A Man On A Scooter Dragged His Husky Behind Him

A puppy was dragged behind a speeding scooter until its belly was raw and bloody. Sign now to demand justice. Sign Now Dear friends, In an absolutely shocking and horrifying video, a man in Yunnan, China was filmed dragging this small puppy down the street while he rode on his scooter. Once the poor dog was rescued, pictures at the vet's office showed that skin from its paws and belly had been virtually torn off. This is simply unacceptable. China, unfortunately, has no legislation protecting dogs from animal abuse against pets. So nothing will happen to the puppy's owner — who admitted that she enabled this cruelty — or to the man who dragged her puppy down a busy street. China is one of the only major economies that still has no animal cruelty laws on their books and it is time to change that. Which is why I have signed this petition and urge you to do the same. We must call on the Chinese authorities to make sure that no other dog has to suffer like this, by passing anti-animal cruelty legislation immediately!
