Today, throughout the territory, what began as a social explosion is taking shape in the formation of new and diverse groups, as well as in
territorial and neighborhood assemblies. We are sure that many of us as individuals have been actively participating in these new spaces
with our neighbors. ---- However, we believe that today, with almost two months of revolt, it is time to generate an coordination of the
anarchist world that becomes action. ---- We are aware from the thought that the political class has historically tried to curb the
processes of mobilization by encouraging the ballot box and institutional-mediated political participation as the only way, a fact that
today is reflected in the constituent process and the various plebiscites. ---- We know that there is widespread distrust of the population
with the political class, the parties and certain institutions, but we can also observe that this distrust, for the moment, is only in itself.

In order to move from distrust to the creation of alternatives, we believe it is urgent that we can dialogue with each other and make our
attitudes powerfully visible, which is why several similar individuals organized in various groups and collectives of Gran Concepción make a
call to the First. Anarchist Assembly of Bío Bío in the context of revolt. Which will take place at 6 pm on Thursday, December 19, in the
city of Concepción.

The invitation extends to the various cities that make up the territory of Bío-Bío and to any group, collective or subjectivity that stands
as akin to the bitter ideas, understanding the diversity of ways in which they materialize.

In order to achieve all of the above, a Conjuncture Analysis Workshop will be held during the Assembly: "Anarchist Reflections on the
Uprising in Chile". The goal is to discuss theoretical concepts that help build an analysis that projects perspectives for action.

Complete the following application form:

PS: Members will be welcomed from 2 pm onwards and will also be reviewed and some new ones will be made from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.

The mobilization for the defense of Vincenzo Vecchi, Italian anti-capitalist activist arrested in Brittany last August where he had lived
for eight years and threatened with extradition to Italy, won his first victory and continues to defeat Europe of repression by Salvini and
Macron. ---- Vincenzo participated in 2001 in the G8 counter-summit in Genoa marked by a very violent police repression, and in 2006 in an
anti-fascist rally in Milan. Threatened with eleven years in prison in Italy, he was arrested and imprisoned in Brittany for three months,
and released on November 15. For these two demonstrations, he was convicted in Italy on the charge of "   devastation and pillage   " ,
introduced by the fascist regime in 1930. Vincenzo was arrested under two European arrest warrants (EAW) on posing as a dangerous repeat
offender. He himself denounced "   the policy of stalking and revenge   "of which he is the target, like many other activists in Italy and
in Europe. This criminalization is facilitated by the fact that his sentencing to heavy sentences is based on his mere presence, without any
other necessary proof. However, in the context of EAWs, only their form can be challenged, leading to an "   automation of state revenge   "
  [1].

After the deliberations of the Rennes Court of Appeal of November 15 which pronounced the release of Vincenzo, a hundred of his supporters
welcomed him upon his release from prison. The MAE for the anti-fascist demonstration of "   Milan 2006   " was recognized as void because
the sentence has already been completed. The one for "   Genes 2001   " was broken on the basis of a procedural defect due to French justice
[2]. However, there is no questioning of the EAW procedure, nor the use made of it. Despite this, the public prosecutor's office announced
that it would appeal to the Court of Cassation to contest the decision of the Court of Appeal.

Collective defense is the best form of solidarity
Even if the EAWs are broken in France, Vincenzo is still wanted and threatened with 11 years in prison by the Italian state and in the rest
of Europe. His ex-partner is under investigation for "   complicity in escape   " in Italy. Many victims of the repression and
criminalization of struggles are and will continue to be supported, here and elsewhere.

From Italy, with the crime of "   devastation and pillage   " , to France, with the anti-cracker law, repression is intensifying in Europe.
By suppressing and condemning collectively and preemptively protesters, capitalism intends to quell the revolts that break out against the
established order. In this context, MAEs constitute a veritable steamroller against our struggles. We must break the isolation and show
that, in the face of repression, collective defense is the best form of solidarity !

December 16, 2019 -- OUR BET IS AUTONOMY! ---- No power tool will release us! ---- Faced with the very low participation in the emblematic

the same power that will solve the problems it has created. The powerful will never relinquish their privileges so easily, in Congress they
are already plotting tricks for the elite to continue exploiting their will with cosmetic changes to neoliberalism. We are ourselves with a
horizontal, autonomous and self-managed organization that can destroy the capitalist system.

The State of Struggles is a public bulletin which will be published by the Libertarian Communist Union throughout the movement. It
synthesizes information on mobilization and offers elements of analysis. Pass ! ---- SUMMARY ---- December 17 results ---- Expand claims
---- What now ? ---- Report by city ---- Download State of struggles n ° 4 in pdf ---- December 17 results ---- The mobilization in the
streets this December 17 was more or less similar to that of December 5. Stronger in some cities like Paris, similar or slightly lower in
others. It is a successful day, which shows a movement of scale still as powerful but which still struggles to expand. Several points should
be noted. First, the CFDT failed to mobilize strongly, overall their processions were small and shy. The success of the 17th is therefore
not due to them, so much the better. Second, a lot of feedback highlights more combative and dynamic atmospheres than in previous
demonstrations. Often, too, a proportion of retirees is lower than previously compared to the active and active. Third, the education sector
remains highly represented in protests,; the presence of the private sector remains too weak; Finally, if high school students were often
more present, the schooled youth has still not been more massively mobilized. Fourth, the hospital sector, for the most part, continues its
strike in a way parallel to the Retirement movement. The link can however be assumed according to the places. Fifth, the link with the YGs
where these and these exist, is very uneven according to the localities. In conclusion, this day will have helped to put the pressure back
and especially to boost the morale of the strikers who are renewable. Unfortunately, there is still no noticeable widening of the strike to
December 19 and the end of year vacations question the continuation of the movement. In the highly mobilized education sector, the question
arises of how to continue the mobilization.

Expand claims
The issue of pensions is central to mobilization, but we have seen the emergence of other demands since the beginning of the movement that
mobilize colleagues. They can be confined to a very specific job in a very specific box, and it is important to always link sectoral claims
and global claims. To get colleagues, especially in the private sector, you have to start from everyday life, from what is said in the
corridors and in the locker rooms. Two global claims are also to be articulated with that of pensions. There is the particularly audible one
of working conditions. This is particularly the case in health and in national education, but it can be extended to the whole sphere of
work. To articulate working conditions and what goes with it (refusal to pay counter-reforms which pressurize work for the happiness of
capital) by making the link with pensions, is to open a second front which can open up breaches for a stronger challenge and which can be
summed up in denouncing the alienation of work by capital. They are shattering our work and our lives as they are shattering our pensions.
There are also claims around the rise in the minimum wage. The ridiculous "boost" announcements (+15 euros They are shattering our work and
our lives as they are shattering our pensions. There are also claims around the rise in the minimum wage. The ridiculous "boost"
announcements (+15 euros They are shattering our work and our lives as they are shattering our pensions. There are also claims around the
rise in the minimum wage. The ridiculous "boost" announcements (+15 euros!) do not fool anyone. What is needed is a massive increase in the
minimum wage. This would also make it possible to easily finance a more generous pension system than the current system.

What now ?
Contrary to what one could possibly imagine there have been no government announcements for the moment on delay or even only on the pivotal
age of 64 years... Suddenly, the CFDT is projected for January. The national inter-union CGT / FO / FSU / Solidaires from the evening of the
17th took a clear stand against any notion of truce and declared itself for the renewable strike wherever possible. It is not nothing !
However, the state of the militant union forces means that this does not translate into a surge of strikes on the ground, at the base. Once
again, this is one of the priority assessments to draw; once again, this is one of the axes on which revolutionary activists should work
without delay after this movement. This is, perhaps, what we will do this time. The mention of January 9 as the new "central" date cannot be
considered positive by the sectors on strike; In these companies, in the GA, we have every interest in minimizing this deadline, which has
no consistency for people who have started their third week of strike Let's be clear, on the one hand the holidays will accentuate the
isolation of Renewable workers and staying until January 9, beyond the difficulty of the exercise, cannot be a prospect. On the other hand,
front speeches do not help, the majority of sectors concede difficulties in mobilizing. It is from this situation, from reality, that we
must start ; without fantasizing it. From this point of view, is it serious to bet on a conflagration of the professional sectors which are
not going on strike renewable since December 5, for the beginning of January, at the end of the holidays of end of the year? Of course,
"anything is possible" and we must not neglect anything that can lead to this. But there is undoubtedly a need, too, to work on other
alternatives. Including that of a renewable strike which lasts for the SNCF and the RATP (and more irregularly in some other branches). We
do not have a quick fix, but the first thing to do is to give full support to the strike sectors. Obviously, the first support is to
continue tirelessly to try to put other sectors in renewable, and that it shows. We must therefore continue actions during the holiday
season: demonstrations, blockages, meetings between strikers, solidarity is more than ever our weapon. But at the stage where we are,

Because living with dignity is our right! -- 30th to the General Strike!! ---- The CNT calls for an active participation in the call for a
General Strike on January 30 in Euskal Herria, and appeals to the unity of the trade union and associative movement to give a strong
response that manages to empty the work centers and fill the streets of dignity ---- On January 30 we join the demands of our elders, an
example of tenacity and dignity. We call a General Strike where all struggles, in their diversity, come together in a single shout: a
deafening shout of social justice. ---- On January 30 we will also tell the banks, their private insurance funds and their puppet
governments, that there is a people willing to defend their rights and that these basic rights are not for sale.
A strike day in which the active working class has a good opportunity with the pensioners, the feminist movement and all social movements to
go on the offensive, before an insatiable employer.

Together and together, as a single fist, in the face of the injustice and social inequality generated by neoliberal policies, which only
benefit a tiny minority, the same one that aims to bring the majority of the population to a future without rights.

That is why the companions and companions of the CNT go on strike, to demand a dignified life, to claim the most basic, until we reach a
more just and egalitarian society.

For decent public pensions!
For the repeal of all labor and pension reforms!
For real, economic and social equality!
For the distribution of work and wealth!

For Immediate Release: December 18, 2019 ---- Today the MTA board intends to further expand the system of extractive and racist policing
while neglecting basic service ---- Contact: ---- (929) 335-4713 ---- press@macc.nyc ---- What: Demonstration at MTA Board meeting ----
When: 10 AM, Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 ---- Where: 2 Broadway, 20th Floor Board Room ---- New York, NY - Community groups are
demonstrating today against the MTA's decision to hire 500 additional cops to police New York's public transit system, a move directed by
Governor Cuomo with the support of Mayor de Blasio. This morning's MTA board meeting will include a vote on the new operating budget that
will allocate $249 million to expand police presence. ---- The budget proposal states that these cops will "support fare evasion and
homeless outreach mitigation efforts," signaling the government's preference to criminalize poverty, rather than house the homeless and make
the subway more accessible for low-income riders. In 2018, the MTA's total operating revenue was nearly $16 billion, whereas its estimated
loss in revenue due to fare beating was $215 million.

The addition of new cops to the subway is certain to endanger riders of color, already targets of racist police violence. The Police
Department is currently being sued by cops alleging that commanders told them to target "black and Hispanic" people on the subway. In 2016,
Black people made up less than one-third of poor adults in Brooklyn, yet accounted for almost two-thirds of those arrested for fare beating.
A study by Community Service Society maps how arrests for fare beating that occur in high-poverty areas overwhelmingly affect predominantly
Black neighborhoods, compared to all other groups of color.

As the MTA heads into a financial crisis-moving from an $11 million surplus in 2019 to a $467 million projected deficit in 2020 "due to
increasing debt service costs," according to their projected operating results-the authority seeks to spend $50 million annually in order to
criminalize communities of color. By 2022, bailed-out Wall Street banks are projected to collect debt service from the MTA that will consume
over one third of fare and toll revenue and at least 16% of annual spending.

We will not stand by while an undemocratically appointed Board quietly pushes this crucial decision through on a midweek morning. We will
not stand by while fare beaters become scapegoats for poor service and neglected infrastructure. We will not stand by while Black and brown
youth are assaulted, the homeless are harassed, and immigrant vendors are terrorized-all for $2.75. Eliminating fares is the best way to
ensure that no one is priced out of public transit or criminalized for trying to access it. We say "no cops, no fares!"
