The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act was recently re-introduced to Congress to protect helpless animals against these malicious acts and to create stricter punishments for those who hurt them. Demand Congress pass the PACT Act and finally create strong punishments for those who abuse animals. All 50 states have felony penalties for malicious cruelty, and there are federal statutes on animal fighting and crush videos.
