The majority of children with disabilities in Kazakhstan are segregated into special schools or taught at home, isolated from their communities.
Misha, 13, has cerebral palsy and is getting his education at home. He dreams of going to school with other children: “I’d want to go to school, of course! It’s fun there. There are a lot of kids! It’s better to study at school.”
