The whole territory dominated by the Chilean state burned, since dawn the roadblocks and
barricades lit the dawn. ---- The call for the General Strike worked to a large extent;
Millions of workers and students did not go to their jobs, either by joining the strike or
lack of transportation. ---- Impressive and massive marches crossed the main avenues,
demonstrating the strength and unity of the oppressed in this Social Uprising. ---- Since
noon there have been numerous attacks on police stations, police houses (thanks to the app
that identified the uniforms' houses), military barracks, party headquarters, toll booths,
churches and commercial facilities. ---- By way of example: In Viña del Mar, strangers
attacked a police major's house and several uniformed houses were stained with threats and
their vehicles vandalized. In San Antonio, protesters attacked the Tejas Verdes barracks
and burned part of their facilities. A church was set on fire in Santiago's Lastarria
tourist district. In the hooded city of Los Andes they collectively expropriated a
pharmacy to bring diapers and cleaning supplies to a nursing home. In Talca, protesters
burned the parliamentary seat of the ultra-right Senator Juan Antonio Coloma (UDI). Hooded
men set fire to the animal farm restaurant "Hacienda Gaucha", a few meters from "zone zero".
In downtown Santiago, the riots extend into the night, with protesting laser sharpeners
overturning a police drone and, on the other hand, hooded nearly saw an armored water
launcher.
Policemen take a large number of mounted police to the street, but flee before the siege
of the hooded.
There are moments of great spectacularity in this conflict, but perhaps the simplest
situations will be those that will remain in our black hearts; Caring for each other among
strangers and sharing what we have at hand is what makes us smile and create brotherhood
in war.
Last night the population of Lo Hermida was besieged, producing strong police repression,
but a brave self-defense was mounted by its inhabitants. At this location, the police
station was attacked and six police officers were injured.
The president of the nation "calls for peace" by using retired police officers to
strengthen their ranks. Again, in his words, there are no concrete proposals to "resolve
the conflict", in his monothematic discourse there are only repressive measures and balms
to try to calm those who wish to change the constitution. Threatens to pursue the State
Security Law with complaints against all who dare to spread, encourage and propagate the
Social Uprising.
Politicians continue to discuss the method of changing the constitution and oppose
"vandalism" while the streets demand tangible solutions for their survival and quality of
life.
Bloody-eyed tickets begin to circulate as a denunciation of the horrible reality of state
terrorism. In supermarkets, baskets are broken as a way of sabotaging meat products, and
in Europe a boycott of Chilean wines and avocados begins.
Don't forget the call to remember a year of the murder during a police operation of the
young mapuche Camilo Catrillanca on Thursday, November 14.
Fewer calls to constituent assembly and MORE CALLS TO DISTITUENT MEETINGS!
May the scream continue to echo strongly on the front line... DEATH TO THE STATE, LIVE
ANARCHY!

Resistance is the duty of all the oppressed and exploited! ---- 46 years after the
Polytechnic uprising, we are today called upon to keep our collective class memory alive
by remembering the massive and unrelenting struggles that are a legacy of our current
struggles. Looking at the Technical University of 73; we see the endless dynamics of class
and social struggles, we see that the solution to tyranny, authoritarianism, ruling class
and war is popular uprising. The matches given are a beacon for today's and tomorrow's
matches. It is time for us to rise up and stand up and resist. It's time for today's
Polytechnic. As thousands of fighters then faced hardships and torture, choosing the path
of struggle and freedom, so we are called upon to fight and to give our answers to the
total anti-populist attack on the social base. The uprising of the Technical University
was not a law-and-order moment. It was the culmination of popular discontent, the
accumulated rage of youth in society as it is today.
The post-political cycle ended with the economic and parliamentary bankruptcy brought
about by the current structural crisis of capitalism. Now a new form of tyranny has
emerged, different from that of the dark-skinned junta. It is no other than the neoliberal
capitalist pomp. The ND government, following in the footsteps of SYRIZA, continues
policies that are strongly affecting the grassroots. Always in the name of the supposed
growth and competitiveness of the Greek economy it turns the worker into a real wrecker,
depriving him of the acquired rights won by the working class in collective struggles,
thus making him a capital in the hands of capital. At the same time imperialist rivalries
are intensifying and the Greek territory is transformed into a vast NATO base. Adding to
the above are the complete dismantling of the welfare state, privatization, the inhumane
treatment of immigrants, auctions, the suppression of the militant class movement, and the
plundering of nature in the name of investment. It is easy to see, then, that the new
government is completely attacking the struggling labor and social rights, with the
ultimate aim of orthodoxizing and rebuilding the urban camp, that is, those who
parasitically exploit our sweat and labor.
In the midst of a series of changes in education, the juncture now demands, more than
ever, the establishment of a militant class student movement. The new government always
adheres to the EU, OECD, capital requirements, drafting a bill that provides, among other
things: expulsion of students over n + 2 years of study, abolition of asylum, changes in
curricula, setting a minimum base on HEIs, strengthening the role institutions in
determining the number of admissions, emphasis on evaluation, attracting more resources
from individuals by entering businesses into universities for the sole purpose of serving
market needs rather than society. It then becomes clear that what the new government is
trying to do is create students who are in line with market and capital standards,
Changes in education are of course directly related to changes in the workplace. The
recently passed development bill is about to strike down collective bargaining,
stipulating its repeal, as well as making changes to insurance in a number of sectors. It
is no coincidence, after all, that the equation of private and public universities was
also voted on, creating once again class inequalities.
The slogan that sounded loud 73 '' Out of NATO '' is becoming more relevant than ever. The
depths of imperialist dependence, warfare, the conversion of Greek territory into NATO's
advanced outpost in the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean make it necessary to form an
anti-war, class, transnational and transnationalist movement that to go through the
disastrous process of choosing to co-exist with "less damaging" imperialist axes. Let us
not forget that the aim of the Greek state is to play the role of the guardian of
Euro-Atlantic interests in the Balkan region, but also to be able to absorb as much of the
EEZ as possible. Tightening relations with the US and upgrading Greece's role in the NATO
alliance were recently ratified at the government's meeting with the US Secretary of
State. All this is happening while Greece remains firmly attached to the
Cyprus-Israel-Egypt-US offensive. The struggle at the Polytechnic also had
anti-imperialist characteristics, as it was directed against the bloodshed of the peoples,
as well as at US interventions in Vietnam. Students, unemployed, workers, immigrants
should actively contribute to blocking any war operation because they have nothing to gain
from EU, NATO, capital projects in general. All this is happening while Greece remains
firmly attached to the Cyprus-Israel-Egypt-US offensive. The struggle at the Polytechnic

The ND government, aiming to level off any reaction voices, has set its sights on the
world of the movement. From the brutal suppression of students at the ASOEE, to the
demonization of squatters, it is clear that its aim is to demolish every wall of
resistance. Shortly after her election, the ND took care to threaten and evacuate several
squatters, many of whom were housing. The police presence in Exarchia has clearly taken
the form of an occupation army. An army of occupation that routinely attacks sexually,
arrests and tortures our comrades, but also attacks unnecessarily, without even hesitating
to throw chemicals indoors. The attack on the structures of the movement, and in
particular the evacuation of housing squads, has brought about the so-called
refugee-migrant. What the state is essentially doing is deporting refugees and immigrants
to concentration camps, excluding them from the social fabric while depriving them of
basic human rights. State policy coupled with propaganda by the media has succeeded in
creating a xenophobic racist backlash that has been accompanied by marches, rallies and
brazen attacks, such as the one in Naples, where a 12-year-old Iranian student was injured
by a knife. received by 2 fascists. Therefore,
In the face of the total attack we accept, it is time to catch the thread of the games
again and move on to the counterattack. In the face of the bourgeois doctrine of the end
of history that hears in the name of "There is no alternative" (there is no alternative),
to be inspired by the struggles of the past, but also by the uprisings that are now taking
place internationally. Fighting with our lives in our hands. Through self-organized,
collective and unrelenting struggles to demand the satisfaction of our collective needs
while defending our class interests. Not to allow the further devaluation of our lives.
Stand against bargains, compromises and parliamentary delusions. The demands of the riot
police, though distant, are timely and alive today. The slogans "Lower Fascism" and
"Bread-Education-Freedom" can only be the spark for the new fire that is about to break
out. To live today's Polytechnic. To break the regularity. For, as the protesters' slogan
in Chile simply and simply stated, "We are not returning to normalcy, because regularity
was the problem from the beginning."
Capitalism is not a one-way street. There may be social formations that are not based on
separate power relations, which are not structured into ranks of directors and managers,
exploiters and exploiters. We must not allow the barbarism of state and capitalist
totalitarianism to be accepted. If we accept the defeat and totalitarianism in the eternal
dominance of capitalism, then we will condemn ourselves to perpetual misery. The more we
bend our heads, the more the bosses and the privileged will crush us. "Whoever does not
move does not see his chains," said Rosa Luxemburg. In order to break the chains that keep
us alive, we must dare and clash with the economic and political power of capital. We want
a world for everyone and not for a few. That is why we call upon each and every one at the
base of the social and productive pyramid to collectively and unashamedly fight for
universal human emancipation, for everyone's freedom and equality for all, for communism
and anarchy. We have nothing to lose but the chains that cling to us daily. But we have
everything to win, to build on the wreckage of capitalist domination a free and equitable
world at the height of our collective human needs. So we say we want it all for everyone.
We won't do it back. In this direction we will fight until we win! The drops are falling,
the storm is coming! we call upon each and every one at the base of the social and
productive pyramid to collectively and unknowingly strive for universal human
emancipation, for everyone's freedom and equality for all, for communism and anarchy. We
have nothing to lose but the chains that cling to us daily. But we have everything to win,

Following the recent events in Bolivia we think it is important to share the analysis of
activists on the spot. Since the controversial reelection of a Morales who did not want to
give up his seat until a coup orchestrated by the right, the far right and the evangelist
church, the escalation of violence against indigenous populations has not stop more.
Wiphala burned (the flag of the Andean peoples, symbol of the multi-national state) to the
beating in rules here is now Jeanine Áñez Chavez supported by the United States
self-declared interim president, she is among others known for its racist media outlets
and his arrival at the presidential palace bible in hand to "save Bolivia" ... ---- No to
the civic and military coup in Bolivia !
We reject the Golpist action that is taking place right now in Bolivia. Under pressure
from imperialism, the Bolivian army (legacy of the Hugo Banzer dictatorship) and the
Bolivian extreme right. The resignation of Evo Morales highlighted the Golpist
articulation formalized in the demonstrations of the right that took place after the
election results.
The main leader of these right-wing marches was the entrepreneur and putschist Luis
Fernando Camacho, leader of Civic Action. Camacho is a devout Catholic born in one of the
richest regions of Bolivia. Filtered recordings demonstrate the articulation of
imperialism to carry out the coup by means of dirty war mechanisms, with the aim of
securing their economic and political interests in the region. Listening to these
recordings, we also suspect the participation of the Brazilian government in this
putschist action.
Imperialism is acting again in Latin America to stop any attempt at a minimum of national
sovereignty at the economic level.
We understand that we can not have a single hope at an institutional level, nor give up to
the right a single centimeter of popular rights. Only the popular organization of those
from below can guarantee the maintenance and the conquest of social and economic rights.
Only popular self-organization and direct action can defeat the imperialist advance across
the continent.
May the Bolivian people beat the putschists in the streets and build references of popular
power to crush imperialism and the extreme Bolivian right !
No to the civic and military coup in Bolivia !
That the fate of peoples is not defined by the Army but by the popular struggle !
Let's fight against the coup d'état of the FFAA and the fascist right !
Defend the conquests, organized and in the street !
For the construction of popular power !
No pasarán !! They will not pass !

The fourteenth edition of the yearly 2.Dh5 festival is coming to BAK basis voor actuele
kunst, Utrecht on 1-2 February 2020, with the theme "Defeating Dystopia?" ---- Society is
being disintegrated by ecological, economic and social crises and the extreme right and
techno-dystopian reaction to these developments. For the oppressed and exploited our
current reality is already a dystopia. Nonetheless, if current trends continue, as seems
to be the case, this situation will only deteriorate further. ---- The probability of
apocalypse soon cannot be realistically estimated, but it is surely too high for any sane
person to contemplate with equanimity. ---- - Noam Chomsky ---- Does this realisation mean
we should toss aside our hopes for a free and caring world? Raymond Williams wrote: "To be
truly radical is to make hope possible, rather than despair convincing." But is it not
naive to hold on to hope when we acknowledge our current powerlessness to change anything
fundamental about our trajectory? Is the dream that ‘another world is possible' not
exactly that: a dream? Should we not be looking for a new way to continue the struggle
while retaining our dignity? Look the future straight in the eye and scream into the
abyss: "Bring it on!"?
Well of course I get depressed sometimes, yes I do.
- Angela Davis
At times, this feeling of powerlessness can become overwhelming and paralysing. We aim to
prevent this by tackling this feeling head-on and discussing it collectively, to break
open the taboo that surrounds it. We hope this will have a liberating effect, and inspire
us to continue the struggle, no matter the odds.
Because if there is hope to be found, we will find it in resistance. In the struggle. It
is there that prefiguration of radically different futures and fleeting utopias take
shape. Besides, far from everyone has given up hope. From renewed interest in
Afro-futurism to the commons, post-work and even fully automated luxury communism; hopeful
ideas abound.
Next to the theme "Defeating Dystopia?", the festival will host several dozen workshops,
discussion and talks about strategies, in depth exploration and action around feminism,
queer, anti-racism, anti-fascism, de-colonisation, anti-militarism, international
solidarity, climate/ecology, labour & class struggles, migration/no-border, internet
freedom/privacy, right to the city/gentrification and all their intersections.
Frantz Fanon wrote: "Each generation must, out of relative obscurity, discover its
mission, fulfill it, or betray it." Despite everything, we are the generation that will
determine the impact of the current crises. Let's use this edition of the 2.Dh5 festival
to figure out how to make this change.
LOCATION
The 2.Dh5 festival takes place at BAK, basis voor actuele kunst in Utrecht, a base for
art, knowledge, and the political. It is part of the program series BAK, basis voor..., in
which BAK join forces with other organizations in addressing shared urgencies and
developing propositions for a future of "being together otherwise."

Across Europe, autonomous spaces are fighting for survival in the face of mounting
repression. Following the violent evictions of La Zad in 2018, ADM in January and Grow
Heathrow in February of this year, the State is setting its sights on Poland's oldest
squat. After celebrating its 25th anniversary in October, the future of the Rozbrat social
centre now hangs in the balance as the land it occupies is to be auctioned off. ----
Rozbrat at night (photo via Rozbrat social media) ---- From Rigaerstrasse in Berlin, to
the streets of Exarchia, to the deserts of Syria, the class war is raging as governments
continue to lurch to the right and property developers, fascist politicians and land
bankers close in on the generation of squats that were opened during the 90s. They have
resisted before, and will do so again with the popular support of the communities of
Poznan and the squatting community. Demonstrations in support of Rozbrat regularly attract
thousands of people. Now more than ever, the autonomous movement of Europe and the world
must look beyond our immediate localities and borders to show how we can support our
collective struggles against capitalism and the State in the spirit of internationalism
and solidarity. Rozbrat is a vital part of the Polish anarchist movement's heritage and
infrastructure. If it were to be evicted it would be a devastating blow to the already
embattled autonomous movement in Poland, and a major loss to the European resistance.
These spaces of self-directed liberty represent a direct threat to the status quo and are
being systematically targetted for destruction by the State apparatus.

Since 1994 Rozbrat has been a cultural, social and political hub for Polish anarchism,
organizing thousands of events from concerts to theatrical performances, lectures,
seminars and workshops, as well as providing a base for grassroots initiatives such as
bicycle workshops, Food Not Bombs and groups such as the Anarchist Federation.

Rozbrat needs solidarity.
The date is yet to be set for the auction, so the time to organise is now. Below are some
suggestions of how we can support the Rozbrat squatters.
Send money! Every euro helps not only in material terms to hire lawyers and support the
campaign through what we doubtless be a lengthy legal battle, but also in showing that
Rozbrat does not stand alone. Support their Patreon here.
Squat! For every assault on our established centres of organisation, we are reminded of
the necessity of taking direct action and seizing buildings from their capitalist owners
to use for the movement to live, organise and actualise. In London, Practical Squatters
meets once a month to crack new buildings. With the worst winter in 30 years about to
descend on the UK, we need to occupy more spaces to get people of the street and provide
living, breathing examples of anarchy in action.
Solidarity! Paint it on the walls, hang the banners from the scaffold, let the whole world
know that we remember Rozbrat.
Fuck the bailiffs! Fuck the law! Squat and fight!
ROZBRAT ZOSTAJE!
ROZBRAT BLEIBT!
ROZBRAT IS HERE TO STAY!

The second regular weekend of the Anarchist Federation in autumn was held in East Bohemia.
The first participants arrived already on Friday, which was used to get to know the local
hospitality and, in their warmth, to discuss and chat about not only various activist
topics, but also life. These informal parts of federation congresses are especially
important for getting to know each other, finding common interests, and hence for a
greater consolidation of the team, whose parts are scattered throughout the country and
often beyond its borders for the rest of the time. ---- After a morning dose of
gingerbread (with icing and the initials of the Federation), tea to warm up and a welcome
with those who arrived on this day, the classic agenda could begin. We left an unpleasant
drizzle behind the window and after the obligatory presentation circle it was possible to
present papers from regions, which usually form the beginning of each congress. The level
and form of the activities corresponds to the possibilities that are in the particular
place, especially the personnel. The trend of activities that do not necessarily need a
label of our organization - support for the revolution in Rojava, involvement in the
movement for climate justice, Food Not Bombs, a fundraising event, anti-fascist activities
etc. In addition, putting up a wall newspaper A3 , distributing anarchist newsletters
Bottom, graffiti, posting banners, distributing anarchist publications, offering Zapatista
coffee...
We agreed on the date and place of the next congress, membership fees were collected (who
does not know it is collected at least 50 CZK per month, so everyone gives according to
their capabilities and if you do not have, you can ask for a waiver and travel expenses).
The members of the Foreign Secretariat of the AF reported on events within the
International Anarchist Federations (IFA) and on the course of the congress held this year
in Ljubljana. We discussed social networks, which we are generally not big supporters,
especially in terms of security, social control and marketing manipulation. The Federation
has a profile on Facebook, Twitter and Mastodon, and we are also considering an Instagram
penetration. It was acknowledged that we managed to prepare and issue a climate number
from below very quickly, and several suggestions have been made on the issue of the next
issue, which should be in line with the purpose of this newsletter, namely the
distribution at public events related to the topic. As for the anarchist revue of
Existence , it is necessary to postpone the publication of the nearest issue, both for
technical reasons and for the preparation of texts on the main theme, which will be
houseprojects. For the next issue, the theme of the climate movement is slowly emerging
with an anarchist view of different approaches. The AF publishing team then informed about
a tour on which Peter Gelderloos spoke in Brno, Liberec and Tábor about the book Anarchy
Works . In addition, the team presented plans to promote the latest book Anarchist
Memories, which undoubtedly deserves the attention of the wider reading community, and a
draft editorial plan, especially as regards popular pocket brochures.
There was a lively debate on working with supporters, financial support for the prosecuted
members of the Federation, or other solidarity activities regarding the threatened social
revolution in Rojava. Thanks to the newcomers, we were able to discuss plans to raise
awareness about specific gender issues, as most of us found that much of the above was a
great unknown to them. During the congress a mini-campaign was launched spontaneously and
outside the program "Thanks, we can. As a fact? ", Which is a reaction to the uncritical
celebration of the post-November development. The attendees divided among themselves
tasks, such as issuing the November issue of the A3 wall paper , designing stickers and
ensuring their production.
And while some of them went to their homes after the official part of the congress, others
stayed in a social conversation until Sunday.

During the early hours of this November 15, the Pinochetetic political parties and their
complement, the so-called functional 'opposition' of the Christian Democracy, PPD,
Socialist Party and a good part of the Broad Front, forged in Congress a formula of
'constituent process' which does nothing but strengthen the dominant oligarchic
institutionality. ---- In this way, Congress, the entity that concentrates the greatest
rejection of the population, considered that the popular movement would be satisfied and
everything would return to the "normality" of the cemeteries that capital so much requires
for its reproduction, expansion and utilities. From Congress or from above, the society in
struggle must be seen as an ignorant, irrational mass, necessary to be conducted.
So much was the optimism of the ruling classes, that the price of the peso strengthened
against the dollar, and the face of the most powerful economic group in the country,
Andrónico Luksic, celebrated the 'agreement' cooked between four walls.
Sebastián Piñera would end his term by signing a new Constitution of cosmetic
modifications in a couple of years and as unpopular as the current one, and would save
himself from paying his political responsibility regarding the innumerable violations of
human rights committed during his government and, in particular, in the last month.
However, the peoples are intelligent, they organize themselves and do not need to be sent.
The result of the conflagration of the system of institutional political parties, did not
respond to any of the demands and rights for which the awake and popular society has been
fighting since last October 18.
In Santiago, in the Plaza de la Dignidad (formerly Plaza Italia), tens of thousands of
people began to gather in the afternoon to protest against the new deception. Trap that
reveals deep relationships and key commitments between the traditional right and the
former Concertación or former New Majority.
One of the effects of the "arrangement" above was, among many, the afternoon split of the
Broad Front. For its part, the Communist Party with the Humanist did not participate in
the political kitchen, although yes, indeed, the President of the hammer and sickle shop
affirmed that they will become part of the constituent process.
Below, the OPAL video of the popular demonstration is left, which, for a change, was not
exempt from fierce police repression.
