Our flush against oppression does not stop. After participating in this March 8 together
with hundreds of thousands of women in a shout against the criminal patriarchy, we want to
invite you to an Anarchofeminist Journey in Almagro Park. ---- Our meeting will be
conducive not only to sharing the assessments of the massive mobilization this month, but
also to strengthen perspectives and strategies of action around other themes that call us.
---- So the first talk will revolve around the social promises for young people in
impoverished Chilean high schools from the lecture " Impoverished adults, real men ",
which will be facilitated by Francisco. From the region of Valparaíso, Lilit Herrera, who
defines herself as the failure of virility and transsexuality and unwanted daughter of
feminism, will present us the lecture " The Bodies of Feminism: Why is everything a
delusion? ". Finally Emilia, from El Valle de Aconcagua, will facilitate the conversation
" Feminism and Territorial Struggle ", an urgent perspective from the oppressed classes,
which proclaims itself with special importance in the regions in resistance to the
extractivism and agroindustry.
The word of the collaborators of the sixth issue of our magazine " Arpillera " could not
be lacking at the time of its presentation. Neither can you miss it, so our invitation is
to accompany us to strengthen the construction of a feminist movement willing to face the
radical transformation of society.
The meeting is in the Almagro park, at the exit of the new subway station, starting at
17h, Santiago.
See you!
Open activity, free of tobacco, alcohol, drugs and various authoritarianisms.

History is also the rummaging of "anarchism" with "chaos" to the calendar of the struggle
between Moscow's Reds and the true liberators of the revolution, a revolution that, with
repression, suffocation and exile, killed many hopes on the shores of the world. Grill
newspapers in 1905 to Stalin's editor. A work of paradox, known as the dialectical
imagery, took place, which even the businessmen of Tehran's bridegroom spoke the chaos in
the first and second chaos of the chaos that was unconsciously inflicted on the disease.
They screwed me to these guys who steal in a hollow alley: "Get him that thief!" With this
account, Spartacus was thrown into a chaotic slavery system, and the Communists themselves
had been chaotic in the tsarist system. Aside from Mazdak and Abraham Adham, the bloody
demon on Gilgamesh's plates, even the Titans and the Prometheus who rose against the
authority of Zeus were all chaotic, and the Udin Goblins that sparked in the clear sky, or
the demons that broke up Zoroastrianism to water Catch the flocks. At the time of the
hunting season (Pan), he also danced and grasped, and strapped on a drum to create panic
to save the hunt from the hordes of the hordes. From the point of view of the left-wing
historians, although the South of Russia was flowing from the blood of anarchists, but
between 1280 and 1380, with the exception of a few Horji-Marji, there was no news of them
in Iranian history, instead of the spies of England and Germany, and of the white Russians
and of the equals against the revolution World Highs have been active! As they confess,
some of the increasing influence of Iranian communists in 1921 was a great thank in the
north. But what is the meaning of the word? For it suffers from its poor mental and
organizational weakness, the only way is to accept the citizenship, and for someone who
suffers from the suffering of others, the only way is to take part in the abolition of
that nationality, and outside of these two ways, lies and you Wing is wide. The seizure of
land by the socialist government instead of their sharing showed that the collapse of the
revolution was internal, and the extraterrestrial wars in that collapse did not play a
major role, but sought to consolidate nationalist power. In Iran, anarchist literature was
horrificly and horrified by the whole northern left-wing invasion of late Pahlavi's life
with new translations in Iran and new horizons of the closed society. The vastness of the
authoritarianism with the slogan of equality marks the beginning of a transnational
massacre against the autocracy in the world, the identity of which was given to the
Francois by branches. There was a place in Catalonia where sailors were on par with
Mussolini bombers from anarchist cantons. We speak of a country that has always been the
helper of the southern provinces, and, beyond the conquest of literary, political, and
historical lexicon, thrown its thumbs up to 280,000 square kilometers of Iran's land
regardless of the North Sea. I do not know, maybe CROPETHIN, who for the first time said
that the pages of history have white sections that are really worth writing. Our history
was in the dominant dominance that its audiences later turned away or sent to death camps,
or suicide like Kouznetsov, Sergei Yensin, Mikkofsky, Paolo Yashvili and others, or
suicide like Gorky. This type is directly related to the death of the author, the more
tragic death occurs when Daltmetchur Melt Mashhd, the party's party commissioner, returns
these works with caution to Farsi, so that neither he burns nor kobab. The group "Hemmat"
was founded seventeen years before the establishment of the Tudeh Party in Baku, which
called itself socially. This party "blessed" against the Bolshevik one-party opposition,
and was called a "brother" party. The slogans of the corpse have become an effort to
maintain power, because the abolition of the mercenary wage system can not function in the
presence of a comprehensive government. Its cytoplasm and bureaucracy do not allow for a
fair division of wealth, and it transforms the system of consultation into a single system
and transforms "what it must into" into what it is. Unlike these postwar sculptures, a new
age begins, which gradually shines horizons Is opening. Regardless of our false accolades,
we will also be on Tripotar! Today, the factory will be closed and four hundred workers
will be unemployed. Communists believe the plant should continue to work. We say that it
never opened!

From our birth we experience patriarchy through family, school, work, personal
relationships, on the road, in our everyday life. Every day we are instigated by gendered
violence ranging from gender stereotypes and discriminations, sexist comments and jokes,
psychological and physical violence, devaluation of women to attacks, rape and feminicide.
We are drowning in homophobia, transhumanism, the perpetuation of seropositive women, the
marginalization of immigrant women, and the social depreciation of sex workers. All this
iceberg of gendered violence resulting in feminicide is based on normalization and
cover-up. The silence of the family, the neighborhood, the group of political sites and
wider social groups. ----- We break the fear by supporting each other in solidarity. We
are collectively organized against any form of patriarchal enforcement. We break the
silence by talking about what we have experienced.

We, the anarchists, who operate in the territory of the former "Soviet Union" are outraged
by the intention of delivering the ashes of the revolutionary anarchist Nestor Makhno,
deposited in the Pere-Lachaise cemetery in Paris, to the current Ukrainian authorities.
The return of the ashes of Makhno to his native Gulyay field, could be welcomed if this
action was not part of the dirty political game of the reactionary forces. ---- The
Ukrainian state, which officially proclaimed militant nationalism as its ideology, is not
the first time it tries to declare Makhno as "his". The authorities, through the repeated
organization of nationalist samples, always tried to present the anarchist as a
nationalist fighter for the Ukrainian state. At the same time, in modern Ukraine, they are
trying to exterminate any historical revolutionary tradition, including the anarchist one.
Thus, a monument in honor of the revolution of 1905 was demolished in Kiev, and another in
honor of the uprising in the battleship Potemkin was desecrated in Odessa. Monuments in
memory of the workers who fell in the battles against the counterrevolution of January
1918, have been desecrated in both cities. The one dedicated to the Makhnovist Kuzma
Apatov has been demolished in Mariupol, and in Kherson, the street, named after the
anarchists, Sacco and Vanzetti, has been renamed.
The Ukrainian authorities have officially declared the "nationalist leader" Petlyura, as a
"national hero", against whom Makhno's army fought from 1918-1921. Thousands of anarchist
activists and workers of Ukraine fell in the fight against this executioner, who repressed
the workers and refused to stop the genocide of the Ukrainian Jews during the civil war.
Petliura was executed by the avenger of Ukraine, the anarchist Samuel Schwarzbard, with
whom Makhno maintained a great friendship. Today in Ukraine, Petliura is being erected
monuments, the streets of the cities bear his name and his appearance is flaunted by the
Ukrainian money ...
The return of the ashes of Makhno to modern Ukraine, where the reactionary nationalist
atmosphere prevails, would mean the transfer of the remains of the anarchist to the hands
of his mortal enemies. This would be a direct insult to the memory of the revolutionary
and the cause for which he fought.
It would be like transferring the ashes of Makhno to the Russian authorities, who declare
themselves openly successors of their worst enemies, the White Guard and the Stalinists.
An equally absurd maneuver.
We ask the anarchists of France and the whole world to protest against the deportation of
the ashes of Makhno from France. The anarchist Nestor Makhno, rests in a cemetery near the
communes of Paris in 1871. This agrees with his revolutionary and internationalist
convictions.
We will not allow reactionaries, nationalists and statesmen to seize their remains!
With the oppressed against the oppressors, always!
Glory to Nestor Makhno!
Glory to anarchy!

On March 16, 2019, President Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev announced an amnesty for
less than four hundred prisoners, including 51 political prisoners. He did so under the
influence of the long-term pressure of human rights non-profit organizations, families and
close prisoners. Grace also applies to Bayram Memmed and Giyas Ibrahimov, who were
sentenced to ten years in Azerbaijan for ten years in prison for the monument to former
President Heydar Aliev. We informed about their case HERE and HERE . ---- Bayram Memmedov
and Giyas Ibrahimov students were arrested on May 10, 2016 in Baku, when they reportedly
found heroin. In fact, graffiti writers with the words "Happy Slave Day!" and "Fuck the
System," and a ring-baller of former President of Azerbaijan, Gejdar Aliyev, whose son
Ilham Aliyev is the current authoritative president. Ten years in prison for the alleged
possession of drugs, in fact, for political graffiti.
In the first picture, Bayram Memmedov (left) shortly after release. He was released
together with Ilkin Rüstemzadem (on the very first picture), who, like Memmedov and
Ibrahimov, is a member of the N! DA civic movement, which has over 350 members and aims to
achieve democratic and social change in the country. Rüstemzade was sentenced to eight
years in jail for rioting after a year's custody in May 2014, but just as the process of
spraying Aliyev's monument, his conviction was politically motivated - he organized youth
anti-militant protests.
Giyas Ibrahimov (on the far right) is also at large.
Despite this pardon in Azerbaijani prisons, there are still about seventy political prisoners.

The man who killed 50 people in mosques in New Zealand issued a manifesto to explain his
gesture. His references are, among others, the "big replacement", racist and conspiracyist
workhorse of Renaud Camus and the defeat in the second round of the presidential election
of Marine Le Pen. ---- And what is the reaction of the majority of the French press and
editorialists ? We explain that it is the fear of Islamization that animated the killer,
give the floor to the same arsonists firemen. Scandalous reversal of situation: the
victims become guilty and have sought, existing. A bit like women or homosexuals. ---- Why
do we not find unanimous condemnations as for other racist crimes ? Who on the left, will
still be able to explain that Islamophobia is a fantasy ? That there is no particular
anti-Arab racism ?
The manifesto left by the terrorist Brenton Tarrant largely gives way (up to the title) to
the racist theory of the "great replacement", popularized by the French conspiracy artist
Renaud Camus
Alternative Libertaire affirms its solidarity with the victims and families of the victims
and its contempt for the majority of the press and intellectuals of France, for their
complicity or silence.

For more than three months the movement of Yellow Vests occupies the political and social
space. Unsatisfied, he also occupies the streets, roundabouts, city centers, supermarkets,
and even Amazon, as symbols of a capitalism at bay whose social and symbolic violence is
now visible in the public square. ---- The response of the Macron government, visibly
panicked, but perhaps coldly cynical, is primarily state violence, that of the police and
justice, in the name of law enforcement that is reminiscent of the dark hours of the
colonial period. ---- It results in serious injuries, police custody and heavy
convictions. It is also the violence of the humiliation distilled by the government, by
the propaganda of the media and some intellectuals to the orders, aiming at the " populace
" yellow vests. Violence finally amalgam: extreme right / left radical ; anti-Semitism /
anti-Zionism ; breakers / petty trade crisis. This situation brings us closer to
authoritarian and undemocratic experiences in Europe and the world.
Faced with this, the Yellow Vests organize their physical self-defense within the
demonstrations and their legal defense. They are also traversed by questions about
violence and confronted with internal difficulties: ritualized confrontations from 17h,
infiltration of violent and hateful far-right groups and anti-Semitic conspiracy,
homophobic or sexist remarks.
But once the banks and agencies barricaded in gentrified and smoothed hyper-centers, what
perspectives libertarians can they help to emerge in a context of insurrection where
claims - yet clear - are not enough to build a political program alternative worthy of the
name ? How should this paradox, inevitably anxiety and exhaustion, be translated for those
whose priority is social justice ?
Self-defense for a radical democracy ? Assembly democracy in connection with the calls of
Commercy and Saint-Nazaire ? Libertarian municipalism ? Massive disobedience ?
On Friday, March 29 from 19h , the local group of Alternative Libertaire Toulouse invites
you to a public panel discussion on the issue at the Librairie Floury 36 street Colombette.

Marc Bray's book reports on a transnational history of anti-fascism since the Second World
War, lists the tactics adopted by the movement and analyzes the philosophy. ---- ritten in
a hurry following the election of Trump and the rise of extreme rights in the Western
world, this book by American anti-fascist historian Mark Bray has an ambitious goal: to
trace the history of fascism and above all anti-fascism from the 1930s to the present day,
but also to draw a panorama of our contemporary situation, to analyze the metamorphoses of
the extreme right and its current expansion, and finally to provide a series of practical
and theoretical advice to through interviews with anti-fascist activists and aimed at
future militant generations. If the bet is not entirely held, this book, dense,
informative, invites reflection but also action, and is a valuable tool for discussion and
training militant.
Continuity between the extreme right of yesterday and today
Indeed, starting from the very difficulty of defining fascism and the different analyzes
that it has aroused since its emergence, Mark Bray leads us directly into what is
difficult to grasp this political ideology, which is built in confusion and is
characterized by obsession with decline and purity. At the same time, the historian draws
us into the complexity of the long anti-fascist struggle, in its setbacks as well as its
successes. The historical struggles, divisions and inability to react by revolutionary
movements in Italy and Germany, which are nevertheless numerous and organized, but which
are unable to unite in the face of the rise of a new political force and whose leaders on
the left do not understand the scope or dangerousness.
Moving quickly to the post-1945 era, unveiling the continuity and survival of fascist
groups after the collapse of the Hitler and Mussolini regimes, Mark Bray also demonstrates
the continuity between the extreme right of yesterday and today. and therefore the
permanence of the anti-fascist struggle in all its dimensions.
The last chapters give a more detailed account of the contemporary anti-fascist struggle,
its different tools, the links which are strongly woven with anti-racism, feminism and
LGBT struggles, the struggles for national liberation, relying on experience and the
recent history of North American anti-fascist networks in the face of the reinforcement of
white supremacism and the " alt right ". Mark Bray goes further than the historical
chronicle by also proposing analyzes on the metamorphoses of the Western extreme right, by
analyzing more deeply in this phenomenon the " alt right " and what he calls " the Nazis
in costume Which are developing in the United States, and in Europe on a model that he
claims to be common. If it is open to discussion, the presentation of this phenomenon as a
new metamorphosis of fascism is in any case well constructed and brings to the reflection,
just like the series of interviews of anti-fascist activists and the various advices
brought, which are as much messages calling as much for international solidarity as for
building common networks.
Metamorphoses of fascism
Some regrets all the same: according to the author's own admission, this book is limited
to North America and Western Europe. Thus, no trace of antifascism yet present in South
America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, which limits analysis by basing them on situations only
Western. Similarly, the experience and history of the anti-fascist struggle among our
comrades from Eastern Europe and the Balkans (except Greece, which is discussed) would be
very useful and its absence in the book invisibilizes battles which nevertheless are
living, and in conditions much more difficult than in Western Europe. On the other hand,
some chronicles of anti-fascist history by country lack details and thickness because they
are often based on the story of " autonomous " antifascism. "Born in the late 1970s. It is
regrettable that a broader horizon of organizations and associations fighting against
fascism is not presented, especially for France where union unit campaigns are active.
Nevertheless, this book is of fundamental interest to any anti-fascist activist who
questions the modalities of action and thought in the struggle against the far right and
fascism today.
Mark Bray was the victim of a cabal orchestrated by the US far right in 2017 and in return
benefited from an international platform of supporters on the blog of Théo Roumier on
