Dear friends, The disturbing video appears to show an adorable Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy peacefully sleeping. Then, you realize its owners have placed a cigarette in its mouth and lit it. This animal cruelty plain and simple. Authorities in Bangkok, Thailand – where the video was filmed – must seize the pup so it can go to a better home. The dog's owners, Rattiyakorn Prangthong and her partner Tango, thought the whole thing was good fun. However, it is obvious that the smoke bothers the puppy as it twitches and jerks in its sleep. Being a pet owner is a privilege. However, these two have displayed a callous disregard for their animal's health and welfare. They don't deserve to keep this dog anymore.
