Saturday, October 13, at 11:00 - 18:00, Theater of the Eighth Day, Poznan, ul. Ratajczak
44 ---- And the Social Women's Congress took place in March this year. It was initiated by
babysitters from nurseries, employees of cultural institutions, and tenants from Warsaw
and Poznan. As employees and tenants, we know best what we need so that our location can
be improved. Part of the program postulates set during the first edition of the Congress
(eg shortening the working time to 35 hours per week or general retirement at the minimum
wage level) applies to the national problems of women. Others (eg increasing social
control over finances and self-government activities, connecting all municipal dwellings
to what) are a response to the actions of local government authorities that hit women.

During the Second Congress, we plan to clarify these postulates. Our goal is to link labor
and accommodation struggles that are taking place in different cities. In this way, we
will strengthen our actions so that after the next election the authorities could not
ignore us.

Program:

11:00 - 11:20 Opening of the Congress

11:20 - 12:30 Part I: postulates of the Social Congress of Women

During the first edition of SKK we held two inspiring discussions about experiences, needs
and problems related to our work places and places of residence. On the basis of these
discussions, we have developed a list of postulates that are a response to work overload,
low wages, housing crisis, anti-woman policy of central and local government. During the
first part of the coming Congress, we will discuss the genesis and importance of our
postulates in relation to the current activities of female employees and tenants.

12:30 - 13:30 Summary of Part I and discussion

13:30 - 14:00 Break

14:00 - 15:30. Part II: workshops in groups

We operate in trade unions, tenant associations and other groups fighting against
exploitation and poverty. We want to expand our struggles so that our demands and needs
will resound with increasing strength. During the second part of the Congress, three
discussions will be held simultaneously in separate groups. Their aim will be to discuss
the activities enabling implementation of the postulates we have developed. Please,
determine in advance what activities you have already encountered in your organizations,
workplaces and places of residence. Which of them turned out to be ineffective and
effective. Have you heard or read about other campaigns, campaigns that seem to be
effective for you.

Group I - discussion on postulates of tenant movements(including the development of
communal housing, stop the reprivatization of real estate, connection of all municipal
dwellings to every).

2nd group - discussion on the postulates of public sector employees (including increasing
wages and employment on labor contracts in budgetary units, general health insurance,
shortening the length of weekly working time).

Group III - discussion on postulates related to the organization of work (including the
time allocated for commuting to the workplace in the total time of a working day, employee
control in the field of work standards, scheduling of working time (eg scheduling),
according to the needs of the employees ).

15:30 - 15:45 Break

15:45 - 16:45Summary of group workshops and discussion

16:45 - 17:30 Discussion of the common position regarding postulates and strategy of
actions directed to the policy of local and national authorities

17:30 - 18:00 Closing of the Congress

Didier Daeninkcx is a guy of the 93. A prolific novelist known for his anti-racist,
anticolonialist and anti-fascist commitments, he is also regularly at the heart of the
polemics which agitates the middle of the political polar. ---- Now claiming libertarian
communism, he knew the Seine-Saint-Denis well at the time when his strongholds workers
drew his geopolitics and marked the borders better than the limits communal. Who remembers
that in 1978 the PCF won all seats of deputies of the 93 ? But times have changed since
the deal is the first employer in the department. And the drug bosses refuse to recognize
any trade union rights ... ---- In 2014, Olivier Norek [1]. in Territories was already
tackling the subject in a totally romanticized version. With his latest book, Artana
Artana ! Daeninckx denounces with precision the drift of local politicians who, from the
PCF to the UDI, play with dealers and criminals to take or keep their town hall.
Everything is true in this book that gathers information available in the local press and
on social networks. Still neglects, and it is surprising, the strange friendship that
binds UDI elected officials and relatives of the " gang of barbarians " ! To read to
better understand how this department suffers.

Jean-Yves (Seine-Saint-Denis, AL)

[1] Norek is a cop in the 93 and his three books try to make us believe that there are
nice cops. To you to see: Territories, published in 2015 is available at Pocket

On behalf of OZZ Employee Initiative at Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp.zoo we would like to
refer to the allegations that in the face of differentiation rates in the company
depending on the location (17.5 PLN / h and Christmas bonus 1000 PLN in Szczecin and
Sosnowiec, 18.50 PLN / hi bonus PLN 1,300 in Poznan and Wroclaw), our relationship does
not represent the interests of people employed in all warehouses. ---- We have dealt with
the problem several months after the opening of the SZZ1 and KTW1 warehouses. In February
2018, we reported a problem to the Labor Inspection by writing in the application for
inspection activities:"Employees employed in the newly opened warehouses of the Company,
i.e. in organizational units with the address of ul. Inwestycyjna 19, 41-208 Sosnowiec and
Kolbaskowo 156, 72-001 Kolbaskowo, belonging to the same employer, covered by the same
Work Regulations, employed in the same position as a "warehouse worker" inform the union
that they receive a lower hourly rate. Please verify that this is not an example of
unequal treatment of employees, i.e. whether or not an unlawful criterion was applied when
differentiating remuneration. According to art. 11[2]KP "employees have equal rights for
the same fulfillment of the same obligations" .

In response, the Labor Inspectorate responded vaguely without taking any position,
apparently accepting the employer's explanation - we quote, by letter of 8/03/2018 from
the National Labor Inspectorate to the IPO Inter-enterprise Commission: "During the audit,
the employer gave explanations regarding the differentiation of the hourly rate between
employees in various company locations. In the submitted letter, it was indicated that
remuneration rates for employees are determined separately for each location. When
deciding on the amount of remuneration in a given location, the company takes into account
the average remuneration in a given region. The amount between remuneration in centers in
Poznan and Szczecin corresponds to the differences in the statistical average remuneration
in these regions, among others according to the Central Statistical Office.

After analyzing by us data from the Central Statistical Office, which did not justify
lower rates in Kolbaskowo and Sosnowiec, on On March 27, 2018, the association OZZ
Inicjatywa Pracownicza addressed to Amazon the following wording:

and the results of which the Labor Inspectorate informed the union in a letter dated
8/03/2018, informed the Association that the employer Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. zoo
explains that: "During the audit, an explanation regarding the differentiation of the
hourly rate between employees in different company locations was submitted. In the
submitted letter, it was indicated that remuneration rates for employees are determined
separately for each location. When deciding on the amount of remuneration at a given
location, the company takes into account the average remuneration in the given region. The

differences in statistical average remuneration in these regions, among others according
to the Central Statistical Office " that the employer of Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. zoo

to the differences in statistical average remuneration in these regions, among others
according to the Central Statistical Office "
Please explain whether these differences essentially result from differences in
statistical average remuneration, since statistical data according to the Central
Statistical Office for West Pomeranian, Wielkopolskie, Lower Silesian and Silesian
Voivodeships from September 2017 to March 2018 do not justify such differentiation of
remuneration depending on differences in the average statistical remuneration in these
regions according to the Central Statistical Office, which was introduced in our workplace.
For example, for January 2018:
- Data on the Wielkopolskie voivodship - average gross remuneration in the enterprise
sector PLN 4228.33
- Data on the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship - average monthly gross remuneration in the
enterprise sector - PLN 4,281.03
- Data on the Lower Silesian Voivodship - average gross wages and salaries in the
enterprise sector - PLN 4623.91
- Data on the Slaskie voivodship - average gross wages and salaries in the enterprise
sector PLN 4517.09
Please provide data that would justify the current differential rates. This is information
necessary to conduct trade union activities, i.e. to defend rights and employee interests.
"[PDF]

On May 8, 2018, the employer provided the union with explanations:

In response to the letter sent to the employer on March 27, 2018 regarding doubts related
to the different hourly rates in different warehouses in Poland, the employer informs that
data on the market remuneration of the Central Statistical Office is one of the indicators
used by Amazon in shaping the company's remuneration policy (other data sources) for
example, information obtained from payroll reports developed by consulting companies).
When analyzing all market data, particular methodological caution should be used, in
particular, data for particular months should not be used for analysis. Such data are
susceptible to distortions caused by one-time events (eg a very frequently observed "jump"
of wages in December and January, caused by bonus payments and annual bonuses). Also, the
use of data covering the entire voivodships is too broad - depending on the availability
of data, data are used for individual poviats, interesting from the point of view of the
labor market appropriate for a given magazine. Summing up, therefore, the issue of
differentiation of hourly rates in different locations, the employer takes into account
different sources of data and on this basis makes decisions regarding hourly rates.[PDF]

As OZZ Employee Initiative in a union newspaper published in July 2018, we criticized the
principles on which the company performs the so-called The Remuneration Review: "The
salary review does not include the income that the company achieves thanks to our work.
The owner of the company is still the richest man in the world, and the company makes
large profits. Employees still earn only slightly more than the minimum wage. When
calculating wages, the company takes into account the situation of individual regions and
wages in other plants. Such a policy is feeding on inequalities, which in turn leads to
the consolidation of poverty. "

We expressed our position on the topic of varied rates - we wrote straight:"We also demand
pay equal to those employed in Kolbaskowo and Sosnowiec with salaries at Poznan and
Wroclaw. We believe that by differentiating the earnings of warehouse employees employed
on the same basis, in the same position, in the same company, Amazon allows unequal
treatment. The company argues the decision to reduce rates in new warehouses by PLN 1,
average wages in the Slaskie and Zachodniopomorskie voivodships, which are allegedly lower
than in Wielkopolska and Lower Silesia. However, this information does not coincide with
the GUS given to me. We ask: who is wrong, Amazon or CSO? "[PDF]

Finally, at the Bonus for Christmas Bonus meetings that took place between September 30
and October 4, 2018 between trade union organizations and board representatives, we
stressed that we are demanding the same bonus for all employees, as noted in the minutes
of the meeting with dn. On September 27, 2018, we demanded (quoting following the
protocol): "showing the market data of wages on which the employer works (a request to
verify the contracts with external companies preparing this data)", I.e. payroll reports
that allegedly justify the differentiation of rates. To date, Amazon has not submitted any
documents to the trade union, obscuring the company's secrets and agreements signed with
external companies preparing reports, on the basis of which the company (allegedly) makes
decisions on increases or bonuses.

After the talks ended, we issued a message saying: "The final bonus amount of PLN 1,300
for POZ and WRO and PLN 1000 for KTW and SZZ, for permanent and agency workers, does not
satisfy us in terms of the amount, but we have decided to accept it under a condition for
suspension of controversial provisions regarding the employee evaluation system by Amazon
(it concerns negative feedback in terms of efficiency and quality, so-called feedbacks,
regulated by Annex No. 3 to the Work Regulations). "Adapt system suspension is valid in
all locations.

In conversations with representatives of the company on On October 4, we spoke outright
that we do not accept the unequal treatment of employees. We referred to recent hikes in
the United States, where Jeff Bezos abolished diversity, raising employees' rates
regardless of their location to $ 15. We hope that changes in this direction will also
take place in Poland, and as a trade union we declare that we will press for this to happen.

24 of the hundreds of insurgents who had been detained as a result of the attacks against
the Airport Resistance were arrested. Following the arrest, the IGA bosses continued their
attacks and detained and arrested the latter because they were carrying out trade union
activities. Together with Özgür Karabulut, the number of imprisoned insurgents increased
to 35, and today DISK called for an arrest against the arrests. We participated in the
protest in front of Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency as a
Revolutionary Anarchist Activity and we showed solidarity against the attacks against the
construction workers and trade unionists. In the action, ine Construction Worker is not a

This Thursday, October 11 AL invites you to an apero-debate in the presence of activists
of the Quadrature. For an emancipatory struggle adapted to the challenges of the XXI th
century ! ---- La Quadrature du Net is a non-partisan association for the defense of
freedoms in the digital space, which has been illustrated in recent years by a relentless
fight against the arsenal of draconian measures adopted by the French State and the
European Union. . ---- A fight eminently political and whose proximity to libertarian
themes seems obvious. However, until now, this proximity has been little observed and even
less debated. In order to reverse this trend, Alternative Libertaire takes a first step
and invites La Quadrature du Net. ---- Party organized by Alternative Libertaire
Grand-Paris-Sud, on Thursday, October 11 at 7:30 pm at the federal office of AL - 92 rue
d'Aubervilliers - Paris 19 th (metro: Stalingrad or Riquet)

Recalling today the struggle of the libertarian-inspired peasant insurgency movement in
Ukraine, the Makhnovshchina, is not trivial in a period when ideological confusion and
conspiracy theses repeatedly infest the debate on anti-Semitism. ---- Ukraine is, in the
first years of the Russian Revolution in a state of total instability, in the grip of a
multi-faceted civil war. Pogroms make tens of thousands of victims. Nestor Makhno,
anarchist and figurehead of the peasant uprising in Ukraine, accused of anti-Semitism by
some detractors, is a child of the poor peasantry. He is impregnated with peasant culture
and develops an unwavering confidence in the moujik [1]that he considers the potentially
revolutionary element, thanks to what we would today call his " common sense peasant ".
The way he looks at all the other layers of the revolution is peripheral, critical, even
confrontational. There is no anti-Semitism in his writings, but he sometimes develops a
very harsh prose in the face of community approaches that he considers contrary to the
ideals of the revolution. However, he knows how to discern the Jews opportunistic
community leaders willing to cash the highest bidder the tranquility of the community. He
has always frequented Jews, as a child, in prison in Moscow in 1911 or during his exile in
Paris.

In these times of crisis, Makhno played a moderating role, continually tempering the
anti-Semitic temptations that were going on in the peasant and working world of Gulyai
Polié and its surroundings: " Nestor Makhno proscribed all discrimination and he strove to
fight against antisemitic tendencies of the peasants, which proved to be about as
difficult as preventing them from drinking and looting. " [2] When the news of an exaction
reaches his ears, it is immediately punished.

The Jewish agricultural colonies, under the geographical control of the movement, receive
weapons for their self-defense, even though they are sorely lacking on the front. Coming
from exile where other Russian provinces, many Jews and Jews join the movement. Some of
them take up important positions in the Makhnovshchina. In Karkov, a propaganda group in
Yiddish language is set up.

Stalinist slander
Following the break with the Makhnovist movement in November 1920, the Soviets seek to
dirty it rather than fight it politically. Soviet historians will construct narratives
with approximations denouncing acts of anti-Semitism perpetrated by Makhnovist groups. The
historian Ilia Cherifkover, recognized specialist in the history of pogroms in this
region, will exonerate the Makhnovshchina of these accusations.

Makhno will refute this persistent rumor until his death. Thus he writes in 1927, in the
newspaper Dielo Trouda No. 30-31: " Thus, the Makhnovshchina, throughout its existence,
will observe an uncompromising attitude towards anti-Semitism and pogromists, because it
was a truly laborious and revolutionary movement in Ukraine " .

When Léon Shapiro met Makhno in 1930 and questioned him on the subject, he did not deny
certain abuses but explained that he had not managed to control everything. He denies
being personally involved [3].

I can proudly say that it was CLASS WAR that lit the spark and brought down Thatcher. ----
we've BEEN TOOO MODEST BUT NOW'S THE TIME TO TELL. ---- Our plan was to march from
Kennington under a few big CW banners gradually making our way to the front by the time we
got to parliament square - veteran anarchists were told to keep away.- I was in the
Villiers pub. There was bound to be a hold up outside Downing street but there was only a
limited time to act cos the darling of the Left TONY BENN was waiting to speak as the
square filled up and we didn't want o get into a fight with the miners who loved him. ----
The cops blocked WHITEHALL and sent the front of the march on another route - this left CW
at the head of the truncated march and was 'go for it time'. The CW mob diverted from
Whitehall round the back of the MOD but reappeared again onle a few yards down by a grassy
area where peole were lounging and drinking. A great cheer went up at the sight of the
banner and the missiles started hitting their targets mainly thrown by the AVENGE
STONEHENGE BATTLE OF THE BEANFIELD COMRADES who were totally up for it.
I marvelled that Stonehenge had been a major item on the agenda of CLASS WAR'S first
c0nference in 1983 - and here it was making a right glorious comeback'
Tommy Sheridan wrote later that he, tony benn and George Galloway were waiting to speak in
trafalgar square when they first heard signs of riot,'Galloway was worried' wrote Sheridan
who was incandescent with anger that a few anarchists had fucked his speaking opportunity
with these 2 titans of labour and fucked up big time on telly later.
SO COMRADES ON YOURFIRST MARCH ON OCTOBER 20th - you don't have to do what cops and
stewards tell you but if you see INSOLENCE AND DARING about then say hello
