Who would laugh at an injured animal?

Sign Now Best friends, A cruel video has gone viral showing a hunter taunting a badly hurt baboon. While posing next to the poor creature, the man holds him by the arm, laughs and asks "does it hurt?" There is no need for this kind of cruelty. Unfortunately, no one knows the fate of the baboon, but experts believe that it died from the injuries they observed. To make matters worse, authorities still don't know the identity of the perpetrator or perpetrators.. He must be found and charged with animal cruelty immediately, before any more animals are hurt. While the story is in the media right now, news cycles are short and people's memories even shorter. It's important that we keep story at the forefront of officials' minds, to make sure they actually find and punish the perpetrators.
