Justice for David — The Rhino Calf Whose Entire Family Was Killed By Poachers Sign Now Dear friends, It happened again. Under the cover of darkness, poachers crept in and slaughtered another animal family. This time, the victims were anentire family of endangered rhinos in South Africa. When park officials came upon the carnage, they found that only one young rhino calf survived. Little David was petrified and cowering next to his mother's corpse. How can we help get justice for David's family? Governments must work harder than ever to protect Africa's rhinos. Rhinos are under threat. There are less than 30,000 left on Earth, but currently, three rhinos are poached per day around the world. It's sad to think about, but this means that David's situation is not unique.
