This airline refuses to apologise

 Dear friends,
Remember Marko? He's an All Out member from Serbia, who heard from an employee of the Lufthansa Group that "homosexuals should all be killed".
Well, we have finally heard back from the Lufthansa Group – but they won't apologise OR say what actions they will take to keep this from happening again.
That's just not good enough.
Will you add your name and tell the Lufthansa Group to fix this?

Dear friends –
Imagine you're checking in to a flight and an airline employee asks if you have attended Pride. She then tells you that "homosexuals should all be killed."
Those are the hateful words that Marko – an All Out member from Serbia – heard from an employee of Lufthansa Group at the Belgrade airport.
After many attempts to get Lufthansa Group to take action, he sued Swiss International Air Lines and Austrian Airlines (members of Lufthansa Group) and won*.
Yet the company never apologised or committed to doing anything to prevent this from happening again, like training their staff and respecting their own Code of Conduct. Even worse, they gave the abusive employee a promotion!
If thousands of potential customers demand an answer, they'll know their reputation is on the line.
Nobody should go through this. Sign NOW!
This isn't just about one person's anti-gay rant. It's about getting a major company like Lufthansa Group to ensure that they will treat their millions of customers fairly, whether they're LGBT+ or not.
Pushing back on hate happens with small daily fights like this one. And we need you.
Thanks for going All Out,
Matt Beard,
Executive Director, All Out
Marko has donated the money he won in this court case to a hospital for children with special needs in Belgrade.
