Porters and porters guarding the buildings of ZKZL, without overdue salaries and still
stable employment - for the fifth time in 10 months will change the employer indicated by
ZKZL. ---- About 25 porters and porters, guarding the objects managed by the Board of
Municipal Residential Resources, are transferred from the company to the company shown by
ZKZL. Probably from May this year. the fifth time in the last 10 months will change the
employer. In two months (October and November 2018) a significant part of them has not yet
received remuneration. They lost even after under 5,000. Golden. ---- At the same time,
central and local authorities can not adequately react to the exploitation and deprivation
of workers and employees. It is all the more shocking that we are talking about
publicly-funded wages. In addition, despite the gehenna which Poznan porters and porters
go through, the city does not see the need to change the outsourcing system, which in this
and other cases is paralyzed by the injustice and ruthlessness of exploitation. Poznan is
perhaps a free city, but not exploitation; maybe it is an equality city, but not in
employment.
At the turn of August and September last year, the OZZ Inicjatywa Pracownicza took over
the intervention of several dozen people employed as porters and concierges in six
facilities being on the board of the Poznan ZKZL. The union identified a number of
irregularities. Employees and employees were employed in "junk conditions", social
security contributions were not paid correctly, and work was often carried out for 250 or
more hours. in a month, for rates lower than the minimum wage. And this despite the fact
that for two years the city has been promised that in similar cases of outsourcing work,
social clauses will apply. The porter, who revealed the abuse, was de facto deprived of
employment.
In the meantime, the tender from August 28 to the end of 2018 for the provision of
property security services the objects were won by the company VISION GROUP Sp. z oo and
the employees were taken over by CAPREA as a temporary work agency. VISION GROUP in such
an arrangement became the so-called employer user for the above porters and porters. The
requirement to win the tender was to hire employees under a contract of employment.
CAPREA, however, employed only 1/16 part time for unknowing employees and employees, and
in the remaining part of the work provided civil law contracts continued. Not much has
changed in terms of working conditions. With their criticism (both previously in force as
well as under the authority of VISION / CAPREA) our trade union appeared in a letter
addressed to the president of ZKZL of 14 September, born on
Consequently, in a letter dated November 6, 2018, ZKZL informed that in the case of
VISION, a notification would be sent to the National Labor Inspectorate and VISION GROUP
was requested to submit documentation "to take a position on the possibility of
withdrawing from the contract and imposing a contractual penalty" .
Because in the situation of employed people nothing changed on November 20, the birth of
The Workers' Initiative organized a picket at the Poznan City Hall and forwarded the
statement together with the demands of the President of the City of Poznan to Jacek
Jaskowiak. We demanded above all that the porters and concierge would employ ZKZL
directly, resign from outsourced municipal institutions, and repair the damage caused to
existing employees and employees.
In response to our position, the director of the Organizational Department of the City of
Poznan (as we understand Jacek Jaskowiak) applied a formal explanation (letter of
18/12/2018) that the President of Poznan can not interfere "in labor relations between the
director of an organizational unit[in an implication ZKZL]and its employee, and the
content of civil law contracts ... "Finally, the letter also stated that the postulates of
our relationship can not be met, because" their implementation is not within the
competence of the Mayor of Poznan. " Issues of political responsibility for the existence
of the state of affairs and for the fact of breaking social clauses in the public sphere,
the city authorities simply kept silent.
At the end of November 2018, ZKZL terminated the contract with VISION GROUP. In the
meantime, the WOLF company tried to get the order, but the final bid was finally resolved.
For a period of one month (until the end of 2018, as it turned out later to 15/01/2019),
the employees and workers of the protection were taken over by the company PEWNOSC. The
success of the union was to ensure that the person who previously disclosed the abuse and
was deprived of employment was taken back to work for the previous position.
However, what was the most important break of the ZKZL contract with VISION GROUP resulted
in the fact that employees and employees did not receive remuneration for the months of
October and November 2018. Therefore, on 4.12.2018, a separate notification to the
National Labor Inspectorate was submitted by the Workers' Initiative. In advance of the
events, it should be stated that the Labor Inspectorate informed the Employee Initiative
by letter of 28.01.2019 - referring to the previously filed complaint by ZKZL - that in
view of the circumstances control should be performed not in the VISION GROUP, as
requested by ZKZL, but CAPREA . It is not known whether this answer was also a reaction to
the complaint of the Employee Initiative of 4/2012 and nothing indicates (as seen from
today's perspective) that the Labor Inspectorate would conduct control in CAPREI. In any
case, no post-audit report to the union has arrived.
On December 31, 2018, the Employee Initiative also filed a notice to the Poznan District
Prosecutor's Office - Stare Miasto about committing crimes by the VISION GROUP and CAPREA
companies. In the prosecutor's office, competence disputes lasted until the middle of
March this year, whether the case is to be investigated by the Poznan or Warsaw
prosecutor's office. No witnesses (employees) indicated in the notification in this case
have yet been questioned.
In the meantime, porters and doorman were on January 15 this year. taken over by another
company (called SPQ) that provides a property protection service chosen by ZKZL. Because
this change was taking place in a hurry, several of the injured in the matter of porters
and doormen were not accepted for work. In other words, they first lost their salaries and
eventually also lost their jobs. This resulted in further interventions of the Employee
Initiative in ZKZL. However, the management - in our opinion - stood on the side of SPQ,
and the fate of the employees turned out to be irrelevant.
On 25/02/2019, CAPREA responded to requests for payment by a letter in which, for the lack
of payments for October and November 2018, the responsibility is dumped at the ZKZL, and
then, in subsequent correspondence, it proposed a bizarre settlement with the injured
employees and employees who promises them that they will receive outstanding remuneration
if the money comes from ZKZL.
All correspondence carried out by the Employee Initiative regarding Poznan's porters and
porters is submitted to the media and the Prosecutor General, Chief Labor Inspector, the
Mayor of Poznan and the President of the ZKZL. The collected letters are a kind of "Black
Book of Poznan's outsourcing and exploitation of work". At the same time, the relationship
does not preclude the intensification of protests in this matter and the strike.

The Green Anti-Capitalist Front is a new movement supported by radical groups and
individuals across London and the UK which aims to support the surge of actions being
carried out by Extinction Rebellion while also offering a radical alternative for those
who see the abolition of capitalism as the only real means of avoiding complete ecological
catastrophe. They also recognise that many of us would like to be involved in actions
which do not include asking to be arrested or collaborating with the police. GAF held an
open assembly where we can decide how we wish to interact with Extinction Rebellion and
what alternative actions we could pursue. ---- One outcome of this is a demonstration &
day of action. GAF are calling for a broad anti-capitalist front to take part in
environmentalist actions starting on Monday 15th of April in London, outside St Paul's
Cathedral, meeting at 12 noon. They will be assembling at St Paul's Cathedral for a tour
of the heart of global extractive finance, also known as the City of London.

On Thursday the 11th of April Kattenkwaad will organise a night where we will discuss the
right to abortion in the Netherlands. We will mainly focus on how christianfundamentalist
groups are trying to take away these rights, and how anti-abortion groups are intimitating
people who are going to abortion clinics. ---- What claims use christianfundamentalists to
portray abortion as dangerous and as murder? And how is it possible to show that these
claims are not supported by scientific evidence and therefore they spread false
information? We will discuss scientific research on abortion, and there will be the
opportunity to share personal stories on abortion with each other. Afterwards we will
discuss how we can take action against anti-abortion activists!
On Thursday the 11th of April, Kattenkwaad will host a night where we will discuss
abortion rights in the Netherlands. We will mainly focus on how, and who, is threatening
this right.
Let's break the silence and taboo around abortion and take action against anti-abortion
activists that want to take away our rights It is time to re-use a slogan that has not

Few months have passed from sad blue-white carnival to "famous Macedonia" and national
frenzy.A patchwork of right-spirited, Greek-spirited, paradise, Nazis, (par) military and
left-wing patriots who fired tons of nationalistic-racist-sexist venom tried to sow the
darkness of the "patris-family-religion" and paved the way to every Fascist and Nazi
groups to come back to the public space and with the backs of the police forces to attack
occupied spaces, immigrant women and militants. The "graphic" macedonian "danced" from the
whole spectrum of the regime (parties, media, etc.). They were fueled by the diffused
public discourse of nationalism, racism, militarism; from the cravings for the
"hydrocarbons battles" in the Aegean, from the patriotism premium as a "healthy ideology"
by the ruling left, from the constant rhetoric of "national unity and development ",
Regarding the so-called Prespa agreement, this was in fact a confirmation of the "new"
national strategy to strengthen Greece's position in the context of state competition and
fund raising in the wider region of the Eastern Mediterranean and the Balkans. The
overproduction of patriotic reasons for "national unity" and "national development" is the
basis of an aggressive strategy that has been put in place for years: further increase in
the inflated budget of the armed forces (EUR 3.32 billion for 2019); regional alliances
and joint military exercises with the militant states of Israel and Egypt, costly upgrades
of the F-16 and orders for new naval frigates, more intensive militarization for EEZ in
Cyprus and the Aegean, trade agreements with energy giants (TOTAL, MOBILT). At the same
time, the role of the Greek state in the NATO Mechanism (NATO's drones in Larissa, the
nuclear facility at Araxos, fighter jets and helicopters in Aktio and Stefanovikio,
The dipole of "pure" patriotism and "extreme" nationalism is falsified as both are used by
the dominant narrative to reinforce national consciousness in order to conceal class,
racist and gendered segregations and hierarchies. From school and church, to the media and
the army, our first steps attempt to impregnate us with the nationalist poison. Each state
seeks to create in the imagination of its citizens a "common interest national community"
which we ought to defend. Why is it necessary to silence the forms of oppression and
exploitation and to assimilate the radical movements. And because without a national (and
therefore orderly) consciousness it would not be possible to form political foundations in
national states, nor to legitimize and consolidate the new totalitarianisms by extending
the emergency regime and the militarization of societies in a way that goes hand in hand
with the needs of capitalism.
Left management strengthens national narrative. Already by 2015, SYRIZA proposes the
identification of national and class interests with the nationalist frontier of "left-wing
patriotism". The notorious negotiations with the lenders and the July 2015 referendum
constituted a key mechanism of nationalization of consciences, a confirmation of the
assignment to state administrators, and the transformation of movements into state policy
fellow citizens in the name of "fighting against foreign lenders to save the national
economy and restoring national pride and dignity. "
"Left patriotism" and "right nationalism" are aspects of the dominant narrative that has
been imposed: the nation-state as the only possibility of social formation. The
nation-state, in its great embrace, will have all those competitive relations, the
conflicts between the oppressors and the oppressed, the exploiters and the exploited, so
that the "regularity" can ever triumph. Border murders, concentration camps,
intensification of wage slavery and unemployment terrorism, exclusion / punishment of any
other identity that "shames" the masculinity of the nation, control and suppress all what
will be called unnecessary (immigrants, drug addicts / homeless, etc.), suppressing all
those who stand against this "regularity" of class and social peace, who will not eat the
little bit of "social and national contracts". Whether left or right, patriotism raises
the ground and contributes to the promotion of socialism and bloody national unity.
Examples of schools occupied with occupations with nationalist content, fascist pogroms in
Konitsa and Villias, refusal of parents to send their children to a school in Samos where
immigrant children were attending classes are characteristic phenomena of the period.
The outbreak of the global capitalist crisis and its utterly material outcomes for Western
societies have contributed to the giganticisation of nationalism, which is a proven tool
for managing such crises, and at the same time a counterbalance to a possible total
controversy of the state-capitalist edifice. It is a key part of the world puzzle, which
consists of military interventions, economic investments, alliances and antagonisms
between states and power blocks. The re-emergence of the army in Western metropolises and
the militarization of the police, militarism as a social form of organization, the
thousands of dead, displaced and incapacitated immigrants and migrant women remind us that
the "peace" of the sovereigns is the continuation of their war with other means. The
appearance of "external enemies" and the threat of a war are used to terrorize society and
to cluster and compose it around the state. It is a technique of social control, usually
when servicing the sovereign, political and economic interests, causes or will cause
intense unrest within a state.
And, yes, the "war" differs in the materiality of the military conflict and the victims
from "peace", but it is in this "peace" that relations of hierarchy, discipline,
inequality, exploitation, oppression and enforcement of segregation. Relationships that
make the boundaries between peace and war unimaginable so that the hierarchy, the
imposition, the privileges and the increase in the wealth of the sovereigns and the
constant misery and devaluation of their lives continue to perpetuate "under".
For oppressed people and exploiters of this world, national reconciliation is not a
solution, nor is it the choice of an aspiring "right" or left-wing "ethnic". It is not a
solution to assign, vote, and participate in electoral processes and pseudo-dilemmas.
Against hostility, interdependence, competition among the oppressed, the only way out is
the struggle for the total destruction of the world of power, exploitation and submission.
Staying side by side, organizing ourselves through horizontal, anti-authoritarian,
self-organized processes and struggling for the destruction of the state, capitalism,
patriarchy.
No nation unites us, no name separates us

Solidarity is our weapon

The long crisis was the best condition in which the capitalist system was able to impose
new relations of force with the class and decisive transformations in the social
conditions of work. ---- As we had already defined, the lines of attack were and will
continue to be the labor market and bargaining, all supported by a legislative system that
has been favoring capital for years, reducing the rights and protections of those who
work. ---- Today in the world of work extremes of the problems are being verified that the
workers and workers live both inside and outside their place of work: ---- fragmentation
and lack of even elementary rights ---- generalized precariousness, profound inequalities
in both salary and time and rights treatment, in particular in the new areas necessary for
profit and the financial economy, competition between workers who are required to adhere
to these processes and submit to these logics, progressive reduction in the coverage of
the social state, low wages, increase in hours worked.
In fact, there is no longer the "industrial union" built in the previous phase, but the
breakdown has detached all the services from the companies, creating, also, new realities
of workers. Consider, for example, the logistics and services provided remotely that will
further increase with digital.
In recent years we have witnessed a gradual fragmentation of the class: the centrality of
the company and the anti-solidaristic corporate corporatism, still today as for several
years, create competition between workers who concentrate their anger and often
frustration no longer against who created the situation and gets the benefits but towards
the weakest part of the class with ever-increasing violence against foreigners and women.
There is a break between the workers protected by a national contract and the possibility
of organizing themselves and the digital-born generations, where forms of voluntary
submission also emerge (they are not the scabs of the good old days). There are
substantial changes that also affect public employment both as a result of the
introduction of technology and the consequences deriving from the organization of work,
and with the generational change that will take place within a few years.
The union underwent all these transformations carried out by the bosses (centrality of the
company) remaining with an organizational form, modeled on the Fordist commodity scheme,
which led to the absolute inability to react to regain spaces of representation and extend
rights and protections, in fact it has focused and limited to a defensive role to counter
company closures and workforce reduction.
The inadequate reaction of union structures unable even, with some exceptions, to develop
analysis on the phase, is resolved with the autonomous push of the categories with a
process of verticalization of the decisions that leads them to the competition between
them in the various working realities in which different coexist national contracts
applied to workers creating enormous problems of different conditions of protection
between workers working in the same yard or in the same company. The problem of
contractual dumping and the inability to represent and protect workers with different or
precarious national contracts is one of the most current and increasingly widespread
issues. The fragmentation of the class was answered by multiplying the contracts on which,
starting from 2009 with the FIAT contract, the bosses' point of view is spreading and the
consequent progressive reduction of the autonomous position of the workers within the
bargaining. All negotiations put at the center, as a starting point, the sharing of
business difficulties and the need to find ways of relaunching businesses.
Within this perimeter, rights and wages are also re-discussed, however, ending up with the
result of an increasing loyalty of workers to the company (some unions reason about the
participation of workers in company boards) increasingly talking about corporate /
contractual welfare and inflation recovery and less and less of a wage increase as a form
of redistribution of the wealth created and as a form of "wage wage".
The state of crisis of the union concerns the whole European area, albeit with partly
different contents given the various existing organizational models.
We need to deepen and analyze where the state of deep crisis and often inadequacy of trade
unionism in the current phase comes from. We are convinced that the union is not outdated
but rather that there is a need for more trade unions that are profoundly "different" from
what we now know and live as active subjects, which in addition to the struggles on trade
union and social demands strive to build the unity of workers class far beyond union
membership.
Also the political struggle in CGIL in the last congress develops on the project linked to
bargaining and the need for a renewed confederality with confederal contractual structures
to practice it: essentially a transfer of autonomy of the categories in favor of the
confederation. We propose a reduction in the number of categories and a drastic reduction
in the number of national contracts. The demand for a stronger and renewed confederality,
which translated into non-union language means the need for verbal and contractual tools
capable of unifying the class, with a unified response that breaks the categorical and /
or individual corporate solutions, makes sense if it rests on an attack platform capable
of giving concrete answers to all the broken pieces of the class, both to the categories
relatively guaranteed by the CCNL and to the class dispersed in the streams of insecurity.
In the absence of aggregating objectives, the neo-confederality results in a hierarchical
and authoritarian control of the categories.
In recent years the bosses have opened grasslands with progressive steps of restructuring
that have profoundly affected social relations. Reconstructing a role and the autonomous
position of workers by resuming class conflict presents real difficulties and it does not
seem that everything said about the analysis of this phase favors an immediate development
of class consciousness. There is no push from the base on this pressing need for
structural transformation, something we believe necessary and without which we cannot do
otherwise.
Today as yesterday, a necessary condition for re-launching a basic participation in union
activity, remains:
to defend the practicability, the freedom / right of workers to associate / join forces,
to organize themselves in the workplace in the workplace and in the territory, both in
terms of representation and consultation and assembly decision-making; Define a
decision-making path that sees the workers as protagonists from the beginning of the
construction of contractual and / or contractual platforms and not only a posteriori as
subjects that ratify summit agreements.
prevent the process of desindacalization, linked both to the expulsion of labor power and
to the blackmail of the employer and to the processes of precariousness / flexibility,
which inexorably produces the disappearance of trade union action in the workplace.
participation of young contracted and non-contractual workers in the trade union
structures of all levels, coming from factory and service experiences but also
representatives of new forms of work and exploitation, which guarantee the effective and
non-formal exercise of union democracy, which favors the full participation and
self-determination and worker representation both in the workplace and within the union
structures.
In this regard, the choice of a significant reduction of the central bureaucratic
apparatus in favor of a strengthening of the territorial presence is also strategic, also
through a generalized alternation between union posting and work in "production".
The bureaucratization of union structures is an obstacle to break down to develop real
moments of union democracy, for us libertarians it is necessary for union leaders to be a
real expression of the world of work and of the categories and it is therefore necessary
to overcome all those forms of cooptation that lead to , to the maximum management
subjects directly from extra-union realities.
Promote the development of territorial coordination structures of workers and other social
subjects, in which trade union action is not bound to a pre-established choice of union
code, but is able to relate where possible to the relational, organizational and struggle
situation of each single job, since the priority is the choice of belonging, of insertion
and of action within the workers as such.
The growing phenomenon of bureaucratization has favored neocorporative turning points of
syndicalism that must also be fought for the corruption phenomena they entail, developing
greater control of the base on the tops.
Combating any process of criminalization, de-legitimization and repression of social
dissent, fighting dangerous authoritarian tendencies that are increasingly affecting union
activists: solidarity is also a weapon
A campaign on real wage increases and on rights remains central. Furthermore, welfare must
be reviewed at a universal level, claims must be made for better working hours and labor
conditions must be negotiated with the introduction of technology. A general intercategory
dispute is necessary for the reduction of working hours with the same pay: Objective
indispensable to combat unemployment and precariousness and by now mature objective in
relation to the development of computerization processes of the production cycle. These
are central points of the union action.
The strategic choice for us cnarchist communists must remain that of the territory;
intertwining union demands (work, rights, wages) with social demands (right to housing,
education, health, etc.).
To aggregate while remaining in the class and not to be pushed to the margins.
Having clear the nature and role of trade union intervention, but equally the role of
militants of the political organization, with its specificity, and of its line that cannot
be subordinated to other logics of belonging.

03.10. In 2016, we took part in a black protest in Poznan. Since then we have been
regularly dragged by the courts. Some of us were unreasonably detained and arrested during
the demonstration. Maciek, Jacek and Gosia were charged with violating the police's
immunity and taking part in an illegal gathering. Asia, Iwka and Pawel were accused of
participating in the illegal gathering with the knowledge that its participants intend to
carry out a violent attack on police officers much later - after they reported that the
police had exceeded their rights. To prosecute them was a simple revenge for making
problems - a classic example of political repression. ---- The Amnesty International
report wrote about the absurdity of the whole situation:
The case of the Black Protest in Poznan is an example of the police using disproportionate
direct coercion measures during demonstrations. It is also worrying about not
investigating complaints about police officers and limiting the possibility of exercising
the right of an injured party to an effective remedy. It also seems that in the District
Attorney's Office of the Old Town, the scope of concepts has been confused, which was
justified by the use of force by referring, inter alia, to the "illegality" of the
assembly. Peaceful gathering is freedom, the implementation of which does not depend on
the consent of the authorities. International human rights law and standards do not allow
countries to require prior approval for organizing a meeting.
In accordance with international human rights law and standards, failure to notify
authorities or failure to comply with other administrative requirements does not allow the
conclusion that the assembly is "illegal." The authorities may consider that an assembly
is illegal, for example if its purpose is to prevent another assembly from being
organized, and thus to prevent others from exercising freedom of assembly. But even then,
law enforcement authorities are entitled to use only measures that are necessary and
proportionate to achieve the objective they face. International standards are clear -
especially regarding the use of force in such circumstances - and provide that when
dispelling unlawful but peaceful assemblies, law enforcement officials should avoid the
use of direct coercion measures, and if this is not possible, they should use force to the
smallest extent necessary. In other words, the fact that an assembly in accordance with
national law is illegal does not justify the use by law enforcement officials of the force
to dissipate it. The position of the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of assembly and
association is unequivocal on this point: prohibiting and disperasing peaceful assemblies
just because "their message does not please the authorities" is a violation of
international human rights law. " that a given assembly under national law is illegal,
does not justify the use by law enforcement officials of the force to dissipate it. The

We have been interrogated for two years, we have been taking part in court hearings almost
every month. The process has already cost us a lot of money, nerves and time. Of course,
in the meantime, the trial against the police was discontinued, despite many witnesses and
victims, the prosecutor's office did not notice any shortcomings on their part. In the
justification, we read that "It should be indicated and what can not be omitted, taking
into account the facts of the present case, that the persons injured in the present
proceedings include persons who operate in the Anarchist movement in Poznan (Anarchist
Federation Poznan, Rozbrat) or are indicated movement in a different way connected.
Members of this movement take part in various protests, trying through their provocative
behaviors,
The website of the Anarchist Federation includes a number of demonstration tips including
those referring to the need to put on face masks, bounce arrests and others. In the
present case, it is possible to observe the typical actions of this kind, in particular
provocative - as the use of masks, throwing stones and flares at officers, directing
vulgar and offensive words to police officers. Most of these behaviors are dangerous to
life and health.
[...]However, the testimony of the victims, in the context of the remaining evidence
gathered in the case - was considered subjective because they are inconsistent with other
evidence in the case, including collected documents and testimonies of other witnesses (we
remind you that other witnesses are police officers! note by the authors of the report).
In particular, it is also difficult to assume that the officers deliberately humiliated
and used unnecessary violence against unknown and strangers, without having any personal
interest in it, and also risking their own life and health and loss of employment.
[...]In the opinion of the supervising prosecutor, police officers took urgent decisions
of vital importance for the protection of life and health in a dynamic and dangerous
situation which is undoubtedly a confrontation with over a thousand people. As well, they
acted with the risk of their own life and health in extremely stressful and directly
threatening life, health and the situation. It should be emphasized that uncontrolled
crowd reactions are extremely dangerous.
You can not forget about this when assessing the behavior of police officers, because it
is easy to assess such situations in the privacy of your private office or private home.
Therefore, the issue of a call to comply with the law in the context of fulfilling the
conditions of art. Article 34 paragraph 2 of the Act on coercive measures and firearms
does not matter. "
We have been treated in advance by the apparatus of power as criminals and liars, whose
voice means nothing to the police who are fighting for life, who never abuse their powers
and do not use unjustified aggression.
Returning to our process -
During the subsequent hearings we have not been provided with any credible evidence of our
offenses. Most of the prosecutors' witnesses did not remember anything, and those who
could describe the course of events more closely, made use of strange and crazy references
to Youtube videos, denied each other or evidently confabulated, suggesting that we are
members of some professional, organized and dangerous criminal group, which seems absurd.
As a member of the criminal group, we are also treated by a judge who did not want to
accept our list of witnesses until the last minute, and called for the help of security
guards for tomorrow's hearing. In the minutes of the last hearing, she placed the
recommendation: "Ask the Judicial Police with a letter informing them of the dates of the
hearings, informing them,
It does not surprise us at all, we already knew about the approach of judges Agnieszka
Cabrery-Kasprzak to activists and activists. Some time ago, out of curiosity, we checked
whether in the past she had had contact with the anarchist community. It soon turned out
that the judge had temporarily discarded a loud case about the use of a private paralyzer
on duty by a police officer during a lecture on gender in Poznan. We dug up to the article
in which excerpts of the justification for such a decision and its criticism are quoted.
In a nutshell, Judge Agnieszka Cabrera-Kasprzak stated that the crime took place, and by
taking a private taser to the lecture, the policeman "acted in advance with intentional
intention" and "knew that he was acting in violation of the law". However, she dismissed
the matter because of ... negligible social harm. This is a guilty statement, but formally
the policeman will remain unpunished and will not lose his job. However, the judge said
that the policeman had the right to feel threatened because he was in civilian clothes,
without a vest or helmet. He also expected the lecture to be interrupted by anarchists
because the police warned the organizers about it. "He certainly knew the typical
behaviors of this type of professional experience"[...]"He had to know from the office that
public officials'.
This is the unfounded, unjustified, very vague and stereotypical approach of the Judges to
activists and activists who are shocking and worried. Today, interrogation of defense
witnesses begins. We hope that judge Agnieszka Cabrera-Kasprzak will remain objective,
forget about his prejudices and listen to what they have to say in our case.

Hello everyone, the FAU Hamburg (Free Workers' Union) together with IWW Hamburg
(Industrial Workers of the World) and Gainesville IWW agreed on a call for a Global May
Day, which was then published in coordination with several other unions and initiatives.
---- Each syndicate/ group/ union organizes its own activities with their own focal
points. The call is part of a common global framework, which helps to visually connect
those activities and promotes communication on the global level. -- The main communication
channel is this mailing list[https://lists.riseup.net/www/info/globalmayday]. There is
also a fb group Global May Day 2019 | #1world1struggle and a page Global May Day. ---- One
central part of the initiative is the coordination of Solidarity Partnerships:
https://globalmayday.wordpress.com/solidarity-partnerships/ ---- At this stage
translations of the call are urgently needed. Currently in the making are translations
into Burmese and Portuguese. Available so far is the call in Bahasa Indonesia, Bengali,
English, French, German, Hindi, Spanish, Tamil and Turkish:
https://globalmayday.wordpress.com/call
In case you can help with a translation, please make use of this pad
[https://etherpad.net/p/globalmayday2019]. This should help to prevent various people
translating into the same language.
The following can be done in context of the Global May Day.
before May Day:
- support the call and inform the mailing list
- translate the call
- spread the call
- network for solidarity partnerships
- announce your May Day activities via the Global May Day mailing list
- help with the creation of materials such as posters/banners/memes:
https://globalmayday.wordpress.com/call-for-materials
during May Day:
- visually connect your activities with the call of the Global May Day by displaying the
common symbols and using #1world1struggle
- document your activities
after May Day:
- send reports about your activities to the Global May Day mailing list
In the end we hope that this initiative will lead to a network of emancipatory groups and
unions worldwide, which can also be used to support each other after May Day.
greetings from Hamburg

Global May Day 2019
– 1st May, 2019 –
Every year people take to the streets and go on strike on May 1st to commemorate
International Workers’ Day. With the following call, which was
initiated by several syndicates of the grassroot unions Free Workers' Union (FAU) and
Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), we want to
encourage groups on the grassroot level, labour unions and initiatives worldwide to link
their May Day activities and by doing so provide visibility
to the transnational dimension of the struggle.
We, workers and students, will stand together in solidarity, because we are all involved
in the same struggle against profit-driven interests
regardless of our place of residence. Budget cuts in social services, outsourcing,
depressing wages, privatization, increasing costs of living as
well as tuition fees are just a few of the symptoms directly related to the global
economic system. A system that is based on exploitation and
competition and pushing forward the commercialization of all aspects of our lives.
The constantly increasing pressure to perform is sickening, be it in the workplace,
university, school, and increasingly during childhood and
youth. The logic of the market economy and the corresponding nation-state structures
require that adaption to the dictate of competitiveness and
the value-added production take priority over the development of emancipatory capabilities.
We do not intend to simply disrupt; we seek to overcome.
Given the transnational nature of the capitalist system, it is necessary for workers to
connect on the global level. By networking across borders,
the global interconnections that shape our local conditions can be made visible.
Furthermore it opens up new potentialities and scopes of
action within the struggle against exploitation as well precarious working and living
conditions. The bargaining power of workers would increase
tremendously, if we were to unite within the same value-added chain. Let us imagine what
differences it would have made, if the striking miners
in Marikana (South Africa) and workers of the BASF chemical plants located in Germany were
connected and had united in their struggle given
that BASF is the primary purchaser of the resources produced by the miners. Such linkages
could have significantly altered or perhaps even
prevented the 2012 massacre [http://basflonmin.com/home/de/]. Another example are garment
workers in Sri Lanka (producing textiles for the
retailing company H&M) who fought for wages enabling them a proper living
[https://feminisminindia.com/2018/12/11/hm-workers-protest/] on
November 27th, 2018. On the same day groups across Europe and the USA organised activities
in solidarity in front of outlets of H&M. This
shows that pressure can be generated through a network of actors within the value-added
chain, from the producing workers to those working in
the retails stores and those purchasing the product. The same applies to strike actions
taking place at Amazon: For example the labour union
ver.di called for strikes in 2016 at logistical centers across Germany. Since logistical
centers in Poland were used as evasive locations, the
labour union IP organised solidarity actions
[http://www.ozzip.pl/english-news/item/2157-amazon-poland-over-2000-people-want-to-go-on-strike-but-restrictive-polish-labor-laws-prohibit-it].
By now action groups are forming at Amazon centers around the world, which are also
increasingly shaping a network.
Last but not least IT workers are resisting precarious working conditions and get
organized across borders. As an example we want to point out the initiative Game Workers
Unite! [https://www.gameworkersunite.org/] and mention the walkout by workers at Google
[https://twitter.com/GoogleWalkout], which was joined by tens of thousands of people in 50
cities worldwide last November.
With a transnationally coordinated May Day 2019 we strive to realize a collective goal of
a better life by networking and building solidarity on a
global scale. Especially in times of increasing nationalist and racist tendencies, we
emphasize the common struggle and resist being played off
against each other.
For a better life for all – across all borders!
