The attack perpetrated in Bayonne by a former FN candidate dramatically prolongs the
Islamophobic offensive led by politicians and hate journalists. UCL condemns this attack
and is already associated with the construction of a unitary response by associations,
trade unions and political organizations. ---- The Libertarian Communist Union strongly
condemns the violent right-wing Islamophobic attack perpetrated on Monday, October 28,
2019 against the Bayonne mosque. Once again, people have been targeted because they are
Muslim. ---- First, we express our solidarity with the wounded and the faithful of the
mosque. We stand in solidarity with all people of Muslim faith in France, who symbolically
are also the target of this attack. ---- UCL defends freedom of conscience and worship for
all, and denounces the persecutions and prohibitions against believers.

The perpetrator of the attack is a former activist and FN candidate who openly assumes
racist positions, admirer of the racialist polemicist Eric Zemmour and a supporter of the
conspiracy and racist theories of "Islamization" and "great replacement" ", Initiated by
writer Renaud Camus and broadcast by the extreme right. This attack adds to the long list
of extreme right-wing attacks perpetrated everywhere in the West (Canada, New Zealand,
United States, Germany) and is part of the continuity of racist speeches spewed here, as
elsewhere in the world. politicians and media leaders. Remember that this attack occurs
three weeks after the verbal aggression of a woman accompanying a school trip and summoned
to remove his veil in full session at the Regional Council of Burgundy-Franche-Comté by an
elected RN. Recall also that the abject Zemmour obtained a daily show on CNews despite his
conviction for provoking racial hatred and continues his work instilling ideas of far
right. Finally,

We must organize solidarity to fight against the trivialization of violence. There is an
urgent need to break the Islamophobic offensive and to take concrete action at all levels
against racist poison.

Already several UCL groups have taken initiatives in this direction: rallies, public
meetings, impetus of local unitary frameworks ... Our organization is also actively
involved in unitary initiatives undertaken nationally to build a response to the height of
the attack. Alongside all the political, trade union and associative organizations that
are determined to engage in it, UCL will play its part in the necessary fight against
Islamophobia.

Before the social explosion in the Chilean region, the Santiago Anarchist Federation
declares: ---- 1- The current situation is uncertain, the people are still fighting, their
courage has not been stopped by bullets or crumbs launched by the bourgeoisie. The
oppressed class continues to resist bravely in the streets of the entire region dominated
by the Chilean State, therefore we call to continue mobilizations in all our spaces: on
the street, in the town, in the high schools, in the paste, etc. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, we know that a process of attrition typical of so many days of struggle will be
manifested, which is why it is extremely important to start building and strengthening the
Territorial Assemblies, which must overcome the institutional vision of the "Citizen
Council" and not turn in around a new constitution, but to generate a "list of peoples",
where according to the autonomous and horizontal reflection in these assembly spaces we
generate a common vindictive framework of the oppressed class, considering local realities
and those of a larger scale, in order to generate new scenarios of struggle in the
territories. On the other hand, it will generate an Organized Community that will give
solution to the most immediate and daily problems in order to strengthen the self-managed
power which will gradually dismantle the State in our territories. This process of
accumulation of forces is fundamental so that this social explosion is not only an instant
of catharsis but the beginning of an emancipatory process of the peoples. considering

2- The Government's response has been to cancel the State of Exception and the presence of
the army in the streets, however, the repression of the special forces - militarized
police - has intensified. The repression has taken the lives of 25 people, there are more
than 4,300 detainees, more than 1,600 people injured, more than 160 people have lost their
eyes from the shooting of the repression, 19 people sexually abused, more than 133 people
tortured, all according to official data that according to international organizations are
below the real figures. As if the above were not enough, the Director of the Institute of
Human Rights (NHRI) has declared that there are no systematic violations of human rights,
showing precisely that all state agencies protect violence against peoples in struggle.

We call for international solidarity, for the release of all prisoners and for the memory
of our dead.

3 - The political parties and their characteristic opportunism has come to light during
all these days, of course that their leaders are not in the streets nor have they suffered
repression, but they do not wrinkle when they proclaim themselves the "representatives of
the people and their demands". This movement has never needed you or will need you in the
future, you only seek to agree with the government on the blood of our murdered brothers,
you only seek to oxygenate this democracy with a tearful smell, never represent our
interests since They are not part of the oppressed class. We reject his "new social pact"
since it does not represent any radical change for the people, we are not willing that our
struggle be transformed into makeup that will give a "more human face" to the system of
domination that denies life.

4 - The Constituent Assembly on the other hand has been a slogan that has had great echo
within our class, it seems to be a magic lamp that rubbing it will solve all our problems
as a class, such a vision has only deluded the peoples in struggle . Therefore generating
a critical position and alerting our class seems tremendously important.

For us, the constituent assembly only comes to give an institutional solution to the
conflict, it will only operate according to the interests of the oligarchy since as a
class we have not yet developed solid and fighting organizations that can provide guidance
in the best of the cases to that process, therefore, developing a constituent assembly in
the short / medium term is nothing more than delivering the fate of this movement to those
who oppress us, there is no correlation of forces necessary to express our interests there
as a class . The realization of a constituent assembly immediately would result in a great
tragedy for the peoples in struggle, since this would bury the class struggle for long
years before this new "democratic,

On the other hand, others have understood the process of the Constituent Assembly as a
slow and long-term process, where the accumulation of forces from the citizen councils and
the territorial assemblies is directed to that instance where the pillars of the State are
refounded From Chile. We also move away from this position, since for our consideration
the process of accumulation of forces - which is a priority task - is not to develop a
Constituent Assembly, but to generate the self-managed power of the oppressed class which
formulates a new contract social without agreeing any letter with the oligarchy and where
the pillars of the system of domination are buried forever: patriarchy and capitalism, its
colonial strategy of domination, and its expressions: the Nation-State, the sex-gender
system and the extractivism

We know that the political constitution, ties and maintains institutional pillars of
neoliberalism which are necessary to transform, but that is not only a legal-political
issue, since it is impossible to negotiate with the oligarchy in primitive issues of class
struggle, such as private ownership of land and water, conflicts that go beyond the
legal-political frameworks of the constitution. In this sense, although this agreed
constitutional framework is made up, although it is branded as plurinational, popular and
feminist and even recognizes nature as a subject of rights, the expressions of domination
of patriarchy and capitalism are not altered, therefore our greatest task is to achieve a
correlation of forces favorable to life,

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it does not mean that anarchism must be subtracted from the
assembly instances, we must be, we must fight so that these self-convened instances do not
serve as a platform for electoral interests, we must be there to provide the spaces with
horizontal tools and autonomy in the political construction, we must be to dispute with
the dominant ideology the precepts of the new society that we want to build, we must be
because we are oppressed, because we are part of the peoples in struggle, we must be
because it is a priority task to strengthen these spaces, so that, with each other, they
can advance to their self-emancipation.

5- Finally we reiterate, to continue the fight in the streets and in the territories. To
create and strengthen the Territorial Assemblies to generate the Organized Community,
which is moving towards territorial control. To sow autonomous experience to reap
self-managed power.

To continue the fight!
General strike!
To root Anarchism!
To build Organized Community!
Long live the struggle of the peoples!
Immediate freedom for the prisoners of the protests!

And if the conflict for our retreats became the meeting point of all struggles ? The way
to finally put a stop to this government and the social breakage and resume the offensive
? And if December was finally the month of the explosion of the ras-le-bol and anger ? We
are thousands to hope, but no way to wait, we must prepare and organize. At one month of
the 5th, let's take stock. ---- And if the conflict for our retreats became the meeting
point of all struggles ? The way to finally put a stop to this government and the social
breakage and resume the offensive ? And if December was finally the month of the explosion
of the ras-le-bol and anger ? We are thousands to hope, but no way to wait, we must
prepare and organize. At one month of the 5th, let's take stock.

For months, the government has been preparing a "reform" of pensions that is a new attack
on workers. The project, like its calendar, is kept in limbo by the government. One
certainty: their goal is to lower pensions to increase profits !

Does he fear a crystallization of anger, many in the country, around this subject ? Of
course ! In any case, we know that this is a fatal blow to the current pension systems.
Switch from pay-as-you-go to a point-based system, put an end to special schemes, but also
to take into account the difficulty of certain trades. The decrease in the amount of
pensions will provide an incentive, for those who can afford it, to subscribe to a
supplementary pension funded by pension funds. Special diets, public or private, ... we
will all be losers.

Thursday, December 5 is the date that has been in perspective since late September against
the project. Initially called by the inter-trade union RATP as the beginning of an
unlimited strike, Solidaires joined in early October and departmental unions and CGT
federations, each day more numerous, have followed suit. Departmental inter-union grouping
CGT FO Solidaires FSU and youth organizations multiply calls for a prolonged struggle from
that date. And a national inter-union CGT-FO-FSU-Solidaires clearly calls for December 5
is a "first day" strike.

Make the day of December 5th a success
Let's be clear, succeeding the day of 5 is a fundamental priority. The stronger the
strike, the more massive the demonstrations, the more it will be possible to renew the 6th
and the following days. Each and everyone must take part in this construction of the
renewable strike, because no one will do it for us !

The inter-union call CGT-FO-FSU-Solidaires, even if it does not mention the question of
the renewal, the interest to facilitate the construction of a unitary mobilization,
including by raising the question of the modalities of actions in AG with the employees.
Obviously, the very preparation of 5 must be articulated with the idea of the renewal the
following days. For this, mobilization work in companies and territories is the main
challenge; to continue the strike on the 6th, supposes that on the 5th there are many
strikers, and that they can hold general assemblies sufficiently representative to decide
an effective continuation of the movement. It is also necessary that the strikers come out
of the head in the company to weave the links with the other employees in struggle of the
surroundings. Interprofessional organizations, local and departmental unions, should play
a decisive role in this direction by organizing solidarity and proximity convergence.

Beyond the pension reform, December 5 and the following days must be the rallying moment
of all anger already present. Yellow vests, retirees, private employment, hospitals,
climate, firemen, education, ... We need to unite to push back this power. We need a
victory for our camp to regain confidence and go further.

The best blockages is the strike !
On September 13, Paris slowed down, monster traffic jams, deserted stations, thousands of
canceled appointments and meetings ... The RATP agents, by massively ceasing their work,
demonstrated that the best way to paralyze the economy and to strike at the bosses'
wallet: it's the strike. Of course, it is not a question of putting in competition the
different modes of action but whereas the question of the blockage of the economy is posed
regularly, in the yellow jackets or in the collectives for the climate, the strike of the
RATP will have had more impact than many blocking actions. Nevertheless, all the actions
that will help paralyze the economy will be useful from December 5th. From this point of view,

Some people will say, quite rightly, that if this strike has such an impact it is because
it is a key sector and all employees do not have such a force. It is true that sectors
such as transport, logistics or energy have a particularly strong capacity to block the
economy. But the proxy strike, leaving only certain sectors to assume the balance of
power, could be fatal. And it is only by attacking corporate profits that we will force
them to yield.

Avoid the trap of proxy strike
If we think that we must do everything to succeed on December 5, what is emerging is,
indeed, not without risks. There is still a certain gap between the general level of
mobilization in the wage-earning sector (witness the weak mobilization of September 24th)
and the buoyant sectors of December 5th, with RATP in the lead. Every effort must be made
to avoid the combative sectors remaining isolated and the potentially mobilizable
employees to enter into the principle of a proxy strike. When strikes are isolated, such
as that of railroad workers in 2018 (without going back to the problematic choice of a
succession of strikes of 48 hours), the power has only to play the watch. But when strikes
spread and become widespread, our strength is increased tenfold, and the power can be
overwhelmed. The reconductible should not be identified with the mobilization of the
special regimes but with the mobilization against the whole project of the government. It
must be hammered that public or private, special diets or not, we are all and all
losers.es with this "reform". We still have a month to work so that the dynamics of 5 does
not only speak in certain sectors but echoes to all employees and more broadly to all
those who are fed up with this government serving the rich. The general strike is all and
all together, nobody will do it for us with this "reform". We still have a month to work
so that the dynamics of 5 does not only speak in certain sectors but echoes to all
employees and more broadly to all those who are fed up with this government serving the
rich. The general strike is all and all together, nobody will do it for us with this
"reform". We still have a month to work so that the dynamics of 5 does not only speak in
certain sectors but echoes to all employees and more broadly to all those who are fed up
with this government serving the rich. The general strike is all and all together, nobody
will do it for us!

For a movement controlled by the base
December 5th is a Thursday. This means that we will have to renew as much as possible on
Friday. And for a part of the wage, hold on Saturday and Sunday. Then find the strength to
continue and bounce back on Monday and the days that follow. From Thursday, our priority
must be to gather in our workplaces, to gather our colleagues in general assembly. It is
collectively that we must decide whether or not to renew the strike, without leaving the
decision to others or remain in the wait-and-see attitude of other sectors. Strikes
rallies on Friday, big demonstrations on Saturday, would be good point of support.

It is in this sense that the activists of the Libertarian Communist Union, on their modest
scale, are now intervening, trade unionists in their companies and their services, in
their UL and UD. But also in places of study, neighborhoods or various militant
collectives. Victory is possible and we can still be surprised by the 5th. Who was not
there a year ago with the Yellow Vests ? Who was not there a few days ago with the right
to withdraw from the railway and the spontaneous strike of the SNCF technicentres ?

Wherever we are, inform, discuss, organize. There is not a minute to lose to prepare this
strike renewable. May December be hot !

On Tuesday 29 October, an autonomous group of eight climate activists occupied a mining
excavator at the Vršany mine . Immediately after casting published the manifesto (the full
text HERE), which is not merely the submission of specific environmental concessions
requirements addressed to governments, authorities, or corporations. The manifesto is a
much deeper expression of the breakup with the technocratic capitalist regime, which sees
only the profits of the owners of capital in the first place and then nothing for a long
time. The group, called Against Coal, bothers "how a handful of individuals blatantly
exploits our planet, threatens the future of humanity and its overall existence, for
profit alone. We have been observing politicians for too long about the state of climate
emergency and the need to tackle climate change, but their real steps are in the opposite
direction. "In particular, they spoke against the sale of the Pocerady coal-fired power
plant to Pavel Tykac At the same time, they declared themselves "part of the global
anti-capitalist climate justice movement. The capitalist system is the cause of the
climate crisis. We will not do anything without changing the climate crisis system. "Their
struggle for" a world without oppression in which everyone is truly equal and people live
in harmony with the rest of nature "was illustrated on the excavator by displaying
banners" Capitalism won't save the climate "and" No borders, no nations. Solidarity with
Rojawa '.

The group reported on the occupation of the excavator, with the addition of photos and
videos, in its social network accounts. Recall that the nights were freezing. So warm
sleeping bags came in handy. Winter, however, did not spoil the atmosphere, as did the
realization of a collective photo with the inscription "Coal belongs to the ground!" On
the bare backs of the activists. The event ended after 60 hours on Thursday, 31 October,
as the Ministry of Environment postponed the deadline for the decision to issue an
emission exemption for the Chvaletice power plant, which was one of the main reasons for
the occupation of the excavator, especially in terms of timing. Immediately afterwards the
police arrested them.

For some weeks a social media xenophobic massacre had been reported on the White Tower on
3/11 (4pm) by the far-right organization of the Sacred Lodge and a raft of other
patriotic, nationalist and fascist groups from Thessaloniki and others areas. Members of
the Free School Social Area, the occupation of Terra Incognita, the Thessaloniki Freedom
Initiative, the Western Western Open Assembly, the Anarchist Collective from the East, the
Anarchist Collective Upper Thirteen, and the Companions the contribution of Tsimiski and
Navarinou streets, in order not to allow this nationalist settlement to have a place in
public space. The call was also supported by Anti-Fascist Youth of Thessaloniki and ESE of
Thessaloniki. Another block was created by the Black and Red collectives, the Ataxia
anarchist student group, the Libertatia occupation management assembly, the Quieta Movere
student / three assembly, and the Libertatia liberal communism collecting point at 15:00.

At 17:30 most of the 300 people gathered in the street and, when the fascists started
their march, they marched alongside them. During the rally and march antifascist texts
were shared, thugs were thrown out and anti-fascist slogans were shouted. The fascists
moved west to Nike Avenue under the protection of the cops blocking every vertical road
through which we had access to their course. The anti-fascist movement marched on Tsimiski
Street preventing them from entering the city center. At the junction of Tsimiski and
Ionos Dragoumi streets, strong police forces blocked the road, and the anti-fascists
marched on Ionian Dragoumi, turned towards Egnatia and completed their voyage to the
statue of Venizelos,

We stand for solidarity against hate speech against refugees and immigrants. Every public
appearance and presence of the Sacred Lords and similar groups in the city nourishes the
monster called fascism and when it comes, it comes to everyone. Thus, their appearance and
presence in the public space will be crushed and cut off from the root.

THERE ARE NO GREEKS, THERE ARE NO FOREIGNERS, ONLY OVERCOMERS AND OVERCOMERS

WITH MIGRANTS WE ARE ALONE, REPLACING TO BATS AND NAVY

On Saturday, November 2, at the initiative of the Assembly of Occupations, Colleges,
Internationalists / Three, Immigrants, Refugees, Solidarity , a solidarity demonstration
was held between immigrants and women in the struggle against state and capitalist
development. Along the way we also called as an anarchist collegium Vogliamo tutto e per
tutti with the central slogan " Solidarity with the occupations and the self-organized
structures / Fire in the concentration camps ". The course was yet another response to the
evacuations of migrant housing squads and self-organized structures and the repressive
moves against the world of struggle. ---- In the weeks leading up to the demonstration, we
organized a large information and propaganda campaign in the neighborhoods of Petralona,
Koukaki, Neos Kosmos, Nea Smyrni, Kerameikos and Exarchies. We performed posters , Share
text ISAP and subway stations, interventions in schools (12 a Petralona 43 the New World),
placed banners at center points of the neighborhoods. We participated in the
gathering-intervention in the square of Agios Panteleimonas on Friday, October 25,
organized by the Assembly of Occupations, Colleges, Internationalists / Three,
Immigrant-Refugees, Solidarity .

The call of the march has been translated into many languages ( English, Farsi, Arabic,
Romanian ) so that we can communicate with immigrants and immigrants to frame the
demonstration and as yet another move towards building trust and community relations. a
struggle between locals and immigrants.

On Saturday morning the state, as a fistfighting move, chose to evict the capture of
Vancouver APARTMENT by trying to terrorize us. Comrades and companions found immediately
outside the occupation prevented any attempted evacuation by sending the message that the
occupations would not be delivered immediately and that we would be taken back.

The November 2 demonstration, involving about 1,500 people, was called in response to this
new evacuation. So the crowd gathered in Victoria Square chose to move in the direction of
the occupation of Vancouver APARTMENT. The demonstration at the intersection of
Kodrigtonos and Patisia Streets was met with crowded repressive forces, MATs, asphalts,
cages, while drones were flying over our heads from Victoria Square. The demonstration
stood in opposition to the repressive forces, but could not reach the occupation building
anymore. He then went to Agios Panteleimonas and followed the planned itinerary.Passing
through Acharnon Street, passing through the neighborhoods of many immigrants and
immigrants, it passed through the two evacuated occupations of Acharnes and Mager, through
Marni and Heraklion, through the occupation of migrant housing in Bouburina and outside
Bubulinina. occupation of Spyros Trikoupi 15-17 and ended in Exarchia Square.

The demonstration on November 2 was the continuation of our march on September 14 in
downtown Athens. It was yet another response to state and capitalist barbarism. Another
attempt to build trust and communicate with the most undervalued, the state and their
bosses from below, the immigrants and the immigrants. The November 2 demonstration was
another occasion for different parts of the movement to meet and yet another stone on the
roadblock against the attack on state and capital.

We support the common struggles of locals and immigrants against poverty, fascism, war,
oppression and exploitation.

Against the future of concentration camps we are fighting for a world of equality,
solidarity, freedom and justice.

Solidarity with occupations and self-organized structures.

Solidarity with the occupation of VANCOUVER APARTMAN (Athens) and the occupation of
PALMARES (Larissa).

Solidarity with the 16 female hunger strikers from November 2 (14 from Syria and 2 from
Palestine) at the Peter Ralli Hellfire.
