SOLIDARITY IN THE SOCIAL WINNING OF CHRISTODOULOU (WITHOUT HUNT FROM 14 GENARI)COMPETITION AGAINST STATE RETURN AND RECONSTRUCTIVE METHODS ---- The militant prisoner in Prison of Larissa Spyros Christodoulou has been on hunger strike since 14/1, demanding the merger of his sentences, as provided by the existing legislative framework. With the hunger strike and the struggle he runs through jail, he resists his attempted extermination from repressive and judicial procedures. Methods that avenge him of the right to the merger of sentences, which will result in his release. The award of non-mergers (which leads to his imprisonment for several years) is a circumvention of the very legal framework that power has established. A legal framework that is employed or overwhelmed is kept literally or devalued, depending on the political feasibility of its initiators.
Spyridos Christodoulou was convicted of robbery for the first time in 1999 while he was in a state of illegality from 2007 to 2015 where he was arrested alongside anarchist fighter Gr. Thierson after a counter-terrorist operation. Together with their companion, S. Dravila, who chose to commit suicide before his arrest. After their conception, an entire midnight hysteria begins, and a whole narrative is based, based mainly on the referrals of the anti-terrorist service, which characterizes Sp. Christodoulou as a link between "criminal" and "terrorists" and accuses him of a series of hypotheses includes bank robberies, kidnappings, membership, and involvement in armed organizations, which became known as the ' Distomo Thieves ' case' .
It is characteristic that there is hardly anything to link Christodoulou to all these categories. It is obvious that what constitutes his "guilt" is the dignified choices and the strong attitude he has shown throughout his life (this is also apparent from the justification of the refusal to merge the penalties with the prosecutor's office). His choices, to stand in solidarity with prominent anarchist fighters, to choose the path of illegality, to choose the conflict with judicial and repressive struggles, and to choose the path of solidarity and struggle through prisons, make his mechanisms State to pursue a vengeful expulsion.
For our part, we stand by the side of the fighter of the hunger striker Spyridos Christodoulou. We struggle that gives part of the larger struggle taking place inside and outside prisons against the state revanchism, state terrorism and repression, the machinations and the exemption regime for prisoners fighters. We consider the struggles carried out in prisons to be part of wider social and class struggles that break out in neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and schools. Games that openly pave the way for the overthrow of state and capitalist barbarism and the creation of a world of freedom, equality and justice, without prisons and oppression.

Toxic oil mist, deafening noise, overwhelming heat: workers and workers Walor are entitled to the hardship bonus they are denied. A collective filing of labor court cases has thwarted the racist divisions of management. ---- At Walor-Legé, a metallurgical company in the Nantes region, nearly half of the hundred or so salaried employees have filed labor court files collectively to force management to apply the collective agreement. The CGT section, created in 2005 and majority in the works council since 2015, has made it its main fight. ---- The working conditions are detestable: the company produces serial parts and machine tools generate a permanent oil mist, which contains carcinogens and exceeds all legal standards. Solutions advocated by the occupational health service are not applied. The union also denounces the intense noise in the workshops, beyond 85 dB, and the heat which frequently exceeds 40 ° C.
Employees filed 56 cases at the Labor Court of Nantes ( www.presseocean.fr)In addition, the schedules are in 2 and 3 eight, and the employees are confronted with heavy load movements, repetitive gestures, too often in restrictive postures. In short, employees should be paid the premium for heavy, unhealthy or dangerous work provided for in Article 25 of the Loire-Atlantique Metallurgical Collective Agreement. In early 2018, the CGT section debated this issue. First step: a petition was signed by 82 employees. Negotiations began, but the management broke them as early as April.
The union section then organized a staff meeting on working time, and the employees decided to file cases with the labor courts collectively. Such a procedure, very cumbersome, took some time to set up but, in December, the CGT Walor distributed to employees the forms to sign.
" Tender Negroes " from the unionThe response from management was not long in coming. On the one hand it increased the pressure, threatening to shut down the site if the files were filed. On the other hand, she encouraged an identified group of employees to " help kick the niggers " from the union, creating a climate of unhealthy. Some employees from North Africa who announced that they would file a file had their tires laid in the parking lot of the company. Finally, the anti-union repression has increased. The elected CGT suffer from the beginning of refusals of training and a blockage of their career and salary. The union delegate is transferred from one machine to another, without prior training, to push him to fault. And he was laid off a week early January.
But these maneuvers have only partially succeeded: 56 employees seized the prud'hommes January 18, and legal action is triggered. The response to anti-union repression is also preparing.

Thursday February 7, early in the morning, the cops with the help of the fire brigade, stormed the Asilo, a place that has been occupied since 1995 and been scene of organisation of social struggles (against evictions, against prisons for migrants, still a few years ago against the TAV...). People climbed on to the roof, where they remained for over 24 hours. In the end, the cops managed to get everyone out and condemn the building. Same thing for the occupation of Corso Giulio Cesare. ---- Several solidarity gatherings took place in the neighbourhood, which had been completely cordoned off by the cops. Apparently some people have been arrested for resistance or violence against the blues. The evening rally to discuss the situation at Radio Blackout turned into a wild demonstration. In addition to evicting the premises, the aim of this repressive operation was to arrest persons accused of subversive association. The 6 arrested (another person, under arrest warrant, wasn't found) are accused of a series of explosive attacks against companies and institutions (including the French Embassy and several Post Offices) related to the detention and expulsion of migrants.A small solidarity demonstration was held in Bologna on Friday evening.Today, Saturday, a demonstration has been called in Turin.Freedom for Larry, Silvia, Niccolò, Giada, Beppe and Antonio!Summary from Macerie and Radio Blackout / Thursday 7 and Friday 8 February 2019

On February 10, an action of solidarity with anarchists and anti-fascists arrested in Russia took place in Helsinki. About 40 people gathered in Narinkkatori Square in the city center, mostly Russian-speaking and Finnish anarchists and anti-fascists, and comrades from Afghanistan, Catalonia and Germany also took part in the rally. ---- The activists held several large banners in English and Finnish: "FSB is the main terrorist", "Freedom to Russian anti-fascists", "Solidarity with political prisoners", as well as posters telling about torture in Russia. Several people held colorful posters with the arrested Moscow anarchist Azat Miftakhov. ---- During the rally there were several speeches, activists told about a new wave of repression in Russia, about new criminal cases, torture and detention. In addition, the protesters periodically chanted various slogans and slogans: "Stop political repression in Russia", "FSB tortures people", "Freedom to political prisoners", "FSB is the main terrorist", "Down with police repression" and others.
The action is well complemented by the samba band of Helsinki activists. Several hundred leaflets were distributed, telling about the criminal prosecution of anarchists in Russia, about torture and beating up of activists in the case of Seti, about the detention and torture of Azat Miftakhov, as well as about the political situation in the Russian Federation. The overwhelming majority of passers-by took flyers vividly, some entered into discussions, many of them first learned about torture and repression in Russia from activists. Many read materials about the situation in the Russian Federation on a small stand. In general, the action was positive and good.
Solidarity is our weapon! Freedom for detained and arrested anarchists in Russia!

According to the announcements, ZSP took action on the violation of employee rights in the organic food store "I love Bio". The employee who came to us worked without a contract and did not receive any remuneration. ---- On December 12, 2018, the first picket was held under the shop at Przyjazni Street in Wroclaw. The shop owner, Przemyslaw Eliasz, was absent this day. At that time, activists and activists distributed leaflets informing passers-by about violations of employee rights. Some of the leaflets also went to the mailboxes of the residents of the nearby housing estate. At the turn of December and January, the store at Przyjazni Street was permanently closed. On 25 January 2019, another picket took place at the entrance to Pasaz Grunwaldzki, which houses the second I Love Bio store of the same owner. During the picket, leaflets were distributed to the customers of the gallery, informing about our campaign (one of the activists also reached Przemyslaw Eliasz, who is present in the workplace, and solemnly handed him a leaflet). Przemyslaw Eliasz, after hearing about the event, paid part of the amount due before the start of the action.
On February 7, 2019, the third picket took place. The owner was not in the store that day. The participants distributed leaflets and chanted the slogans "Pay for work" and "Pay or close!" Gallery customers showed great interest and expressed support for the action, some also declared that they would not shop at the I love bio store.
There are many reasons for the fact that the "I Love Bio" store not only has employee problems, but also consumer problems - because we are asked by the likely customers of the online store, do we know why their orders have not yet arrived. In addition, on allegro.pl and ceneo.pl websites there were a lot of negative opinions from customers who did not receive their orders and did not receive a refund (links to the opinion: ceneo; allegro ).
The Association of Syndicalists of Poland does not intend to cease its activities until Przemyslaw Eliasz has paid his full remuneration. At the same time, we encourage the former and current store employees to report and describe the situation in which their rights were violated. Be vigilant, we will continue picketing.

Sadly this year's London Radical Bookfair isn't happening due to venue difficulties, but in its stead will be a three-day event building on the success of 2018's Not The Anarchist Bookfair. Similar to last year's event, it will see venues across London open their doors for workshops, talks and other shenanigans, but in addition other radical spaces across Britain and Ireland will be joining in. It's shaping up to be the big anarchist event of the summer (along with the Plan C Fast Forward Festival on the 19th-21st July).

Belfast: Organisers have confirmed that it will be happening but aren't sure exactly when yet. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for updates.
Bristol: An organising meeting was called on February 4th but this hasn't led to a date yet, exact form tbc but organisers say it'll be later in the year than usual if it happens. Website | Twitter
Cardiff: The local anarchist network was the last group to put one on.
Dorset: The last two years of the Bournemouth gathering have been well received, and they're likely to run again this year with the website currently headlined "coming soon". Likely in June but currently waiting for venue confirmations.
Edinburgh: The Anarchist Feminist Bookfair was a fantastic success last year, and the organisers are in the process of confirming details at the moment.

Sheffield: 2017 saw the Showroom and Workstation host in late May, the collective website is here.
Swansea: A late-cancelling one last year, but organisers were looking to try again in 2019.
We're on a breakConfirmed not to be doing a bookfair in 2019 but hoping for a 2020 showing:
Dublin: Usually organised by the Workers Solidarity Movement, previously in September.
Cambridge: Ran a smaller showing at the Portland Arms last June but won't be doing a 2019 event.
