Once again we met as an Anarchist Student Group, in order to strengthen our political
actions, to discuss from the criticism and self-criticism about the scope, successes and
mistakes of our work as an organization in the last semester, in addition to conducting an
analysis on the current panorama of the country and the student movement, in order to
build a semiannual work plan that allows us to continue fighting for combative,
antipatriarchal, dignified, classist education - and a long etcetera - that we both dream
of with the conviction that a New world is possible. ---- Once again we met as an
Anarchist Student Group, in order to strengthen our political actions, to discuss from the
criticism and self-criticism about the scope, successes and mistakes of our work as an
organization in the last semester, in addition to conducting an analysis on the current
panorama of the country and the student movement, in order to build a semiannual work plan
that allows us to continue fighting for combative, antipatriarchal, dignified, classist
education - and a long etcetera - that we both dream of with the conviction that a New
world is possible.

In that sense, our XI Semiannual Projection Assembly declares that:

1.In 2018, after more than two months of university unemployment and various dynamics of
mobilization of the student movement, an agreement was reached between the student body
(ACREES, FENARES, UNEES), the teaching staff (ASPU) and the National Government , in which
it was possible to obtain an additional budget of 4.5 billion pesos for the education
sector in the next four years, in addition to 1.3 billion pesos for the budgetary bases.
Likewise, a table was created to reform articles 86 and 87 of law 30, among other things.

However, after this, from the UNEES student platform (which managed to mobilize and pick
up the majority of the students by "considering" horizontally, from the bottom up,
articulator of the basic processes and spokespersons. ACREES or FENARES organizations),
the student movement was expected to remain strong and articulate to continue fighting for
a new education, which, of course, goes beyond budget claims. But, this was not the case,
the movement entered into reflux dynamics, due - we believe - to the nonconformity of the
bases on how the agreement was signed (without previously consulting it in large spaces),
which caused the spokespersons to lose legitimacy , In addition to their inability to
download the information to their bases about what was happening at the table and make
them really participate. Of course, the mistakes also fall in the spaces of wide and
collective construction such as student councils, where our capacity to strengthen them
was not very energetic.

Additionally, the Duke Government has been breaching several of the agreed points,
including: the reform of royalties; the fate of the 4.5 billion increase for public
education in the National Development Plan, by allocating much of the budget to ICETEX and
its projects; increased the budget to the defense sector by 1.9 billion pesos, contrary to
not only what was agreed on at the table with the student sector, but also the points of
the Peace Agreement.

The National Encounters of Students of Higher Education (ENEES) and special meeting (which
are supposed to be wide deliberative spaces) have been a failure to assume it, since there
have been no discussions, there are dynamics of stigmatization between universities and
they have even been sabotaged, making it difficult to consolidate a clear articulation and
route of work.

For all the above as an organization we will propose that the student movement should be
turned over to local spaces, aiming at the consolidation of a district and national
coordinator with new projections and structure.

2.Front our analysis of the situation, we identified a restructuring of the paramilitary
organizations, picking up the legacy of those of the 80s and 90s, regrouping in what until
now is known as the Gaitanista Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AGC), Self-Defense United
of Colombia (AUC), Águilas Negras and groups with less military capacity, but that control
specific areas of the geography, focusing specifically on regions with a high presence of
crops for illicit use, such as the department of Cauca, Nariño, Caquetá , Antioquia,
Santander and Bolívar, even in recent weeks, threatening pamphlets have been known in the
northern part of Cauca, signed by "El Cartel de Sinaloa". These organizations are
currently controlling the hundreds of hectares with plantations for illegal use,

The above, puts in check social and popular processes and organizations, being direct
targets of paramilitary actions, as has been evidenced by the murder of more than 800
people, under the sicarial action of these organizations, which leads to the constant
concern of the lives and processes of defense and resistance of the peasant, indigenous,
Afro-descendant, women and, in general, popular sectors. However, our concern or anger
does not stop there: in a passive activism, on the contrary, we find the organization and
permanent struggle as a solution.

In addition, we visualize a worrying breach of the Peace Agreement by the Government at
the head of Iván Duque, by sabotaging such important issues as the Special Jurisdiction
for Peace (JEP), the budget for the Reincorporation Zones, their productive projects and
the security guarantees for the exercise of the policy within the state framework, 150
ex-combatants being killed throughout the country, creating a rather uncertain panorama
for the future life of the demobilized, the political sector and the country in social
terms, Political and economic. Proof of this was evidenced on August 29, with the
declaration of a sector of the FARC-EP command, where they communicated to public opinion
their return to arms,

The discourse of the sector of the command, rests on the justification of the few or no
guarantees for the full exercise of the policy without weapons and what entails around it
for the thousands of ex-combatants and the Bolivarian process itself. Now, what will have
to be seen will be the conditions in which the popular sector will be in urban and rural
areas and their accumulated politicians.

Now, we are aware that the situation in the country is further exacerbated by the
emergence of a neoliberalism materialized in the National Development Plan (PND) and at
the local level with the Territorial Planning Plan (POT), in which, Peñalosa and its
Friends of the Bogota and national business elite (Amarilo, Prodesa, ExxonMobil,
Bancolombia, among others) intend to build a city model totally alien to popular
interests, which, rather, are interests for big capital. Just as the eastern hills,
wetlands and popular neighborhoods are not saved, neither does it happen with the premises
of the National University of Colombia, specifically with the lands of the second phase of
the University Hospital and the Uriel Gutiérrez and Camilo Torres buildings. The POT
enters into force,

We believe that it is pertinent - and as it always has been - to face all of the above, to
tend because the student movement creates articulation and links of mutual support with
social and popular movements from a transversal policy.

3. Feminism must move from discourse to action. We identify in multiple spaces and
institutions women are violated in various ways and the university is no exception. That
is why we bet you to appropriate this scenario, build safe spaces, sorores, bet on a
non-sexist education, which allows you to be for and from women.

We also believe that feminism cannot be energized by NGOs and / or foundations and / or
leftist organizations that reproduce state or capitalist dynamics, since we understand and
conceive as a root problem the State and Capitalism, because it engenders, sustains and
reproduces violence and the patriarchal system.

For these reasons, in the student scenario, gender-based violence is constantly evidenced,
which we reject as an organization, these have emerged in recent months of some
organizations that call themselves "revolutionary." Therefore, recognizing that we are not
exempt, we will be responsible for building safe spaces in our organization, with training
processes, the creation of a protocol, the creation of a feminist program, the criticism
and self-criticism of our political and daily actions.

4. We will continue strengthening the grassroots spaces in the universities where we are
present, actively participating in the organizational spaces from a solidarity, direct,
horizontal and anti-authoritarian action

5. We will continue with the training spaces as these contribute us in the process of
building ourselves as critical political people, to face dynamics of dispute that may arise.

6. We will seek to create alliances with other libertarian, anarchist, autonomist
processes in order to multiply forces and build some common objectives that allow us to
continue moving towards social revolution from our district, regional and national context.

Finally, we want to invite you to continue dreaming, but also to fight to make dreams come
true according to the moment Colombia, Latin America and the world are going through; in
spite of being full of despair and tiredness, because as Durruti said: "We are not afraid
of ruins, because we carry a new world in our hearts. That world is growing at this moment".

In the face of state terrorism! Organized people!

* We express ourselves in feminine, referring to the term of person.

Capitalism takes us right into the wall: How does it work ? Why does this economic system
inherently conflict with the way out of the ecological crisis ? ---- The ecological
impasse ---- It must be understood that the engine of capitalism is fueling growth .
Profit growth obviously, caused by the increase in consumption , itself dependent on the
increase in production . Increasing production means increasing energy expenditure ,
whether through the production process, the transportation of goods, or the use of
technological goods. These are the fossil resources(coal, oil ..) that have made possible
the explosion of productivity and it is their combustion that massively generates
greenhouse gases. The capitalists are in a leap forward to make more profits. Which means
to exploit even more those who work, as well as the resources of our planet. This
competition which pushes to always more productivity to remain in the competition leads to
ecological dramas: melting of ice, fires which ravage the forests, climatic disasters etc.
In the end, the capitalists can not get out of the ecological crisis they have engendered:
they compete with each other for their profits !

Another society, ecologist and self-manager
As capitalism, even "green", will not put an end to the ecological urgency, it is through
collective struggles that we will be able to achieve progress and reach a revolutionary
break to create a new society, free from productivism and capitalism. . In order for
production and distribution not to destroy our environment, it is up to workers to decide
for themselves and at their workplace how to produce, at what pace, and in an
environmentally friendly way. Without the managerial constraints and without the incessant
search for profits that harm the environment. These major orientations will be linked to
assemblies of cities and territories so that the population defines its own needs in a
democratic way.. It is this self-managing society that can take us out of the ecological
emergency, and it is by the struggle that we will build it !

Only the collective fight will win us !
To change the organization of society, we will not be able to be content to change our
individual behavior, we will have to fight collectively. It is by massive struggles, not
by the ballot box, that we will obtain victories by mobilizing for our concrete interests
in our places of study, work, where we live, for example for free transport . Those from
below are the first affected by ecological disasters, the balance of power is to be built
! Let us inform widely, call for general meetings to decide democratically our actions.
September 20 mobilize us for the school strike !

The current development in France of solar photovoltaic is part of several logic. Among
these, the construction of "solar power plants" capturing hundreds of hectares of
agricultural land, is marked by this productivist drift that ignores the demands and needs
of local populations and triggers broad oppositions in the territories concerned. --- Over
a period of six years, an area corresponding to that of a French department is
"artificialized" (concreted or asphalted), to build roads, industrial areas, subdivisions
and other extensions of cities, to the detriment of agricultural land. ---- Photovoltaics
has long been confined to roofing projects. The use of land in general and agricultural
land in particular was not open to him, in application of the principle: no influence on
agricultural land. This scheme is changing. The renewable energy sector is becoming one of
the big predators of space.

The projects that come from the communities, often village, rather take the direction of
the consultation on the use or the reuse of wastelands, quarries and other lands
devastated by the economic activity on the localities. These lands often unsuitable for
any human activity find a new productive utility in the absence of a solution of
depollution and reconversion.

Villages that invest in the solar.
The project often put forward is that of Ungersheim in Alsace  [1]on an old potash mine.
But other projects are developing like the one that will see the day in
Saint-Georges-de-Luzençon (Aveyron), in an old quarry.

At the level of the village community, the most successful projects stem from consultation
processes with residents. Local energy needs and the local distribution of energy can be
taken into account. There remains the question of pollution related to former industrial
activities. However, these projects generally do not call into question the capitalist
logic of general increase in needs, or reflect on the issue of energy sobriety and the
long-term viability of projects.

In any case, these projects remain local and most often rural. And for the capitalists it
is a matter of "developing France", and that is a matter of industrialists and "specialists".

When the capitalists seize the solar
Initially, industrial projects were set up on motorway interchanges or on abandoned land
in the middle of new business or office zones. But today comes the big land projects.
Given the disparity of agricultural land, those that are less profitable for agro-industry
are the first targets.

We will have the opportunity to return to Alternative libertaire on the 2,000-hectare
photovoltaic project in the Landes, the largest project planned in Europe, straddling
several municipalities.

Let'sfocus here on Arkolia's " Solarzac" project: a 180-megawatt plant installed on 400
hectares in South Larzac. The land is an old private hunt, although classified in
agricultural land. So there is room, sun and few inhabitants.

The "  Solarzac  " project is also a metanation plant that is a process of creating
methane from water and CO2, a technology that is still experimental and that, on its own,
will consume half of the sector's water resources.  [2]. Ecological associations have
entered the struggle since the announcement of the project. They defend wildlife,
especially raptors, and are worried about the size of the project.

Competition between food and energy
The peasant Confederation quickly registered in the opposition to the project, especially
around the refusal of the predation of agricultural land by the energy producers. But it
also challenges the logic of making energy production a complementary income for peasants.
We can see it with wind turbines, photovoltaic hangars or methanation plants.

Because today, to compete with food and electricity is dangerous for the peasantry. Also,
the fight of the peasant Confederation is to maintain farms of small and medium size by
ensuring a fair remuneration of the agricultural productions. All the reverse of the
Arkolia project that threatens, eventually, the whole Larzac.

Another actor who invites himself into the struggle is the Amassada  [3]. The Zad is
fighting against the mega-transformer Saint-Victor-et-Melvieu especially because the
energy produced locally, far from providing neighboring municipalities, aims to be
transformed into very high voltage for export. This transformer is essential to the "
Solarzac " project ", As the massive implantation of wind turbines in Aveyron. We must
therefore prevent its construction, keystone of land grabbing and artificialization. It is
in this sense that the various players of the fight were invited June 19 in the premises
of Arkolia near Montpellier. This action marked the entry of the peasant Confederation in
the fight against large energy installations  [4].

The state pretends to reject these industrial proposals for the moment. But the perpetual
injunctions to an accelerated energetic transition could allow the energeticians to force
the lock. The alliance under construction of different local struggles is a carrier of
strengthening their common struggle. Let's bet that it pays off.

A YEAR AFTER, WE DON'T FORGET WHO KILLED COSTOPOULO / ZACKIE OH! ---- POVERTY POVERTY AND
CANNING. IT IS THE STATE AND THE CAPITALISM ---- AGAINST EMERGENCY - CAPITALIST -
PATRIARCHAL CURRENCY AND SOCIAL EXPRESSION ---- On September 21, 2018, Jacques Costopoulos
is savagely assassinated in downtown Athens when he is beaten head-on by the jeweler Di
Angelo and, at least, another person (known to be a far-right party member). He had
entered the store a little earlier for an unknown reason and had been trapped in an
apparently bad mental and physical state. His two men are hit in the head (while lying
down in broken glasses) in an attempt to unblock him, after which he is attacked by DIAS
team members and beaten wildly as he tries to escape. The next few days, a police
spokesman publicly defends Jacques' beating, typically saying that "this is how we do it
and whoever likes it".

Jacques was an active activist of the LGBTQ + community, known for his action against the
patriarchal world, the fascist threat and social discrimination.  His assassination was
yet another moment of the constant "war against all" that has been declared by the rulers
with the primary aim of isolating, excluding and ultimately destroying the most depleted
and marginalized part of the social base.

At the same time, the media have taken on the role of misinforming the fact, disguising,
distorting reality and legalizing murder in society's consciousness  by defining the
meaning of life and the boundaries within which it is worth living. They do not even
hesitate to vote in favor of the heinous crime. In this context, the most disgusting
features of the forced social model of life are attributed to the assassinated in order to
distinguish himself from the accepted social model, to undermine his own existence, and to
slip into the category of those who live a life not worth living. you do. Toxic-addicted,
homosexual, HIV-positive and aspiring robber...

Today,  the organization of social life by the state and capital is designed to exclude a
section of society according to economic, cultural, religious, gender, sexual, physical or
social standards promoted by domination.  Whether these exclusions are institutionalized
or work informally at the expense of specific demographic groups (drug addicts,
homosexuals, immigrants, homeless, seropositive, mentally ill, non-productive-unemployed,
etc.) who succeed in achieving it provides them with the existing, thus preventing them
from integrating into the imposed lifestyle and being marginalized. This marginalization
serves the purposes of the domination of demonization and repression of certain social
groups in order to discipline the rest.

We are convinced that the murder of Jacques Costopoulos is a state and capitalist crime,
part of the extermination operation that has been carried out for years at the expense of
the poor and the excluded. Poor and excluded that power itself creates either through
poverty and poverty policies, or through the introduction of an exemption regime for those
who are in surplus or are considered dangerous to it.

At this juncture, the opportunistic alliance of various social groups with the state and
its bosses is the result of the dissolution of the social fabric and the social jungle
conditions it brings.   It is the result of the hegemony of the dominant ideology that
wants them to be split down and mutually exclusive, but also a consequence of the
movement's backwardness and the absence of a visible alternative to the ultimate collapse
of the world of power. This is because the social discontent generated by the ferocious
attack of state and capitalism is attempted to be tackled - beyond sharp repression - by
the cultivation of social excitement, by promoting ideologies that lead to dominant living
conditions by all means, targeting. of the socially disadvantaged, individualization and
competition. Immediate consequence of the breakdown of social ties,  In other words, the
recycled violence between the pragmatic strata of society, which we define as social
cannibalism.  A condition desired and promoted by the sovereigns, as it disorientates and
manipulates their anger from the bottom to the truly responsible for the misery of this
world and drives it into an incessant war against all within the class of exploiters.

There is an alternative and realistic answer to this reality. And, of course, this is not
the overwhelming condemnation of society, the prevalence of antisocial and self-talk
within the movements. It is not the enclosure and fortification around ourselves. On the
contrary, we have to fight even more today for breaking down conservative reflexes and
cannibalistic behaviors in the social field. We must not allow social cannibalism and
bullshit to be established and legalized in our cities. We owe it to the righteous anger
and indignation that drives us to point it in the right direction, to the real ones and
not to disperse it in the void. No more chasing other windmills. This is the time to go
out on the streets and show that no other murder will be tolerated, to show the prospect
of solidarity, mutual help and the common struggles of all those affected.

The response from the movement must be the intensification of the struggle to overthrow
the real perpetrators of exploitation, oppression, poverty, misery, widespread social
discrimination and the total plunder of our lives. The emergence of collectivism and
solidarity in the face of fragmentation, competition with counterfeits and the fear that
power constantly reproduces. Organized socio-class struggles against exploitation,
poverty, fascism and cannibalism. The awareness of our common class position and the need
for harmonious and free co-existence for all in the light of mutual aid and mutual
respect, away from capitalism and the state, the institutional and non-advocates of
mediation and reciprocity. The creation of common class and social relations and the
development of a collective and companionial struggle against our daily forces, capitalism
and the state. Overcoming the imposed state and capital organization of society. Creating
a society of equality, solidarity, justice and harmonious coexistence. The social
revolution and the creation of a world that will fit many people...

Last Saturday (September 14th), dozens of residents from downtown Chicoutimi gathered at
the lot at the corner of Tessier and Jacques-Cartier streets to discuss, play and share a
meal. This piece of land, which the city council wants to turn into parking (again!) Was
once again occupied by people from the neighborhood. Instead of killing this place by
cementing it, we propose to set up a meeting place that allows us to create a social bond
in our living environment. But obviously, Simon-Olivier and his gang like to better
concreting everything to please "the citizens of Saguenay who love cars so much". No more
parking to bring people who for some people think that no one lives downtown and it is
only a devitalized area. More' access to cars that will result in an even greater need for
parking to allow more cars that will need more parking, etc. A beautiful wheel that turns
... and especially that pollutes. A dinosaur mentality at a time when we have to work hard
to turn the tide on the fight against climate change. To fight against climate change by
wanting to continue living in a verdi capitalist system, is to swipe in the water. But
even that (greening capitalism) is too intense for the politicians of Saguenay[1]. They
like to go all-in better! As long as you head for the precipice, it is better to go by car!

To return to the pot, this last chapter has once again demonstrated the relevance of such
an event. The discussions we have with the people who pass on the ground or that we meet
in the street during the action are always constructive. Several people encouraged us
while others came to bring furniture for the park. And one thing is sure is that creating
a meeting place for and by the people of the neighborhood makes all the difference of a
sanitized and hyper-repressed park or place set up by a handful of ties that have fun
doing "urbanism". We create our own places, anti-authoritarian places where everyone is
welcome.

And now, on another note ...

Sébastien Gagnon (Storm Alliance) continues in mediocrity!

When we packed up our belongings, we had the great privilege of being visited for the
second time this day by a Saguenay police patrol car. The police came to inform us that he
and she had received a call from a citizen and that the latter would have made his
complaint after being insulted and having been denied access to the parking. Except that
at no time we took or were caught by a motorist. Even worse, of the 40 new parking lots,
there have never been more than 4 cars. On the permanent parking side, there were at most
fifteen cars and the multi-storey parking remained almost empty. The police officers,
after having noticed that he

The patrol car was recently gone, the author of the unfounded complaint could not help but
show his face and snatch a poster of the event in passing.Visibly, Sébastien Gagnon, the
former director from Storm Alliance and former member of La Meute, was bored since the end
of the fishing season. Whoever describes himself as an anti-antifa, in short a fascist,
unable to indulge his passion for earthworms has returned to one of his favorite pastimes,
provocation and false reports to the police ( the same process was used last year at a
camp in downtown) .

At least, while Sébastien Gagnon is trying to disrupt events that denounce politicians and
their rich friends, he does not attack people from religious minorities. It's better than
nothing.

Neither the city council, nor the promoters, nor the extreme right will overcome a city
center solidarity.

[1]Meanwhile, in Montreal, the mayor wants to create the largest urban park in North
America. In Europe, some cities have opted for free public transport or the ban on cars in
city centers. Like what does not take the biggest revolutionary to put in place "green
measures". The council of Ville de Saguenay, always a few decades back!

soon ....

Dear Comrades, We salute every one of you and hope you all are keeping well and being
active towards achieving our goal, anarchist/socialist society. ---- Comrades, please
allow us to address this letter to every individual, groups and the Mediterranean
Anarchist Federation. ---- We noticed for the last two or three years, we have had very
little contact or no contact at all from some. There had been hardly any news of what you
have been or currently doing.  We believed it was not our aim or intention that this had
been the case of feeling isolated and lack of solidarity. We believe that after the
Tunisian, Greek conferences of anarchists' federation in 2016 our contacts seem to have
been completely cut off. Because of that we think after 2016 there was no effort to set up
any more general meetings, conferences physically or on-line.

If what we said above is true, it may be right to say that we all can
justify or having an excuse for not trying to set up the gathering like
the one we had previously. Obviously this is not blaming or criticising
anybody or any organisations/groups.  In fact we just want to bring it
to the attention of every one of us and all the groups that we really
need to raise our spirit, make every effort and try harder to get out of
this isolation and this frosty position.

Comrades, the Kurdish-speaking anarchists, are active in countries such
as Iran, Iraq, Syria; we as (KAF) have regular meetings almost every
week on line. Our meetings cover many questions, anarchism idea and many
aspects of anarchist activities. In the meantime we use the social
networks and Kurdish websites in spreading and introducing the idea of
anarchism through short posts, articles or translating anarchist
pamphlets and books . Also, we are a part of the local anarchist groups
in the country we live in, going by the anarchist slogan "Act
locally, think and solidarity globally".  On the basis of that, we
actively participate in the local groups and activities.

Comrades, after a long discussion between ourselves we have reached a
conclusion that if we cannot get together like how we did between 2012 -
2016 physically, we can at least continue to have more or less the same
thing on-line.  We can set up a network, use workable ways/means for
that.  As you know nowadays there are so many ways that we can use; some
of them much safer than the others in term of security.

We believe setting up this kind of network, extremely important and
necessary to be aware of what is going on, talk about the social
movements, protests and demonstration and also our duty toward each of
them to support and having solidarity with them. In addition to learn
from one another and sharing our knowledge, experiences and working
under the main slogan/principle "Act locally think and solidarity
globally".

If any of you is happy with the above suggestion please let us know. In
the meantime we think it is a good idea to copy this letter to secretary
of International Anarchist Federation so that they can forward it to all
the anarchists groups and the Mediterranean anarchist federation.  You
are welcome to send it onto other individuals/groups that you think is
necessary and are not yet known to us.

We believe the debate and discussion among the groups and Mediterranean
anarchist federation will be a part in the debate and activities of
international activities and solidarity.  In the same time this effort
can be a bridge for contacting with Asian, African and European
anarchist groups and anarchist federation.
We awaiting your response and hope in a very near future we can restart
our contacts to strength our unity and anarchist comradeship's.

With warm solidarity

The good weather comes and with it the possibility of occupying the squares and parks.
During the activity will be presented the lecture "Anarchism 2020". Where will open the
discussion about the challenges and prospects for the next decade in the libertarian
movement. What were the teachings of the last 20 years of the resurgence of anarchism in
Chile? What factors are important to take up and which were another impediment to the
