want to come earlier
or stay later.

Most importantly: organise marches and creative solidarity actions in your cities!
Be loud, be visible and say "Hambi stays! Coal phase out now!"
**
If you are planing a solidarity action in your city and country then please add it to the
end of the pad, so we can become a force to reckoned with.

our press ands ocial media gang know, so we can help spread word: presse (at)
