The documentary film The Silence of Others reveals the struggle of the victims of the 
Franco regime who continue to seek justice and reparation. ---- In 1977, two years after 
the death of Francisco Franco, in the urgency of the democratic transition, the Congress 
adopts in Spain the law of general amnesty which releases the political prisoners but also 
prohibits the judgment of the Francoist crimes. It will be commonly called " the pact of 
oblivion ". ---- The abuses committed under the dictatorship (1939-1975) and until the 
1980s such as disappearances, summary executions, mass graves, theft of babies, torture, 
were then passed over in silence. ---- But in recent years, following the Law of 
Historical Memory put in place in 2007 under the Zapatero government and after the story 
of " stolen babies " came out in 2010 , Spanish citizens (survivors of Francoism, 
relatives or relatives of disappeared, women victims of these thefts of children) seize 
the justice to 10,000 kilometers of the crimes committed, in Argentina, to break this so 
heavy silence and to condemn the guilty ones.

The camera spins six hours of over 450 hours of footage to present a film, intimate and 
direct style through this moving legal battle, which opens a gap and gives hope to the 
many people who suffered violently this dictatorship that reigned almost 40 years.

Pedro Almodovar sponsors this documentary directed by Almudena Carracedo and Robert Bahar, 
who received the Emmy Award for their first documentary " Made in LA ". This work, which 
has already won the public prize and the peace prize at the Berlinale in 2018, highlights 
the painful past that contemporary Spain still has a hard time coping with decades after 
the death of the dictator Franco and of his entry into a democratic regime.

SOLIDARITY IN THE SOCIAL WINNING OF CHRISTODOULOU (WITHOUT HUNT FROM 14 GENARI) 
COMPETITION AGAINST STATE RETURN AND RECONSTRUCTIVE METHODS ---- The militant prisoner in 
Prison of Larissa Spyros Christodoulou has been on hunger strike since 14/1, demanding the 
merger of his sentences, as provided by the existing legislative framework. With the 
hunger strike and the struggle he runs through jail, he resists his attempted 
extermination from repressive and judicial procedures. Methods that avenge him of the 
right to the merger of sentences, which will result in his release. The award of 
non-mergers (which leads to his imprisonment for several years) is a circumvention of the 
very legal framework that power has established. A legal framework that is employed or 
overwhelmed is kept literally or devalued, depending on the political feasibility of its 
initiators.

Spyridos Christodoulou was convicted of robbery for the first time in 1999 while he was in 
a state of illegality from 2007 to 2015 where he was arrested alongside anarchist fighter 
Gr. Thierson after a counter-terrorist operation. Together with their companion, S. 
Dravila, who chose to commit suicide before his arrest. After their conception, an entire 
midnight hysteria begins, and a whole narrative is based, based mainly on the referrals of 
the anti-terrorist service, which characterizes Sp. Christodoulou as a link between 
"criminal" and "terrorists" and accuses him of a series of hypotheses includes bank 
robberies, kidnappings, membership, and involvement in armed organizations, which became 
known as the ' Distomo Thieves ' case' .

It is characteristic that there is hardly anything to link Christodoulou to all these 
categories. It is obvious that what constitutes his "guilt" is the dignified choices and 
the strong attitude he has shown throughout his life (this is also apparent from the 
justification of the refusal to merge the penalties with the prosecutor's office). His 
choices, to stand in solidarity with prominent anarchist fighters, to choose the path of 
illegality, to choose the conflict with judicial and repressive struggles, and to choose 
the path of solidarity and struggle through prisons, make his mechanisms State to pursue a 
vengeful expulsion.

For our part, we stand by the side of the fighter of the hunger striker Spyridos 
Christodoulou. We consider the struggle to be part of the wider struggle that takes place 
inside and outside prisons against state revivalism, state terrorism and repression, 
squires and the status of exception for prisoners of war. We consider the struggles 
carried out in prisons to be part of wider social and class struggles that break out in 
neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and schools. Games that openly pave the way for the
