The 1,800-page report warns that people living today, future generations, and wildlife are all at risk unless urgent action is taken to reverse the loss of plants, insects and animals. The world’s leading scientists warn Earth’s life-support systems are approaching a danger zone for humanity.
The wording of the summary is being finalized by a gathering of experts and government representatives before its release on Monday.
