From Barcelona we sympathize with the revolt, resistance and offensive that is taking
place in the territory dominated by the state of Chile. ---- We repudiate the true face of
the capital by putting its bloody military thugs and police psychopaths full of blood and
indoctrination into the streets to repress those who raise their voice against the daily
misery of oppression, land devastation, social xenophobia, stripped communities, rape and
torture. ---- For weeks now the social insurrection has not been overthrown by the
imbeciles, the political class and their despicable reformists, it is already weeks that
we see with joy what happens in every corner of the society of the rich. Our best way to
sympathize with ourselves is to potentiate the anti-capitalist-anti-authoritarian-anarchic
revolt wherever we are.
Calling for mutual support between compas, projecting the struggles and the offensive
against capital.
A fraternal and very strong hug for those who fight for freedom and dignity. Sabotage
against authority wherever it is!
At the stake all the bourgeoisie, fascists and opportunistic hypocrites ever! What burns
all your institutionality and infrastructure!
Do not loose fellows!
Until you destroy the last link in your hierarchical society!
We carry a new world in our hearts!
Long live anarchy!

We breathe the mixture of smoke and tear gas. Looking around us the scenes mark us,
thousands are still fighting. An immense emotion runs through us and behind the hood an
unquenchable smile draws. We are living what we read a hundred times in the books! ----
There is nothing certainty, our impulse remains the pursuit of freedom. But almost always
our desire is antagonistic to that of the multitude. We are still a black minority... But
a very active minority. ---- Over the weekend there were five arson attacks on banks in
Peñalolén, Cerro Navia, Lo Espejo, El Bosque and Santiago. And a molotov bomb attack on a
Maipú police station ends with two detainees. ---- Today, Monday, in Puente Alto Square
there were clashes with the lackeys and an attack on their police station. In Maipú Square
disturbances took place and students take CODEDUC.
In Antofagasta unknown paint the Anchor, icon of the city. In Iquique attack with Molotov
bombs a guardhouse of the Regiment. In Valdivia they set fire to the headquarters of the
Socialist Party. In Concepción the flags of all the parties burn down, a demonstration
that this Revolt has no leaders nor leaders nor political parties. In Santiago they expel
former presidential candidate Beatriz Sánchez from the "zero zone", accusing her of being
part of the elite pacts.
Among thousands of people in Dignity Square, anarchist (black) and eco-anarchist (green
and black) flags flutter. Hooded men distribute anarchic newspapers and a brass band
singing "Bella Ciao".
When the sun goes down, the police unleash all their artillery, make sieges by spraying
with tear gas and firing bullets from pellets in large quantities. Today in the face of
this police violence, some desperately chose to jump on the Mapocho River to escape
repression.
Until the urgency of the central emergency room, more than forty bullet-wounded people
arrived. The sum multiplies if we add other medical centers and there are those that do
not appear to any medical care center. A protester is injured with skull fracture when
directly impacted by a tear gas pump, will have to be operated.
In Valparaiso, the police leave a young man with a life-threatening risk to his neck.
Protesters report second-degree burns by the toxic water released by water jet armor.
Revenge comes at night when strangers leverage Anonymous's filtered data and continue
their nightly attacks on private cars and police homes.
Deputies call for the resignation of the General Director of the Carabineiros, but since
the government, despite the accusations of human rights violations, they reaffirm their
position.
They stream videos of food outlets, shopping and service places where literally civilian
police are expelled, outraged or unwilling to serve them for their repressive work.
They collapse recruitment cantons by crowding young people who refuse to perform military
service. A blatant rejection of the murderous work of the armed arm of state and capital.
Large forest fires arise at different points in Valparaiso. Accelerators are found and
everything points to intentionality. Residents accuse that, through this emergency, they
intend to demobilize them.
There are still no answers to the demands of the people. Professional bureaucrats extend
the increase in pensions, minimum wages, CAE debt relief, and a long etc. They say they
have no resources and offer long-term crumbs. We never believed in them, much less now.
Trade unions announce 48-hour strike on 19 and 20 November. General Strike on the 21st,
and the college of teachers reiterates the call to boycott the Simce exam.
Colleges fill with banners in favor of the Uprising, and athletes at sporting events
gesture in solidarity with the mutilated, clap an eye to protest as they receive podium
medals or pose in the classic team photo.
Multiplying instances of anti-authoritarian organization!
We keep looking for anarchy to live!

Message: 3
1- It has been a month since the people who inhabit the territory dominated by the State
of Chile rose in dignified struggle, the humiliations and precarious living conditions to
which the bourgeoisie submits us, were responded with a social outbreak which Maintains
its echo to this day. The will of the oppressed class has been indefatigable, day after
day, week after week; the squares, neighborhoods, streets and everywhere resistance and
organization are exercised. The mobilizations continue despite the betrayal of the usual
opportunists, who have sat down once again at the bourgeoisie table to agree on our lives,
the peoples have shown these parasites that we do not need them, that the struggle
continues even though they hit our dagger in the back,
2- The repression by the State and its lackeys has been bloody. Terrorism has been carried
out with total impunity and with complicity from different institutions, which is why the
figures are only increasing, today there are more than 6,000 people who have been
arrested, 222 people who have lost their eyes for the repression, almost thirty dead, more
than 2,400 wounded, added to hundreds of tortured and imprisoned, and dozens of people who
have been raped, reaffirming that the State of Exception is permanent, and that his policy
of war against the oppressed class is the best lesson learned at the School of the
Americas. In addition to the above, they have begun to criminalize those who continue to
resist in the streets, and pounce on them with raids, assemblies, Complaints by the
Pinochetist Antiterrorist and Internal Security Law of the State. The witch hunt has begun
and the State is preparing to carry out its offensive, proof of this is that the
government announces a battery of laws on repression that come directly to hit the social
protest and the peoples in struggle.
4 - The rotten political caste in the former National Congress began from the previous
point to make political agreements to move towards a new constitution. The parties of
order, from left to right, held hands in two days of negotiations before the rush of a
possible military intervention sought to give an expedited political solution to the
crisis. From the halls of opulence the infamous "Agreement for Social Peace and the New
Constitution" gave birth, while the communities in struggle commemorated the murder of
Peñi Camilo Catrillanca at the hands of the State a year ago in the Wallmapu, from the
corners of the palace white smoke came out, which sought to cloud the view of the
oppressed class, agreeing on the blood of our dead, prisoners, mutilated, tortured and
violated. They sought to muzzle the inextinguishable resistance of the peoples in
struggle, they sought to agree on the name of those who resist, without representing in
the least the interests of the subject. Its agreement for a new constitution is no more
than what we had been denouncing since the previous communiqué, that is, a way to
oxygenate its democracy with a tear-like smell in order to lay the foundations of a new
State, which will continue to fulfill its historical role of oppress communities that
fight against the bourgeois order and its system of domination. Whatever the mechanism by
which the constitution will be changed, the latter only comes to rebuild the State, the
problem is not participation, the problem is class. This process only comes to endorse the
bourgeois order,
5- A month of struggle we have won a lot, we have found ourselves as an oppressed class,
the exterminated social fabric has been regenerated by hand since the bloody years of the
Pinochet dictatorship, we have recovered a piece of our lives. However, the precariousness
of life remains intact, which is why it is extremely important to continue mobilized in
order to achieve improvements in the short term, which moralize the peoples in struggle
and allow them to face their existence in slightly more dignified conditions. Therefore,
it is essential to continue fighting to paralyze the legislative agenda of the government,
where the TPP-11, the Law of Social Integration, and its repressive Agenda must be
rejected immediately. On the other hand, to recover social rights, through the elimination
of the AFPs, the repeal of the Water Code, Immediate forgiveness of University Debts,
permanent reduction of basic services, the reduction of the Labor Day and the Increase of
the Minimum Wage. We consolidate with the comrades who have suffered the bestial
repression, especially those who are now in prisons facing complex repressive processes
where the most terrifying laws of the bourgeois order have been invoked.
6 - Finally we call on the peoples in struggle not to be seduced by the tricks of the
order parties, not to negotiate with the murders and not to believe in their false peace.
We must remain mobilized and strengthen our class organizations, to consolidate the
popular role from trade unions, federations and student centers, territorial assemblies,
women's organizations, sexual and feminist dissidence, close friends committees, land
defense coordination, water and territories, organizations of ancestral peoples, etc. That
all this resistance is multiplied and equipped with organizational tools that go towards
our self liberation.
To continue the fight!
To strengthen the Popular Protagonism!
To root Anarchism!
To build Organized Community!
Long live the struggle of the peoples!
Immediate freedom for the prisoners of the social outbreak!

This new international day of struggle for the elimination of violence against women must
be a success and the beginning of an effective struggle. ---- Violence against women -
physical and psychological - is innumerable and affects all areas of their lives, all
places where they circulate, all are concerned regardless of their age and their social
condition. Saturday, October 19 the number of femicides since the beginning of the year
exceeded that of 2018. Last year 121 women were violently murdered by their spouse or ex.
This year, in November more than 130 women were killed. ---- All over the world, women are
fighting to denounce the violence of which they are the main target. This violence is
engendered by a patriarchal and heterosexual system that assumes power over centuries of
male domination, resulting in a continuum of violence (moral and sexual harassment,
assault, rape, murder) and inequality (economic, social, political). ).
If we support struggles for concrete legislative measures that can make life easier for
everyone here and now, they can not be enough. For the emancipation of all, we must fight
at the same time against all systems of domination and exploitation: the hetero-patriarchy
of course, but also racism, capitalism ...
All these oppressive systems are dependent on each other. They all work together to
reinforce each other ; one can not disappear alone, they must disappear together.
A racist system ...
The current context is marked by the daily expression of racism. We therefore fight
against the repressive and racist policies that target migrant, undocumented, foreign
women. The Islamophobic issue is even more pregnant now: the veiled women, by their
visibility, are the first victims of the current wave of violence and hatred.
We denounce the sexual slavery and prostitution system suffered by many undocumented and
migrant women, as well as the police repression that favors the everyday violence they face.
... and capitalist
Attacks on labor law have first and foremost affected women, who occupy most of the
precarious jobs and whose wages are still far below those of men.
The breakdown of the pay-as-you-go pension system is leading to a general decline in
women's pensions, and that of unemployment insurance is pushing many women out of the
scope of compensation. A new way of taking spouses' income into account has been announced
for the calculation of the allowance for disabled adults (AAH) condemning women with
disabilities to be financially dependent on their spouses.

With the deterioration of the material conditions of life, women are more subject to
pressure and violence, whether in the workplace or in the conjugal and family sphere.
We are libertarian communists. We are fighting for a society without the oppression and
exploitation systems that structure it.
Strengthening the state and its institutions, family or religions is not the answer. We
need immediate demands, organization and prospects for a radical change in society !
Systems of domination will not be eradicated solely by pedagogical actions based on
individual good will.
To fight against sexist and sexual violence is to build a real balance of power vis-à-vis
institutions. To build this balance of power, we call for the political self-organization
of women !
Everywhere, build feminist counter-powers.

XIII th Congress FERC-CGT brought together over 150 delegates in Gironde, from 14 to 18
October. It was marked by a fairly new debate, in favor of the unification of the struggle
syndicalism in this sector. ---- One more ! On the occasion of its congress, the CGT
federation of education, research and culture (Ferc) called to build the strike renewed
from December 5, to stop the new liberal reform of pensions. An important theme in a news
also marked by the suicide of the principal Christine Renon. In the debates, the breakdown
of the public service was denounced, and a real health prevention policy was demanded.
The congress itself was a good one, and the activity report, considered to be solid, was
adopted by a very large majority. At this meeting, a rather unusual theme was the subject
of rich exchanges: the question of union unification. The outgoing executive and some of
the federated structures have indeed proposed a process of building union unity not only
in the struggles, but also through a process of unification of social transformation
syndicalism (CGT, SUD, FSU, even FO). Only the higher education unions have been reluctant
because of the co-management policy of the FSU in some universities. However, this did not
prevent the approach favoring unionization from being adopted by a large majority.
The congress also mentioned the establishment in the private sector, which suffers from
large union deserts, and where the repression hangs. To remedy this, the project of
creating departmental unions for animation and sport was recognized, and the question of
the response to anti-union practices was raised. A debate was also opened on the
possibility of creating local unions of industry (or industry) to better group the
isolated, organize public-private solidarity, formulate common demands ...
Refusal of imperialisms and international solidarity
Some organizations then wanted to replay the debate of the last confederal congress: for
or against joining the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU), a structure presented as "
revolutionary " but with puppet unions emanating from dictatorial regimes [1]. The
congress dismissed this issue to focus on the definition of a strategy of concrete
solidarity, around the refusal of imperialisms, assistance to workers facing state
repression, and peoples fighting for their independence. Among the conditions for the FERC
to work with international unions: they are independent of the States.
The congress finally reaffirmed its fight against racist or sexist discrimination, against
machismo violence, against anti-Semitism and Islamophobia. A key objective in the current
context of reactionary offensive.

During the anarchist library on Monday we will have food and we will host ‘tamio', a
self-organised solidarity fund from Greece. The solidarity fund was established in 2010
and to this day they actively organize the ethical, political and material support of
prisoners and persecuted militants. They will talk about the political climate related to
political prisoners in Greek prisons, the historical timeline of the solidarity fund, what
they've done, what they are currently busy with and what their future steps will be. ----
During the talk we will try to host an intervention from former and current political
prisoners from Greece. It is important for us to present the solidarity fund and network
with other political spaces. Through collaboration we spread the support across borders
and connect the struggle inside and outside of the prison walls. Any income from the event
will be given to the solidarity fund for the material support of prisoners and persecuted
militants.
We hope to see you there!

On November 23 (Saturday) at the Museum of Modern Art (ul. Panska 3, room on the first
floor) in Warsaw there will be a Union debate on working time organized under the slogan:
"From conflicts in workplaces to nationwide activities". ---- The fight to shorten working
time was one of the main fields of activity of the labor and trade union movement in the
19th and 20th centuries. Its main effect was winning an 8-hour work day, free weekends and
paid holidays. These solutions became popular in Europe in the interwar period and in the
1950s, but very quickly became the object of an attack by state authorities and employers
seeking to extend working time. ---- Since the 1980s, we can observe the trend of "making
working time more flexible" - introducing new working time systems and forms of employment
that allow work longer than 8 hours a day, allow the performance of official duties at
non-standard times (weekends, holidays, night time), give employers have a lot of freedom
in deciding how to calculate overtime, in one sentence: they lift restrictions on
guaranteed free time. This is most often motivated by the need to "maintain
profitability", compete in global markets and "requirements" associated with technological
changes. In Polish conditions, the desire to extend working time does not meet with much
resistance from employees due to low wages, which induce a large group of people to work
longer.
Under these conditions, trade unions, especially in Poland, are not particularly active in
the fight to defend the "8-hour work day" or in the fight to further reduce working time.
The horizon of most trade union organizations is limited to providing allowances for
overtime work and mitigating the social effects of 'working time flexibility'. As a
result, in Poland, employees work much longer than their colleagues from most European
countries - OECD data show that in Poland employees and employees work an average of 1,792
hours a year annually - that's over 200 hours longer than in the case of Scandinavian
countries, Germany or France. It is also much more than the average annual working time in
Spain, Portugal or the Baltic States or Slovakia and Slovenia.
On the other hand, issues related to working time have recently sparked at least a few key
employee conflicts: Amazon employees raised the issue of long commutes, Avon corporation
warehouse staff refused to perform further overtime in July this year, and crane operators
managed to fight regulation limiting the time they perform activities related to the
operation of lifts to 8 hours a day. In parallel, there is a debate over the legitimacy of
the recently introduced Sunday trade ban, one of the main motives of which was the issue
of free time for employees and trade employees.
Starting from these experiences and proposals for legal changes, we want to organize a
union debate on the issue of working time. We want its starting point to be the analysis
of the situation in individual workplaces - applicable regulations and rules regarding
systems and schedules of working time, overtime, night time, and work time records. On
this basis, we will diagnose the main problems affecting specific groups of employees and
employees and discuss the activities that various trade union organizations have taken on
the topic of working time. The result of the debate is to develop proposals on what
activities - as trade unionists and trade unionists, we can take in the matter of working
time, what demands (and to whom addressed) we can make, and how we can combine and support
fights and activities focused on working time. .
The debate is organized by OZZ Inicjatywa Pracownicza, but we also invite other trade
union organizations to participate. It will be held on November 23 (Saturday) at the
Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw (ul. Panska 3), and its starting point will be a survey
conducted in committees and trade union organizations that will declare their participation.

The Moscow group of the Anarchist Black Cross supports the statement of the rupression
campaign about the prisoner of the case of the so-called Network, Arman Sagynbayev and
ceases his support. About Armand information is removed from the list of political
prisoners , which supports APC. No funds received at APC props , are not allocated to
Sagynbaeva or his lawyers. ---- Rupression statement text: ---- Several girls talked about
how they suffered from violence by Arman Sagynbaev - and we have no reason not to trust
their words. Arman always had a dubious reputation, long before his arrest, all
communication with him, for example, Victor Filinkov and Igor Shishkin, ceased; some of
the other defendants were barely familiar with him. Many of us did not know the details,
because not all stories and not all details, being very personal information, were known.
We did not expect that he would continue to be dangerous for girls because of the bars and
therefore did not pay enough attention to details. Now we understand that this was a mistake.
But the stories of the girls left us no room for doubt: therefore, the Rupression team
must announce that we will stop any personal support for Arman from our side, no longer
collect money for him, do not give him postcards and write letters. It is worth clarifying
that the work of the defenders of Arman from the very beginning was paid for by his relatives.
The girls decided to tell their stories when they found out that the violence from Arman's
side was not in the past - he continues to deceive those with whom he corresponded and
manipulate people. We express our support for the victims and hope that their courage will
allow others to protect themselves from Arman's actions.
All the defendants in the Network case are political prisoners, and we have no doubt that
Arman, like the others, suffered from brutal torture by the FSB. All accused, without
exception, should be free, and those responsible for torture should take their place.

On these roads & in this society one day the insurrection will not be a utopia 46 years
after the bloody insurgency of the Technical University, fear and terror confront with
rage and thirst for freedom from the world of struggle. This year's November 17th
anniversary has been an open bet for movements against widespread terrorism that have
sought to impose power for all time. Occupational and self-managed evacuations, arrests
and torture of militants, university raids, and student beatings have attempted to create
a climate of terrorism aimed at weakening combat procedures. But the movements have not
said their last word. ---- On Sunday afternoon, hundreds of people took part in the
Liberal Blocs, which were formed at the end of the march started by the Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki. Constructed blocks, in addition to the common anarchist block
created by the collectives and individuals of the Anarchist Confederacy District in
Thessaloniki and the occupation of Terra Incognita along with comrades and companions,
also had the anarchist student group Ataxia, its local coordinator, Free School Space
"School for the Learning of Freedom" and the Antiauthoritarian Movement. The
anarchist-antiauthoritarian blocs numbered more than 800 people throughout the march.
However, the formation of student associations and schemes with liberal characteristics
was also dynamic, with the participation of more than 1,000 students.
The course followed the streets of Egnatia, National Defense, Tsimiski, I. Dragoumi,
Egnatia, ending in Kamara, where the blockade of our block was formed. From Tsimiski
thereafter the attempt to intimidate the world became clear as numerous police forces
appeared to frame only the anarchist-anti-accessory blocs, until the end of the march. We
know very well that the anarchist-antiauthoritarian space, as one of the most radical
pieces with consistency and consistency over the years, is a consistently targeted race
community, something that has been growing all the time (and also manifested itself in the
repression that day at Exarchia). In this effort, however, the state finds willingness and
responsiveness on the part of the left, which with its attitude and its choices
accompanies our attempt to social isolation (sometimes to leave as in the course of Fyssas
and sometimes to impose their position on the blocks in terms of politicization). We have
consciously chosen not to clash with their micro-politics, demonstrating in practice our
substance and political quality. But our attempt to isolate ourselves will not pass. We
were, we are and will be irrevocable at the forefront of the race and let's not like it.
46 years after the Polytechnic uprising, the government is trying to silence the cries of
the exploiters by spreading fear in the struggling communities. At the same time, across
the globe and across the globe, open fronts of revolts and revolutions against state
barbarism and capitalist totalitarianism are raging. 46 years later, the pattern of
widespread social revolt against statism, political and social oppression, and economic
misery remains more relevant than ever.
