Workers need to support the struggle of high school students for the climate. Maybe with
strikes. Download, print and distribute the April issue of the A3 newspaper! ---- May Day
is ahead of us, which is in 1890 inseparably linked to Labor Day. Although we can read in
today's calendar that it is a "public holiday", it was certainly not at the beginning. May
Day tradition was based on the murder of several anarchists who fought for eight hours in
Chicago in the 1880s. The international workers' movement then determined May 1 as a day
when workers irrespective of their alleged nationality or sex go to the streets to demand
improvement of their living conditions here and now, but also to express a desire for a
free and egalitarian society that is guided by workers' living needs. So not as it once
was, and today,
Soon, however, many of the above understood that better than confronting the First May's
legitimate demands of workers using the police force would appropriate this holiday, make
it "state" and pretend that the interests of ordinary people interest them. But they don't
care. It is just a matter of blunting the tip of radicality that could sweep the booty
capitalist order out of the world, or some kind of party-bureaucratic regime. No wonder
now that everyone is on the streets of May Day today - and with the legacy of anarchists
struggling to reduce their working hours, and best of all, the wage-labor institution
itself has nothing to do with it. From the Bolsheviks to the socdemakers of the "free"
market to fascists. Workers are perhaps the stepping stone to power, or they call work as
a godly idol,
But there is no reason to get First May disgusted. Not even those who distort his
tradition and meaning, nor those who spit on him with a primitive pseudo-argument that
this is a summoning of the past regime. We, anarchists and anarchists, are clear on this
point and we know where our place is - in the unprivileged layer, who do not understand
why the destiny of their lives should be the endless drudgery to satisfy the luxury needs
of economic elites while still earning a truncheon dragging them over the head when they
defy such a set system. And those less fortunate of these unfortunates have to live on or
without support because they do not get the blessings of being abused in the name of the
boss's well-being.
The long-term work of the capitalist regime is intended. And we refuse this work. We
refuse that human beings have to go undignified to those who have the means (even if they
do not work any more). Employers and their politicians and corporate media help them to
loose their dignity to hate others, nationalism, racism and similar mental waste. Instead,
we support the concept of work that does not serve a narrow group, but the development of
the individual, his community, and society as a whole; work that would not be a symbol of
exploitation but of human emancipation and progress that serves all.
In addition, we must also bear in mind that we are at a time when there is a long wait for
the revolutionary change and the defeat of captive capitalism as a luxury we cannot
afford. Indeed, the capitalist machine does not only benefit from the work of people who
are reliant upon it for mercy. It also generates profits at the expense of nature and
climate, changing at an incredibly rapid pace, and the disasters it brings down most of
all on the poorest and underprivileged. And as we wrote in the last issue of A3 , the
capital world in this way has managed to make the future of generations even more profitable.
However, many high school and high school students do not put their heads in the sand and
do not make climate change. It applies to them inherently. High school students are making
strikes around the world. They borrowed an effective weapon of workers. But they seem to
have forgotten about her. At the same time, the strike, as a result of being drawn and as
wide as possible, is one of the few tools to do something. Certainly not appeals to
elected representatives or fearful submission of moderate demands.
Even if you are not about freedom and equality, but just a job that will allow you to
survive, know that "there are no jobs in the dead planet." Workers need to support the
struggle of high school students for the climate. Maybe with strikes.
It's about our planet! And the only thing our common struggle can do is make them dirty
profits.

Ecology, as an ideology that aims to question the relationship between man and his
environment, is potentially a fierce enemy of capitalism. Be careful not to enter
practices that take away all power of subversion ! ---- Today we do not count the "
alternatives " that flourish everywhere ... Should we rejoice ? Not necessarily, says Aude
Vidal, who invites us to take a closer look. There is a way of considering ecology as a "
joyous " thought , a source of personal fulfillment, which perniciously puts forward
values traditionally rooted on the right: empowerment of the individual, negation of the
relations of domination that cross society ... ---- This form of ecological thought
presents us with a myth: that of revolution without conflict. It is the famous precept "
to change oneself to change the world " ; as if it were possible, by a system of domino,
to radically transform society little by little, individual by individual, without
encountering resistance. The refusal of the critical analysis of the social machine in
which we are all taken and taken over-accountability of people and defuses social
conflicts. The policy of small gestures is in fact an immense motor of inertia! Worse, if
you have the resources to thrive in a difficult world, then your suffering comes first and
foremost from your inability to mobilize them ... Not only does this speech make the
victims feel guilty, but it also distances them from political, collective action .
Aude Vidal also brings to light the justification of the inequalities between women and
men brought by the discourses that have the wind in their sails in certain ecological
circles, denounces the economy of DIY (do it yourself) which perverts the imperative of
autonomy in delirium omnipotence, or recalls that urban agriculture today accompanies de
facto gentrification.
All is not worth in the alternatives ; this little book comes to describe the pitfalls to
avoid. One must never confuse end and middle, and remain vigilant on the purpose of the
struggle - for it is one ! Surrounding oneself with trusting people is not cultivating an
affinity between oneself, just as preserving oneself to stay efficient is not taking a
good time to feel good ... Moreover, concludes the author, wanting to any price being
satisfied in such an unfair world is not a goal to make us happy. Self-deception, we must
prefer lucidity, carrier of emancipatory revolt !

applauded the actions or danced with them will be sacked or "re-educated" whilst the rest
carry on their jobs as enforcers of capitalism, which is what they have always been,
despite the assertions by Extinction Rebellion leaders that they are capable of being won
over. Already the bourgeois press is upping its attacks on people taking part in the
action, whilst Labour scum like David Blunkett assist in this, The next move is much
heavier action by the police , "the full force of the law" as authorised by Sajid Javid
and by May herself, previously a strong arm Home Secretary. The task of social anarchists
is to highlight this and assist in a process of radicalisation, speaking plainly,
truthfully but without condescension to the new layers of people being drawn into struggle
in numbers not seen since the CND/Committee of 100 mobilisations

On April 9, 2019, the District Court for Warszawa Sródmiescie decided to discontinue the
criminal proceedings against Jakub Zaczek, an activist of the Polish Syndicalists' Union,
from the private prosecution of Poczta Polska SA ---- Accusation accused Zaczek that "from
June 2016 to the present day, through the means of mass communication, ie the Internet, as
well as during organized gatherings, he talked to Poczta Polska SA about properties or
conduct that could humiliate it in the public and expose him to loss of trust necessary
for a given type of activity by posting offensive or untrue comments and information about
Poczta Polska SA on the Internet network, as well as publicly repeating them during
organized gatherings, ie an act from Article 212 of the Penal Code. "---- In the
justification of the prosecution, Poczta Polska SA added, among others:
"Apart from the risk of lowering the reputation of Poczta Polska SA in the assessment of
potential clients or business contractors, there is a real risk of personnel paralysis,
which would most likely result in a deterioration of the ability to perform tasks for the
defense of the Polish State."
The District Court found this argument unconvincing.
The court stated that "the private prosecution brought in obviously has no real grounds
for the accused, and the statements against him do not fulfill the signs of the act under
Article 212 of the Penal Code." In its justification, the Court further stated:
"The accused has the accused, claiming in his defense that the private prosecutor has not
provided any proof that the author of the quotes quoted on page 3 is accused.[...]In
essence, it is not known whether the accused is directly accused of other people's
statements or participation in the collective "propagation" of quoted slogans, due to
being one of the representatives of the Polish Syndicalists' Union, which "uses to
dissatisfy anarchist activity not only current employees of Poczta Polska SA but also
former employees."
One could guess in this situation that the accusations quoted in the justification of the
act were made by the accused during the organized gatherings. Again, however, they do not
confirm this, and even deny the materials attached to the indictment.[...]The congregation
was shouting "Management for 1500 PLN", "Enough exploitation", "Management for shovels".
The speakers apologized to the clients for the poor quality of the service, justifying it
with insufficient number of employees. The syndicalists also took the floor criticizing
the current system of power in Poland.
In this situation, according to the Court, it is obvious that there is no real basis for
the indictment, which accuses Jakub Zaczek of a mixture of the statements of another
person (postman) and quotes of unknown origin. The offense referred to in art. 212 of the
Penal Code does not provide for a collective responsibility regime, and even an active
participation in an organization that "propagates" passwords that are unfavorable to an
aggrieved company is not a prohibited act unless it is possible to attribute specific
behavior to a specific person.
In addition, it should be pointed out that the quoted statements, although critical to the
aggrieved company, and especially its management board, however, according to the Court,
fall within the limits of allowed criticism and constitutionally guaranteed freedom of
expression. The prosecutor, citing the complaint regarding his specific public tasks and
the resulting monopoly on postal services should in this situation be ready to criticize
his actions, especially in the area of caring for decent working conditions and pay for
employees. In this situation, the statements of postmen and people from the organization
supporting them, which is allowed criticism, undertaken in the public interest, within the
individual's right to freedom of expression, in the court's opinion do not fulfill the
features of crime.
As a side note, quotes quoted in the complaint are criticisms of the company's management
and people managing trade unions, and therefore it is natural persons - insofar as they
feel offended by these remarks - should bring prosecution at their own expense. "
Previously, Poczta Polska has already tried to accuse Jakub Zaczek of "provocation to
commit a crime" in connection with art. 212 of the Penal Code, however, the District
Prosecutor's Office, by virtue of July 13, 2017, discontinued the proceedings in the
absence of a public interest in continuing prosecution from office.

After five months of mobilization, thousands of "yellow vests" took to the streets for the
23rd consecutive Saturday of protests, already marked by clashes between security forces
and demonstrators, which resulted in more than 200 prisons. Police attacked the protesters
on several occasions with scattered grenades and tear gas on a large avenue in the center
of the capital, between the squares of the Bastille and the Republic. ---- In the middle
of the day, police had arrested 227 people in Paris and made more than 20,500 "preventive
checks". At 19:00 local time, 178 people had been detained in the capital, including six
minors. ---- 'Living with dignity' ---- The demonstration in Paris began calmly, with the
traditional claims of an increase in purchasing power and more direct democracy. Another
protest, which left the Basilica of Saint-Denis in the north of the city, passed without
incident.
"We want to live with dignity. I have my pension, but I am here for future generations,
"said Joël Blayon, a retired fisherman.
The mood in "act 23" was one of mistrust after a week in which President Emmanuel Macron
would unveil a grand program of reforms to quell social discontent. The announcement was
postponed to next Thursday by the fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
The national commotion provoked by the fire at Notre-Dame irritated some "yellow vests,"
especially for the millions of euros promised by the French fortunes for reconstruction.
"I really like Notre-Dame, I'm Catholic, but the biggest asset is the hand and the head
that works," said Jean-Maria, a retired professor from Auxerre (center).
Protests across the country
In Bordeaux (southwest), center of force of the movement, a small crowd gathered in the
Stock Exchange square before starting the march, while the police blocked the access to
the streets of the center of the city. In Toulouse (south), thousands of people gathered
in a central square. "I'm scared, but that did not stop me from coming," said Claudine
Sarradet, a retiree.
In Marseille (south), about a thousand "yellow vests" gathered to protest at the Old Port.
In the city of Lille in the north, hundreds of people demonstrated. "Macron can not give
answers because he does not want to change his policy, 'everything for the rich'," said
Stéphanie, 27, a housewife.
Between 200 and 300 people demonstrated in Rouen (north), although the protest was forbidden.
As in previous weeks, authorities banned rallies in emblematic places in the country, such
as the grand Champs-Élysées avenue and the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris. More than 60,000
police and gendarmes were deployed, French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner said on
Friday, saying he feared the return of the "vandals".

The numerous employer abuses by this multinational company have created a degrading work
environment. Class reality has shown that only through self-organization and participation
in grassroots organizations will we be able to free ourselves from employers' indecision,
bringing to the fore the common interests of the world of work. Active resistance is a
matter of all. The bosses do what they know well looking at their unimpeded profitability
on the backs of the workers. It is time to give our own answers! That is why we have
decided as a sign of solidarity with workers and workers in the work galleon called Lidl,
being ourselves and the same organic part of the working class, ---- Labor Middle Ages
... by LIDL ---- Lidl's chain of stores was recently awarded the title "Top Employer".
Promoting the "discrimination" as much as possible tries to persuade consumers (why
employees who come in for hundreds of people and present the actual conditions in these
shops under the relevant posts will probably not convince them). It is a classic example
that demonstrates the ridiculousness of such awards: awarding a top employer award to a
multinational where complaints about working galleys, employers' terrorism, psychological
violence and over-exploitation are everyday phenomena.
Large-scale and responsible people with a salary of four times trying to conceal this
reality, while contributing to the further exploitation of the workers. In order to
maximize profits they do not hesitate to turn the workplace into martyrdom. The
unreasonable goals and crazy demands make thousands of workers work at incredibly
overwhelming pace. Overtime ghosts, prohibition of (certain of the law) breaks depressing
environment, intimidation, prohibition of social interaction with your colleagues in the
store and all of them to be able to feel the relief that was not fired.
And of course ... redundancies are a key component of the "top employer" policy. This has
a double profit as it attempts to inflict social cannibalism on the workers / employees -
generally "eat and your neighbor in order to survive" - and on the other hand creates a
flexible staff that can be replaced at any time. Thus, in 2017, in addition to 50
redundancies, 70 resignations followed, due to inconceivable working conditions. In 2018
resignations were plunged, while complaints of inhumane behavior were even more. An
exemplary example is the dismissal of a cancer patient on the grounds that it has
interfered with a client. While there are not only a few times when workers were found at
the exit door with the fantastic argument "Thought to steal".
From all of the above, it is clear that the multinational Lidl faces the most stringent
terms of its employees, yet it does not have the same attitude towards its loose products.
Products that the Uniform Food Control Authority (EFET) very often recognizes as consumer
health threats and withdraws from the shelves of the chain. Bulking, alterations, and
growth of micro-organisms characterize the majority of "goods" found in stores. Goods that
the average consumer is often forced to buy because of the very low cost.
Ironically, it is the fact that the prices of these lean products, which are exclusively
marketed by Lidl in Greece after deducting the VAT rate, are significantly higher than the
corresponding prices of the same products in other countries. The legitimate trick used by
this German company in Greece is that in every shop that opens it establishes a distinct,
general partnership. This is, of course, not subject to European legislation on triangular
(intra-group) transactions, since with the general partnerships it is out of control. As
is known in the market, a parent company abroad is ordering the items to be imported into
another company, which it has set up. This second (essentially the same as the parent, but
with another legal form) sells the same things in Greece with very little profits. Of
course, the benefit of this trick is double, as prices are controlled on the one hand, and
on the other, much less taxes are paid. It is noteworthy that the proofs are proud to
write "LIDL and Co. OE": it means that it is not just a general partnership but also has a
second partner but a limited partnership, that is, without responsibility. In this way, it
manages to create different corporate shapes, resulting in every Lidl store being
different to its neighbor. That being legitimate does not mean it is moral, that's what we
know well. It is noteworthy that the proofs are proud to write "LIDL and Co. OE": it means

We are not beggars, nor owe thanks to the bosses who sell our labor power to enrich them.
For all and all of us who have no other means to survive, that's all we have to sell.
Their enthusiastic demands and employers' indecision can only be interrupted by class
self-organization and trade union action by the workers themselves. Our response to the
bosses is that in every attack, the working class will always find ways to fight back
until it removes the privileges and powers of the powerful and the ones.
It is time to fight back. Do not let enlightenment and degrading behaviors become a living
condition for all and all of us.
